Nous avions réservé pour une semaine le jour même, avec une demande d’arriver à 21 h au lieux de 20 h ils ont répondu à notre demande à 19h55 disant qu’il refuse et a 19h58 la réservation était annulé car nous avions pas pu être à 20 h sur place. Impossible de contacter le propriétaire car il ne répond à personne après 20 h si vous avez un problème il ne vous aidera pas. Après des heures d’appels avec booking pour essayer de trouver un arrangement les propriétaires refuse de parler en anglais et tout contact avec quiconque. Le propriétaires a garder notre argent sans aucun geste alors que nous aurions pu prendre le logement le lendemain car nous avons payé pour la semaine. Ils jouent clairement avec les règles de booking qui d’ailleurs ne cherchent pas aider, d’après les avis du propriétaire cela est arrivé plusieurs fois , leurs logement devrait même pas être disponible. Nous avons du donc trouver un autre logement de dernière minute à nos frais ce qui as rendu le voyage beaucoup plus cher qu’il devrait être. Bref à éviter ils vont tout faire pour pour vous arnaquer et vous dire que c’est de votre faute il faut respecter les règles dans ces cas la ne proposer pas l’option d’arriver plus tard, rester à l’écart de se logement!

- Yuval (7/5): - The apartment is quite far from the city center but a tram stop is just outside the building, as well as a big shopping mall. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was very spacious. The surrounding area didn't feel very safe at night. The bed was hard and not comfortable.

- Ágnes (9/5): Great - We were pushed about arrival time, we informed and continuously updated the owner. When arrival, we had to wait half an hour for the keys and against we agreed, i had to pay the rest of the fee in CZK, not Eur. This was inconvenient and the lady was not speaking English.

- PJERO (3/5): Puno putujemo po svijetu ali ovako neauaretljive i bezobrazne domaćine nismo do sada nikada susreli - Prag Dosli smo u Prag kasnim letom iza 20 sati, morali smo.platoti noc u hotelu jer nam domacin nije htio izici u susret i pustiti nas u apartman do slijedeceg dana u 15h - jako nesuaretljivo, jastuci u apartmanu su toliko tanki da smo kupili svoje da bi mogli spavati, pokrivaci tanki, u 11 dana nirko nije pitao treba li promijeniti ručnike ili posteljinu... domqcin strasno neljubazan ide do bezobrazluka ... jako los dojam nazalost
- David (1/5): Horrendous - Nothing Owner does not respond to messages on booking.com site. Owner is extremely rigid. Booking.com does not assist when issues arise beyond your control. It was complete was of money. I was left on the streets without any assistance whatsoever.

- NILGUN (3/5): Multiple issues during 11 day stay - The location is good for O2 Arena events. It is also very close to public transportation and shopping mall. They were punctual for the checkout to return the deposit. The refrigerator made loud, random noises throughout the night. It woke me up multiple times every single night for 11 days. The sofa had a very strong, lingering smell of sweat, making it impossible to sit on. Additionally, some kitchenware was not clean; I had to wash them before I use. Host attitude was rude. When I asked for extra toilet paper during my long stay (only 3 rolls were provided for 11 days), the host told me to "go to a hotel" if I wanted such services. The dining chairs are very uncomfortable for working or sitting for long periods. Combined with the smelly sofa, there was nowhere comfortable to sit. So I don’t recommend this place especially for long stays. Not a huge problem but the check-in person did not speak English, and the official contact number was not answered when I called. Be very careful with the check-out policy. You cannot check out before 08:00 and get your €200 cash deposit. I actually had to book a later flight because an early departure was impossible.
- Kučerová (1/5): Kvalita ubytování dobrá. Komunikace a podmínky nepřijatelné - Pěkná lokalita i byt. Úplně rozdílné informace při rezervaci. Cena dvojnásobná oproti informacím před ubytováním. Parkování za poplatek bez jakékoliv diskuze i když na bookingu byly informace jiné. Kauce v hotovosti - návrat o 30 let zpět. Dotaz, jestli budeme platit v eurech byl velmi úsměvný.

- Jovan (8/5): - What I liked most is that the tram station and a shopping center with a large supermarket are located just across the street, which makes everything very convenient. The building is new, cle an, and well maintained. Overall, everything was quite good. One thing I didn’t like was that the blankets were too short. I had to choose between covering my upper body or having my legs stick out, and they were also not thick enough for winter. Additionally, since the apartment includes a kitchen, it would be nice if some basic items such as salt, pepper, and similar essentials were provided.

He didn't respond to calls although I have paid in advance. He is now facing lawsuits. The owner also doesn't give invoice, and there is no reception!

- Jiří (8/5): Perfect place to stay if you have business in this part of the prague for couple days. - Best location possible for what we needed. Really comfortable bed. In the apartment everything clean and well maintained, tidy in general. Shopping mall ringh next to the door and O2 is like 2 minutes away. The price is slowly approaching that of hotel accommodation with breakfast :)
- refaat (1/5): - The location near the O2 Universim After my booking the owner send email that the check out is only from 8 - 10 am & my flight was 9 20 am morning but he did not want to make the check out before that specially that he took a disposal of 200 euro so I leave on 16 instead of 17 so that i will not miss my flight & I reserve another night in another hotel & I loose the night which i paid at David apartment This was first time to hear that check out is only between 8 - 10 am This was not good Also the belows & blankets are very thin & small not suitable for sleeping The owner is unfriendly I will never choose it again & I don't advice it for any one
- abdelfttah (6/5): the owner have to be more clear about his property; the property is not suitable for booking.com - The location because its near to O2 universum where i attend my conference Small comfort (cover) not suitable for adult, small one bellow only, small cauch, i have to bay another fees for AC even if i donot need it, the check in and ckeck out polecy is stricte, and no reception available for the property the available person is for the building.

- Alexandr (8/5): - Отличное расположение - рядом с большим торговым центром Harfa Gallerie, стадионом O2 Arena и трамвайной остановкой. Метро тоже недалеко. Позднее прибытие - проблема. Заплатил за ночь, а въехать не можешь, так как работают на приём с 15.00 до 20.00. Хорошо, что у меня дочка здесь живёт, получила ключи за нас.

Con todo lo necesario para una estadía en familia. Buena señal de internet. Mejorar las almohadas. La hora de check out.

Check in do 20.00 a absolútny nezáujem že náš vlak mal príchod o 20.15!!! Žiadna refundacia , nebolo možné zrušiť ubytovanie.. nič! a podľa tripadvisora sme teda neboli prví , ktorých takto odpinkal! Neviem ako získal na bookingu taký dobrý rating !!!

- Petr (7/5): Pokud jedete soukromě a nepotřebujete daňový doklad na platbu, bude se vám tady líbit. - Lokalita i apartmán podle mých představ, proto jsem si ho vybral. Fotky, podle kterých jsem vybíral, nelžou. Zmatky a čekání při příjezdu s předáním klíčů od apartmánu - tohle chápu, můžete ubytovávat naráz více hostů. Nicméně, co je pro mě zásadní, tak ani po týdnu nemám od provozovatele slíbený daňový doklad, který potřebuji pro vyúčtování služební cesty. Přitom tento požadavek jsem uvedl hned při objednávání pobytu. Od mého odjezdu pronajímatel nekomunikuje, nechápu...
