• Juan Pablo Giraldo M (1/5): Cobro exagerado por llevar las llaves - Apartamento amplio y limpio Fueron demasiado estrictos con la hora del check-in. Mi vuelo tuvo un retraso de 1 hora. Aunque informe que me demoraba en llegar. El encargado me Informo que ellos Solo Esperaban 30 minutos. Que debia recoger las llaves en un lugar lejano al alojamiento o pagar 20 euros para que el encargado llevara las llaves hasta el alojamiento. Tuve que pagar los €20. Me parece un cobro exagerado. En el apartamento se escucha mucho ruido proveniente del piso superior, no habia sabanas suficientes, las toallas muy pequeñas. Queda lejos de los atractivos turísticos

• Camilo (8/5): - Appartement très spacieux, lumineux avec une belle hauteur sous plafond. Chambres vastes, literie confortable, espaces de rangements multiples. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal pour un séjour découverte. Proche du métro et à quelques stations du centre ville. C'est également faisable à pied (45 min env. du vieux Prague). L'exposition donne sur un axe routier important de la ville. Pour nous, c'était ok et connu avant la réservation mais à considérer pour ceux qui ne sont pas familiers avec les petites nuisances sonores urbaines lorsque vous avez les fenêtres ouvertes (équipées en double ouvrant tout de même). L'odeur de cigarette tenace dans l'appartement à notre arrivée. L'état de la cuisine : c'est propre pas de problème mais l'état de certains composants (tiroirs/placards/hotte) est au bout du rouleau.

• Hassan (9/5): It was a great and enjoyable stay with friends - Location was very near to our congress centre. It was quite hot and we had only 2 small fans for 2 bedrooms and hall.

• Nikita (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was wonderful, everything was to my liking. The walk to the metro is 5 min and it's really close to the city center. The apartment is big and we didn't feel claustrophobic at all. Can recommend for single travelers as well as for big groups.

However there is huge noise problem, we heard all the neighbors from upstairs. Bad isolation got us in trouble with neibgours as they could hear us, but not by our falt. Be very coucios with deposit you give the host becouse it will not be returned for the same reasons with the noise. I would’t recommend it.
• Andrei (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent accommodation. Polite caring staff. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I was pleasantly surprised by the hygiene kits and coffee. I definitely recommend it!
• Sang-hui (1/5): I am trying to forget the rude behavior of the hosts and remember the bright side of Prag. - Spacious is right. 1 The host is hardly available on/after his birthday or during the weekend. 2 If the host needs to physically come to fix something in the apartment on a Saturday, you will have to pay an extra 40 euros. (We were required to pay this fee "before" the host took a glance at and checked the deficiencies in the shower tap! It turned out that the shower tap was old and rusty and difficult to operate for the guests, but money was kept by the host.) 3 The host is not cooperative with compromises or guest comfort, despite intervention and negotiation from booking.com. (details: We originally booked the apartment for five persons but arrived with six. Despite the fact that we had booked the apartment for up to ten persons, the host rigorously insisted on charging the full fee for the extra person. Otherwise, we were told we would have to leave the apartment immediately.) 4 You need to check if the toilet seat and the shelf in the bathroom are unstable, and if the shower tap is working properly. There are some deficiencies in the equipment. 5 The conflicts with the host (over the phone and in person) about additional fees and their extremly rude behavior were a nightmare for me.
• Nikita (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great, it is very close to the center, and there is a beautiful park and metro nearby. The apartment is very comfortable and bright and has everything you need during your vacation. My girlfriend and I really liked it here.

• Liz (7/5): Very quiet and peaceful. - Very clean Heating not working when we returned on Saturday evening from our day out in Prague or we weren’t shown how it works Tv in Czech language and try as I may could not change to English by normal procedure Would be nice for TVs to be left in language of visitors Towels - Only two small Linen on double bed only and we booked two bedroomed apartment to use both bedrooms (managed to make up a single bed in the other room) Batteries on tv remote maybe reason for problem with language settings Light bulbs in bedroom two didn’t work on our return on the Saturday evening. Visitors to this apartment need to note that arrival amd departure times are fixed and charges apply to outside these set times. Having little choice in flights from Heathrow meant paying extra ! Also our flight arrived late and there was nowhere available to get anything to eat nearby (we were told) but the Corinthian Hotel is very lush and we had a coffee there but there is a restaurant available if you’re late to arrive and need a meal Hope this is helpful Liz Goode
• Ihor (8/5): Overall it was a good stay - Good location, 40 minutes walk to the city center. Big appartment, nice beds. The host is responsive. Shower holder was broken. Furniture and appliances are old. It took 5 bank days to get the damage deposit back on account.

• Małgorzata (5/5): Passable - Unfortunately, the living smelled of cigarettes,curtains in particular,the floor and the kitchen were dirty,the shower curtain was covered with mould,some elements in the shower were broken. The location is very noisy,it was impossible to open the window at night.
