• Nicole (9/5): - We liked the location and the accommodations. Our travel dates changed and we had to arrive on the second day of our reservation (unable to change the date). I notified in advance. We were charged 10 euros extra for an “early” check in at noon. This makes no sense to me considering that our reservation actually began the previous day. There was nothing “early” about it. It felt like he just wanted to make more money off us.

• Zavan (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato al Dordodure Venice Apartment e l’esperienza è stata davvero splendida. L’appartamento è bellissimo, curato nei dettagli e molto accogliente, perfetto per vivere appieno l’atmosfera di Venezia. La zona è tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. Un grande punto di forza è stato sicuramente il personale: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità. Inoltre, ci hanno dato tantissimi consigli utilissimi e davvero apprezzati su dove mangiare e come spostarci in città, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole e semplice. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti del soggiorno e lo consiglieremo sicuramente a chiunque voglia visitare Venezia!
• Sylvia (10/5): - Wir waren zu viert ( 3Erw, 1Kind) Wohnung war völlig ausreichend, es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Die Wohnung war super sauber. Wir durften eher rein, als der checkin es beschrieben hat. Unser Gastgeber war super nett, hat uns ganz ganz viele Infos und Tipps gegeben. Vielen Dank dafür wir hatten tolle Tage in Venedig 2 kleine Dinge nur - ein kleines Handtuch fürs Gesicht und Hände wäre super - ein Mückengitter im Fenster wäre super, den die waren recht viel vorhanden
• Aaron (10/5): Our stay here was wonderful and I would go back in a heartbeat. - Our host was wonderful. He met us at the apartment and spent time showing us a map of places to see, recommended restaurants and the like. The location was great. It is an easy walk from the train station and a fantastic jumping off point for exploring the city without getting caught up in the masses of tourists.

• Maelle (10/5): Séjour parfait pour un week-end ! - L'hôte nous a très bien accueilli et conseillé, et était disponible. Nous avions toutes les informations nécessaires pour bien commencer notre séjour ! Le logement était bien équipé, propre, et très bien situé. Nous avons pu rayonner dans Venise très facilement, vu la place centrale du logement. Proche des commodités également. Je recommande Le seul bémol éventuellement serait l'isolation du plafond. Nous entendions la voisine du dessus faire du bruit. Mais avec des boules quiès, le problème est vite réglé :)

• Mihaela (10/5): Perfect located apartment, quite, clean and spacious - The location is great, even though Venice is not that big and you can easily get everywhere quite fast, the apartment is well located, in a students neighborhood, really closw to the railwaystation, bus station and vaporetto starting station, which means you will get on the vaporettos before they get crowded. The host was extremely nice, he took some time when we got there to explain us how to visit the city, what places are good for foos, drinks, how to get around the city in the most efficient way etc. He was available when we needed information and left us a map with all his explanations for us to use during the stay. The apartment was clean, nonstop hot water, the heat worked a bit weirdly, because it would stop somewhere around 10 and started again early in the morning (around 5 or 6) which made the apartment a bit chilly late at night, but nothing too bad, taking in account we visited Venice during some cold days and it was fine. There is a coffee machine in the kitchenette and all needed supplies (glasses, plates, cups, wine opener, cutlery etc), there are no paper towels though, but it wasn't a problem since there was a cloth towel. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the building is really quite so there are no sounds to wake you up. Nothing really

• MARINA (9/5): Excelente pero podrían mejorar si hacen pequeños cambios - Muy buena ubicación cerca de todo y en un zona residencial muy bien ubicada con supermercados... restaurantes... A 8 min del vaporetto y a 12 andando de la estación Solo 3 escalones así que el acceso al apartamento es perfecto. Exterior muy bonito como zona común. Camas amplias y habitacion espaciosa. Baño amplio Estuvimos muy cómodos . Muy buenos consejos del anfitrión. TV sin opción de internet ni otros canales que no fueran italianos...no pudimos utilizarla. En las fotos aparece un horno que después no permiten utilizar. Al parecer en la lista no lo incluyen pero al verlo genera error. Aire acondicionado muy muy ruidoso.

• Inge (7/5): Einfaches Appartment, in guter Lage - Ruhige Lage in einer authentischen, grünen Wohnumgebung. Nähe zum Campo Margerita mit großer bunter hipper Lokaldichte und zum Supermarkt und Bäcker. Ca.10 mn. Fußweg zu den nächsten Haltestellen Basilio oder Ponte Nova. Großes Doppelbett und Bad. Großer Kühlschrank. Netter Inhaber, der uns mit guten Tips empfing. Einfachste, spartanische Küchenausstattung (immer noch keine Weingläser). Für 4 Geräte nur eine Steckdose an der Arbeitsfläche. 1 altes Klimagerät im Wohnraum, man mußte täglich einen Wasserkanister mit Kondenswasser ausleeren. Keine Moskitonetze an den hohen Fenstern. (Im Bad ein kleineres Fenster, ideal um ein Mückennetz anzubringen...) Mückenschwärme, da in Gartenlage - wir konnten deshalb Tags und Nachts kein Fenster öffnen und wg. 30 ' Außentemperatur nur mit dem Klimagerät schlafen, das die Lautstärke eines alten Rasenmähers hatte. Modriger Geruch im Schlafzimmer, der wohl aus den doppelten Rigipswänden kommt..(da wir nicht lüften konnten) Das Sofa ist auch schon etwas abgewohnt. Keine gute Beleuchtung in der Ess/Kochecke, nur Deckenleuchten.

• Christopher (10/5): Great little hidden away gem. - Our expectations certainly were not let down. The apartment is in a nice quiet area with easy access to the train and bus terminal. Pierfrancesco greeted us when we arrived he had some healthy tips of places to go and restaurants that were good money for value. There was plenty of space in the apartment, and we highly recommend this stay as a place to add to your list. Unfortunately, our stay ended.

• Radostina (9/5): Best apartment for family trip to Venice - The location is just perfect - 5 min walk from Piazzale Roma from where you can take the bus to both airports (Marco Polo and Treviso). And the so-called vaporeto, which is a water bus. The host was really helpful and gave us a lot of information about local transportation, how to visit Murano and Burano, and where the best local places to eat are. The apartment is fully equipped for the perfect family stay. Thanks a lot!

• Mikako (10/5): perfect stay for a family - Pierfrancesco was very kind and nice, giving us many tips. The apartment was very comfortable and everything we needed was there. The location was great, just a few minutes away from the nearest stop of warter bus, passing one bridge, and even from S. Lucia station not so far away, just 3-4 bridges. Not so diffcult to go around with small kids and a stroller. We found a super market near apartment. We will definitely come back to this apartment next time!! nothing

The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it. Also very flexible with the check-in and check-out time!!! Nothing in particular :)

The location is near to the Piazzale Roma, a supermarket and a bunch of very good restaurants. The apartment is very quiet, situated at the ground floor of a block of flats. You will find everything you need for cooking as the apartment is fully equipped.
