• Hans (9/5): Helemaal prima - De locatie: dichtbij de Biennale en ver genoeg uit het drukke centrum; San Marco plein is 25 minuten lopen langs de kade. Het appartement ligt in een rustige buurt, restaurantjes om de hoek, authentiek. Goed en breed tweeoersions bed en extra slaapkamer. Goede douche en buikbare keuken

El aire en las noches se apagaba y quedaba frío el apartamento, en una de las habitaciones es doble y el aire al ser de radiador en la noche se apagaba por completo y hacía mucho frío. Para el verano no veo problema pero en invierno se siente frío.

Silenzioso e riscaldato a dovere, visti i giorni freddi che abbiamo vissuto. Un po distante dal centro Turistico di venezia, ma per chi ama passeggiare come noi è ottimo. Oramai le chiavi le trovi nella cassetta a codice, e non incontri piu il tuo ospite. Che comunque ci ha dato la massima disponibilità.

Castello is quiet and residential area with a huge park and a playground walking distance, perfectly served with vaporettos to go anywhere you want. Giulia is a nice and welcoming host, the house is clean and equipped with everything necessary. Great occasion to imagine how a life of a Venetian family is. Thank you! Nothing, it's great!

La posizione molto buona, vicina a negozi, bar e ristoranti però in un punto tranquillo e silenzioso. Ottimo per raggiungere la Biennale ed abbastanza vicino alla fermata del Vaporetto. Giulia è stata premurosa, gentile e molto disponibile. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua e snacks, molto graditi! Soggiorno troppo corto: sarei rimasta volentieri più giorni!

• Gorka (8/5): Buen lugar para alojarse en una zona tranquila de Venecia (puntuación más concreta 8,5) - Apartamento correcto, limpio y con lo básico. Ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y con la mayoría de vecinos autóctonos. A 20 minutos caminado a la Piazza San Marcos y a 5 en Vaporetto. Trattoria recomendable debajo del apartamento. La climatización del apartamento. La temperatura no se podía regular y por la noche estaba un poquito por debajo de nuestra situación de confort. El código de la wifi es larguísimo y no se lee bien (se consigue pero cuesta un rato)

Was a massive apartment that was well equipped for our stay. Was at less busy end of venice but easy access to all the main area, was great to come out if the maddening crowds when you need to wind down. Beautiful part of venice with lovely neighbours. Great food choices all around. Highly recommend choice of accommodation.

• Sónia (8/5): Apartamento Giardini - A localização é perfeita, num local sossegado, residencial, longe da zona mais turística. Fica muito próximo da estação de Vaporetto Giardini (menos de 5 minutos a pé). Permite visitar tudo. Na zona do apartamento existe padarias e restaurantes - A minha sugestão é a Trattoria dai Fioi (ótimas pizzas e ambiente e atendimento fantástico). O apartamento fica próximo da Via Giuseppe Garibaldi onde encontramos de tudo (restaurantes, geladarias, farmácia e supermercados). O apartamento é espaçoso e confortável. Perfeito para um casal e 2 crianças. Gostei de tudo, apenas importa esclarecer que fica no primeiro andar, sendo necessário subir umas escadas. Não é recomendado para pessoas com pouca mobilidade.

• Cyan Cheng (10/5): Recommended - Very cosy and lovely. The apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood, but just few minutes away from a street of restaurants and supermarket.
• Andréas (8/5): Excellent séjour - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement de cet appartement dans un quartier calme et authentique de Venise, loin des grandes circulations touristiques. Guilia était particulièrement aimable dans les échanges que nous avons eus. L'appartement est relativement spacieux et climatisé. L'appartement était propre et équipé d'une précieuse machine à laver le linge. Je recommande vivement cet appartement. Les prises ne sont pas suffisamment nombreuses dans l'appartement, il est impossible de brancher à la fois la lampe de chevet et les téléphones ou autres dispositifs à recharger. La cuisine est relativement peu équipé (pas de grille-pain, four à micro-ondes impossible à faire fonctionner, pas de machine Nespresso). Comme le salon est très spacieux, il est très dommage qu'il ne soit pas équipé d'une table pour lire et travailler. La table de la cuisine est très instable, il faudrait y remédier rapidement. Un investissement modéré permettrait de remédier à ces problèmes mineurs et d'augmenter sensiblement le confort.
• Murielle (10/5): Appartement dans un quartier calme mais proche de tout - Le logement est situé dans le quartier de Castello, calme mais à 20min à pied de la place saint Marc et juste à côté de très bons restaurants (conseillés par notre hôte) Il était très propre, parfaitement équipé ce qui s’avère très pratique quand nous restons peu de temps, rien à prévoir en amont ou à acheter sur place. Excellente communication avec Giulia avec des messages en amont, des mots dans le logement et une disponibilité si besoin. Les chambres sont spacieuses et ont du rangement. Il y a la climatisation dans le salon et dans la chambre double et un ventilateur dans la chambre des enfants. • Sandi (10/5): Perfect place to stay for family of 5! - Quiet location. Perfect for a family of 5. The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Communication with property manager was excellent. They are very kind and we look forward to staying here again next time we are in Venice!

• Marcelo (9/5): Superb - Good location, a 3 minute walk to Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, which is full of restaurants, bars and a mini market. Also a 15 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The air conditioner had some leak on the first day, we had to dry up the floor the next day and did not use it again. Communication with the host was not always fast.

