• Ursula (9/5): Immer wieder. Einfach schön. - Kaum waren wir in der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dir Begrüssung war toll, die Wohnung schön und eine kleine Tafel in der Küche machte uns auf Restaurants usw. in der Nähe aufmerksam. Eine sehr nette Idee. Ferner waren auch die Kontakte zur Eigentümerin dort zu finden. Sehr aufmerksam. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin verlief super unkompliziert und war sehr freundlich. Da gab es nichts.

• Toni (9/5): Lovely Bolthole close to gardens - Good host communication. Given it was Easter we selected location as it was away from main throng but only 20 minute walk to square centre. Apartment was comfortable, clean with all ameneties required for a short stay. Bed comfortable. Nothing to dislike. Apartment on first floor of a steep staircase with sturdy handrail could be challenging for those with mobility issues.

• Mathilde (10/5): Parfait ! - Tout est parfait, la disponibilité de l'hôte, très arrangeant ! Le logement, la situation, la literie, les coussins et les couettes rien à redire. Vraiment tout est dans le détail, merci beaucoup pour ce séjour. La fenêtre de la salle de bain est un peu abîmée mais bien isolée.

• Mauri P (9/5): Nonostante la pioggia il soggiorno è stato ottimo. - Una volta salita la minuscola e pendente scala, la porta si apre su un appartamento totalmente rinnovato con buon gusto. Atrio, cucina, camera e bagno tutti in stile contemporaneo. C'è tutto il necessario per una permanenza anche non breve. La vista sulle calli esterne è molto piacevole. La disponibilità dei proprietari ad accoglierci ed accompagnarci e anche la comunicazione tramite messaggi è stata sempre puntuale, gentile e precisa. Il bagno è piccolino e la doccia non molto ampia per persone alte, ma ci si adatta perché è comprensibile che la struttura non consente grandi spazi. Il sistema di raccolta immondizie è molto rigido in presenza e orari.

Unser Host so freundlich und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Thank you for your kindness and it was a pleasure to meet you😊 —-
• Armin (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswertes Appartment bei den Gardini. - Ruhig, sauber, gut eingerichtet, direkt bei den Gardini. Ein Mückennetz eines Fensters direkt beim Bett fehlte.
• Jana (10/5): - The stay in GDhouse806 made our holiday just perfect. The first-floor apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. WiFi connectivity fast and stable. We also enjoyed the location of the apartment, a quiet street, close to a park but still easy to walk to the city center. The host made us feel specially welcomed, helped us with directions, picked us up at the water-bus stop and walked with us to the apartment, which we greatly appreciated. Can’t think of anything.

• Marek (9/5): Very good place in a very good place - We weren't sure about the location before we came to Venice, but it proved to be very suitable in all respects: very quiet and indigenous as for Venice, close to green areas which are rare here (Giardini) and a couple of minutes from the tram stop (water, of course) getting you in a couple of minutes pretty much everywhere. Arsenale is 10 minutes away if you want to get there from the airport. The flat itself is very long, it has a big dormitory/living room with a large bed, enough space for storage, well equipped kitchen and good enough bathroom. There are amenities such as iron and ironing board or air conditioning (even two, the other one is in the kitchen). And there are suggestions on the kitched blackboard about the places to eat nearby. Most importantly - it looks just like on the photos, nothing is tuned or pumped up - it looks like it is. The only thing was smell from the empty fridge - pretty weird, might need a "stronger" cleaning
• Joan (10/5): Really lovely host, met us and gave us constant directions to the apartment. Also gave us a nice gift to greet us on arr - Nice location, very quiet, great size for four people. Could have used the facilities inside apartment more if I wanted to cook, but we like to explore the area. Nice walk to main square. Steps to get into the property. Hard to carry cases up the stairs, although we did have cases for 2 week cruise so lots of bags.
• Silvina (10/5): Excellent apartment in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Venice! - The design and quality of the beds and overall equipment. It was brand new, with excellent quality linen, towels. It had everything needed for a perfect stay in Venice. Even the host came to pick us from the ferry station and took us to the apartment. A really lovely gesture! Thank you Giada! That we had to leave! Jaja! Everything was perfect!
• Gavin (10/5): Superb Stay - Fantastic location in a quiet residential area. Modern apartment with contemporary decor. Close to Via Garibaldi with all it has to offer. Pleasant, attentive and helpful host. Everything was perfect.
• Farcas (10/5): Nice stay - The apartament is modern with all the facilities you may need. The beds were very comfortable. Damiano was helpful, he has answered all our questions. The flat is in a quite area, you will make by foot around 15-20 minutes until the San Marco Plaza. Near the flat (around 5 minutes) there are supermarkets and restaurants we have tried and everything was delicious. When we arrived the battery of the temperature controller was off and in the apartament was cold, but Damiano change it very fast and after that it took some hours to get cosy.

• Kelly (10/5): Beautiful apartment amongst the locals & only a 10 minute walk from St Marks Square - We were met at the ferry and escorted to the apartment with the keys. The apartment was stunning, exceptionally clean and positioned 10 minutes away from the center, allowing us to stay & dine amongst the locals. This gave us an entirely different perspective of Venice and the opportunity to get away from the crowds of tourists. The stairs were very steep and narrow. Although these were manageable by ourselves, elderly or frail people would have trouble, especially with luggage.

• Julie (10/5): Beautiful Apartment in Venice - The apartment was beautiful and clean. It was on the larger size and had a nice kitchen for my family to sit and talk. The bathroom was also large and the hosts were communicative. It was a little farther from the main center, but the walk was beautiful, so not bothersome.

• Ramiz (8/5): Very good - very good facilities and location the property is at a slight tilt, so it may cause issues to some people. it did not affect me that much.
• Margarita (10/5): The perfect place to stay - Everything! The apartment is very clean and modernly equipped! There is coffee, tea and all kind of ustensils. The host replies in 1-2 hours or even quicker. We had to leave at 11 but the host let us stay one more hour, it was really very kind! And finally - the location is in a calm district, a bit away from the main touristic attractions, but this is definitely an advantage! We slept very well in GD house. Nothing

• Marlise (9/5): Venice shirt stay - Easy to find, quiet neighborhood, spacious and very clean. We're fetched from the water bus stop which was great. A bit further from the inner centre of Venice around st Mark's square than expected, but still an easy to reach, comfortable 15 mins with a lot of sites to see onroute to centre. Definitely worth the peace and quiet.
• Jessica (10/5): Excellent choice in Venice - Everything was perfect! Check in and communication with host very easy, comfortable apartment with everything you may need. Nice bonus of Netflix. We stayed in Venice once before and preferred this location- short walk to San Marco, water ferry at doorstep, but felt a little more quiet and less touristy area with nice places to eat and supermarket nearby. Highly recommend. Host also very helpful when flight was cancelled to help us. All perfect.
• Ai (10/5): A Venetian Gem 💎! - Everything. Just steps away from the Giardini venue for the Biennale & the Water bus. Also close to Coop supermarket & countless eateries. Nothing.
