• Vanesa (8/5): - Die Lage war super und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und gut! In der Nähe befinden sich viele leckere Restaurants und Bars. Die Wohnung war sauber. Die Dachterrasse ist toll und man hat einen schönen Blick. Da sich die Wohnung in der obersten Etage befindet, ist es im Sommer sehr warm. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, die jedoch sehr laut beim Schlafen ist. Wir haben dann mit offenem Fenster geschlafen und wurden von Mücken zerstochen.

• Arturoypili (10/5): - El apartamento es bastante grande, genial para 5 personas. Es verdad que una de las camas está es una habitación que comunica con otra, pero para nosotros eso no fue un problema. La ubicación es ideal, y la terraza, aunque tiene una subida complicada, es ideal para acabar o empezar el día contemplando los tejados Venecianos. Aunque fueron muy agradables en todo momento, no me gustó del todo tener que esperar a que nos trajeran las llaves, personalmente prefiero coger las llaves de manera más libre.
• Petsova (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment was on the last floor (4th) of the building with extremely unsafe stairs and no elevator. The terrace is on the roof therefore the stairs leading up to there are more like a ladder. Beside that the terrace itself is not equipped properly for use. The bedrooms were not two but one and a half and the said half is the separation between the "two" bedrooms. The leaving time was supposed to be 10:30 in the morning but they tried making us leave way earlier.

• Carla (10/5): it was short and sweet, the location allowed us to experience Venice easily in the short time we ha - central, clean, cozy there was nothing that I did not like about it - lots of stairs, but that was worth it for the rooftop patio
• H (7/5): Good - Very nice location, close to lots of important sites. The appartment and the beds/sheets were clean. The description of the appartment is inaccurate. There are no two bedrooms. There is only one. The other is the living room and the last is a bed in a hallway. Futhermore the entrance to the roof is through kind of a window and van only be accessed through the one bedroom. All in all very Venetian, but it should be clear before booking. A more transparent description would help here.
• Anonymous (8/5): Adorable apartment in the heart of Venice♥️ - Nicole if an excellent host! she was there to meet us and offered lots of information. the location is wonderful…walking distance to everything you need. the terrace is adorable, the apartment was spacious and perfect for our family of 5, and we loved our stay! there are 4 flights of stairs. Not really a negative-just be sure everyone is physically able to haul their luggage up that far because it’s a lot.
• Susan (6/5): Pleasant - good wardrobe facilities. great location on a big piazza. had lovely view of roof tops where could hear the bells ringing. roof top a bit tricky to access. easy access to useful nearby facilities - ATM, restaurants, gelato, supermarket. nice host
• David (7/5): Good - Pros: * In center of Venice * Our contact person was friendly and responsive. * Has a balcony, although the view is mostly just other rooftops. * Has a washing machine (but no drying rack!) Cons: * Bathroom frequently smelled of sewage, and the smell would go into the rest of the apartment when the door wasn't closed. Host said this is typical of Venice, but we saw that the toilet had been repaired with tape, so I suspect this may have caused or increased the smell. * No privacy in bedrooms, as all the rooms are connected, with the balcony at the very end. * Accessing balcony requires climbing a ladder and using a small door. * Signs all over house threatening extra charges, including for repainting if you killed a mosquito against the wall.
