Escribí varias veces a los dos contactos de WhatsApp que tenía y por la página porque la calefacción era insuficiente para nosotras, se sentía frío el departamento, y nadie respondió. Solo el último día me escribieron para decirme que la habían dicho a los dueños, aún así no fue suficiente.

• Lucchesi (6/5): Peccato la pulizia - Disponibilità durante il check in con la possibilità di anticiparlo rispetto all'orario indicato Come segnalato agli operatori e alla chat di booking, purtroppo la pulizia dell'appartamento ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Polvere e capelli un po' ovunque, thè nella teiera da chissà quanto tempo, sangue e aloni gialli sulle coperte e due letti singoli al posto di quello matrimoniale richiesto con la prenotazione. È stato trovato anche un anello sotto la poltrona a testimoniare la scarsa pulizia. Inoltre l'assistenza durante il soggiorno è stata pressoché inesistente e i continui messaggi automatici tramite booking non fanno altro che infastidire. I 110 euro necessari per la pulizia sarebbero da restituire

• Krzysztof (5/5): Sama okolica i dojazd do głównych atrakcji są świetne, ale warunki techniczne i obsługa do poprawy. - Mieszkanie ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację – około 10 minut pieszo od Placu Rzymskiego, co jest dużym plusem. Niestety pobyt miał kilka nieprzyjemnych stron. Pomimo ogłoszonego strajku komunikacji publicznej (do godziny 21:00), za spóźnione zameldowanie po 18:00 naliczono dodatkową opłatę, mimo że dojazd z lotniska do Wenecji był praktycznie niemożliwy. W apartamencie były zniszczone garnki, a zmywarka nie domywała naczyń. Ekspresy do kawy (zarówno przelewowy, jak i kapsułkowy) oraz kawiarka były brudne. Występowały też problemy z prądem – bezpieczniki kilka razy się wyłączały. Centralne ogrzewanie nie działało, a dogrzewanie klimatyzatorem nie zapewniało odpowiedniego ciepła i dodatkowo powodowało przeciążenie instalacji.
• GIL HENRIQUE (7/5): Razoável. - Localização muito boa, apartamento amplo, elevador. Não tem ar condicionado nos quartos, apenas na sala. No anúncio constam 2 banheiros, mas apenas um tem chuveiro. Deveria haver o checkin automático, pois fomos cobrados 20 euros porque chegamos após as 6pm. O custo-benefício não é bom.

Assolu - Appartamento grande, accogliente e luminoso, in posizione molto comoda per la stazione e i vaporetti. Molto pulito. Staff presente e disponibile. Praticamente non ha pecche. L’unico suggerimento che darei è di far trovare qualche dotazione in più (tipo una bottiglia di acqua e qualche capsula per il caffè espresso).

The apartment is very spacious, it was clean, and the area was quiet The only downside was a slight problem with opening the entrance door to the building, but the host explained to us how to handle the lock, and it wasn’t an issue afterwards. In August there are a lot of mosquitoes, so it’s worth bringing something to repel them.

• Thierry (5/5): Location good but.. - Location. Two toilets were great. Coffee machine and pots so calcified that they did not work. Shower quite small. Nowhere to hang washed clothes. Airconditioning not in bedrooms is such an issue.
• Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, super easy contact, clean, and spacious place. I would totally stay there again. The AC in the corridor makes loud "plastic" bangs every once in a while, it is especially annoying at night. I reported it to the owner, somebody supposedly came to fix it, it was slightly better but still didn't stop. It wasn't too big of a deal as we used the other AC instead. Pillows are kind of flat and hard, but it's just a matter of preference.

• Ibrahim (10/5): Well located apartment close to various amenities - Location is close to the train station and this is pretty good for airport transfer. Close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. There is an elevator and it is not easy to find this opportunity in old buildings in the city. Thanks to Easy Rental Team as they were really interested during the stay. Air condition works well and it is very useful especially in hot and humid weather. Just cleaning could have been better but not a a big deal. Price/performance is quite ok and I can recommend to those are planing to schedule. Not faced any major problem or dissatisfaction.

The electricity fell off from time to time, once the two air-conditioners were on, it was impossible to use the electric kettle or microwave. One of the air-conditioners wasn't working properly.

Easily walkable from the bus/train station Would have been better if we had the exact street name and house number. It is slightly different to your advertised location. We had to send your man a photo of where we were so he could meet us. If you copy and paste your advertised location in google maps it takes you somewhere else. This was not a huge problem and would not deter me from recommending it to anyone.

• Sheryl (7/5): We have used this unit before and would continue to. - No included breakfast- as expected. We like the location, quiet and close proximity to the train and vapperetto. We were a party of 4 and were only given one key. The heating system gave us a bit of grief - one morning we had no hot water and it was 6 hour before we could get a response from the host - by then we had it functioning.

The entrance inside smells too . It could be cleaned better especially as the rubbish is left at the front door. Other than that it’s a great location and the apartment will s clean and spacious.

• Cho (8/5): Near the train station is a worthwhile apartment. 近火車站值得入住的公寓. - Apartment accommodation near the train station, very quiet and lift, the reception staff is a young polite, will explain in detail the apartment needs attention, stay for three nights one of the whole house power outage, call the owner to quickly get the solution. if the next time to Venetian will choose this apartment accommodation. The power outage in the apartment was a bit scary.
• Gobinath (10/5): Exceptional - The place was comfortable , easily reachable from the train station and had a lift Few vessels especially water cooker was dirty. We had a kid and elderly person who needed hot water to drink. Few cleaning items like dish washer soaps and scrub were not there.
• Diana (2/5): This was by far the worse apartment I have ever rented. - The only thing good I can say about this apartment is the beds were comfortable and it had an elevator, was on third floor. Electric kept going out if you ran the air and anything else at same time, instead of owner fixing it had me go and try with the fuse box. Electric went out several times, had to heat kettle in hallway because it was obvious that the problem was in the kitchen outlets. Internet was always going out. What was advertised as a great apartment was not. Would definitely not rent this apartment again.

• Mihai (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay at Residenza Leon D'oro in Venice. - Very clean and good location, 10 minutes away from the Venice train station. Also, very spacious apartment (with the kitchen very well equipped). 2 vaporetto station in the proximity. A bit far from Piazza San Marco. The closest vaporetto station (Ferrovia) was very crowded. The mattress of the double bed ok but not very comfortable.
• Siew (8/5): A well located apartment to stay - The location is just 5 minutes walk to the train station. Though it is located in the back alley but once you walk out, you will reach the busy street with restaurants and supermarket, very convenient. The apartment is of good size with one bathroom room and one toilet so is really a bonus. Kitchen has complete utensils so makes cooking easy. Wifi is good if we did not encounter power trip. The power trip one time and cause the wifi not working. Communicated with owner but did not able to help. We managed to resolve the problem after an hour.

I would give my highest possible recommendation Since the average temperature is rising, the ACs should be in the bedrooms too (at present they are at alley and living room) or a fan.
