• Debra (9/5): Quiet apartment in a great location but missing the basic information required. - Spacious and modern. All rooms were bright and airy. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet. A comfortable bed and thick curtains that made the bedroom dark meant we were able to have a good night sleep. There were no instructions for anything in the flat. No recommendations for restaurants or things to do. The biggest list of rules I have ever seen didn't make us feel at home and it was difficult to relax. Animal skin rugs, although fake were in poor taste and made us uncomfortable

• Francisco Navarro (9/5): Prácticamente, excelente - Nos encantó todo!! Luca fue muy comunicativo, atento y amable con todo. El piso es muy bonito y confortable; además, está reformado y con todas las comodidades necesarias, tanto a nivel tecnológico como a nivel de servicios. Asimismo, la ubicación es estupenda, está muy cerca de la plaza de Roma (centro neurálgico del transporte, ya sea terrestre o acuático), de bares restaurantes y zonas turísticas para visitar. Volveríamos encantados a contratarlo. Os lo recomiendo! No había plancha de la ropa ni lavadora

• Radim (10/5): Využijeme opět. - Čistota, vše úplně nové nezničené. Velmi prostorný apartmán s max. soukromím. Ve velmi klidné části Benátek. Všem doporučuji. Majitel skvěle komunikoval a poskytoval rady kam se podívat.

• Axel (10/5): - L'appartement est idéalement situé à 5 min à pied de la gare et la station de bus, Luca a été disponible pour répondre à nos questions, l'appartement était parfait, propre, spacieux, bien isolé, avec des moustiquaires et tout l'équipement nécessaire. Je recommande sans hésiter pour un séjour sur Venise !

• Johanna (10/5): Komfortables Domizil in ausgezeichneter Lage - die zentrale und ruhige Lage. Fußläufig vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Es hat uns alles gefallen. Die Wohnung ist modern mit allem Komfort eingerichtet. Sehr hell. Venzianisches Flair mit altem, unebenen Terrazzoboden darf man nicht erwarten. Wer sich über die 4 Stock ohne Lift beschwert war nich nie in Venedig. Uns hat alles gefallen. Die 1000€ Kaution kamen etwas unerwartet, aber wir hatten spontan gebucht.

• Bagnato (10/5): Fantastic stay ! - The apartment is in a great location. 20 minutes from St Marco, 15 minutes from train station, 8 minutes from bus station. It’s very quiet and very comfortable. Very well equipped. Great kitchen and bathroom. Large living room. The fridge is full of drinks and a lot of snacks, coffee on the counter. Perfect place. We will go back. Thank you Luca !!

• Mary (10/5): In spite of rain, wind and chilly temperatures, Venice was an amazing experience. - Luca's apartment is very very nice and in a perfect location close to the Scuolo San Rocco on a street with numerous little restaurants very close to the Piazza where the buses come in from the airport. Luca met us when we arrived although we almost missed him, and entry might have been complicated had he not been there. Once we "got the system down", it worked perfectly. Breakfast was provided at the bar next door and served to us by a lovely woman who greeted us warmly each of the 6 days we were there. Luca also provided a much appreciated bottle of wine. His apartment has everything a traveler needs and more. We appreciated how responsive he was to questions we had as well. Rental of the apartment entails a security deposit that we found to be high compared to other such deposits we have paid in other places. Those renting who do not normally live in EU currency might keep in mind that when the deposit is returned, they may find they have lost (or possibly gained) funds in the process of exchanging currency into and then back from Euros. The deposit was returned to us quite promptly once Luca was satisfied that we had left the apartment in good order.

• Stephane (10/5): The best stay ever in Venise - The best place I ever rent. Wonderful appartement, very well furnished. Ideal place to stay for a couple. Need to be in a good shape because it's in the 4rth floor without elevator. The is a small terrasse that allow you to enjoy sunset on Venise roof and churches. Very quiet place in a building at the end of an alley. Everything is new and need. Completely well furbished with everything to cook. Wonderful kitchen and bathroom. The host offered bottle of wine, water in the fridge and snacks. Perfect stay. Thanks.