The location is very close and convenient for Venice must see spots as well as Murano which we wanted to visit as well. I was honestly surprised with the charm of Venice and her cute apartment allowed us to have the full experience! Everything was great

The beds were comfortable and we had a good stay. Good communication with the host. Furniture and appliances a little dated, nothing to bother us

For us the temperature in the apartment was a little bit lower than we are used to but we solved this with the host. Giulia thanks for your help! There are some small things that need attention like a broken switch in the bath and in the bedroom.
• Thomas (9/5): Recommended for a stay away from the crowds in an authentic part of Venice. - The location in a very remote part of Venice is excellent if you want to be away from the crowds - yet only a five minutes stroll to the waterfront and biennale giardini. Nothing to complain. The price is exorbitant - but this is Venice.

• Gediminas (7/5): Good - Perfect calm location, spacious apartment, kind and helpful host. By high priced Venice standards this would be good value for money. However, the cleanliness of the apartment is debatable (especially sofa and bed blankets). Quite old facilities. We have visited in October and the apartment was quite cold.
• Emrah (8/5): Overall a wonderful stay with some small issues, but still worthy of a potential 10+ rating - We were so happy to find a stay last minute during the Venice film festival. Street Giuseppe Garibaldi is one of the worth seeing boulevards, which was so close. The host contacts with useful information at the right moment. It was affordable. We encountered minor defects but not disturbing. In the bathroom towel rack, shower cable. In the kitchen a plate in the cupboard. Mobile airconditioning does not meet the expectations when it is 35 degrees. It produces also a lot of sound. Sum up of all these minor flaws has prompted me to lower the average.

It is near to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy and cafes. Walking distance to the main hub! Amazing location, we didn’t even need to take the water taxi because everything was nearby. The host was the best part!! She was incredible! So kind and helpful! She helped us with any and responded so quickly. We needed a water taxi at 2am, when everything was booked, she was able to find us one. She was a lifesaver! No complaints!
• Steven (10/5): Wonderful Stay In Venice - Great location just 12 min walk to San Marco, only 5 min walk to Gardini Bienelle (Vaporetto station). The apartment was lovely, spacious clean with contemporary decor. AC in the main bedroom was excellent and definitely needed in August. Only fault was no AC in the kitchen but there was a fan.

Clean and excellent communication with the owner. Very good internet connection. Air conditioning was broken and only 1 fan provided. Freezer was taped closed. The shower only occasionally had warm-hot water.

• Christine (9/5): A spacious apartment in a great location - This is a large apartment in a great location close to shops, restaurants and the water buses. Our host was easy to contact and was very helpful. The bed was soft and the bedding could do with updating.

• Chloe (8/5): A lovely location in a quieter part of Venice - A nice, spacious apartment in a great location near to the vaporetto and park. The nearby Garibaldi Street was full of cafes, restaurants, a Coop supermarket, and was a lovely street to spend time in. As a family with teenage kids, we particularly liked eating at Hopera - simple, very tasty food at a good price. It was also very lovely walking by the waterside from the apartment to San Marco. The bathroom door didn't shut fully or lock which wasn't great for a family with teenage kids. A couple of hand towels would have been handy too.

Also, we like a lot of additional small cozy stuff in the apartment, everything looks like in the photos. Also, we had a lot of small supplies like shampoo, a big quantity of towels, etc.

• Mpumelelo (9/5): Excellent and memorable for the children. - The place is central to good restaurants and we could shop at COOP for fresh food and other necessities. Also very central to tourist attractions and for our shopping. It’s not far from transport hub for a boat back to the airport. We loved it.
• Marlena (10/5): The perfect location - The flat is spacious, in a great location, very well equipped, clean and the hot is friendly and helpful. I would recommend because of the distance from the centre and the very good value for money.
• Kimberley (9/5): Wonderful! Definitely recommend. - Great location, lovely restaurants nearby just outside the most touristy part. Lovely apartment, clean and spacious. Giulia is wonderful. A fantastic stay. The only thing I can think of is that next time, I'd bring an extra towel (exactly 1 per person, which is not ideal if you're staying a few nights) and toiletries (there was showergel but no shampoo. I think it depends on what people leave behind) and the cutlery is a bit haphazard. It was sufficient as we were only 3 people but for 5 or 6, there would not be enough knives, for instance. These are minor issues though. I would definitely come back!

• Marissa (10/5): Exceptional - Stayed for 2 nights with a group of friends last week, the apartment is exactly as you see in the pictures , very clean & spacious. No faults. Giulia had water & snacks left for when we arrived , and kept in touch to make sure everything was ok for us. Apartment was in a lovely location, short walking distance to water taxis and within walking distance to the San Marco square if you wanted to walk.

• Michelle (9/5): The apartment is spacious and comfortable and in a great location for a trip to Venice! - We loved the location! The neighborhood was wonderful and there were many great restaurants to pick from! The apartment was overall great, but there was a bit of an odd smell and the air conditioning unit in the bedroom leaked and we had to clean up a large amount of water and struggled to find enough towels to do so.

Loved the layout, Kitchen well equipped. The location was just perfect. The communication and the access into the location was great as well. Giulia responded really quickly of we had any questions.

Though the property can accommodate 6 guests, the property is ideal for 4 guests, because the sofa bed in the living room is decidedly uncomfortable. The heater in one of the rooms rarely felt warm to touch.

• Paul (10/5): Brilliant, excellent base to explore Venice - Excellent place to stay. The apartment is really nicely done out in a quiet area, Nice neighbourhood, although quiet everything you need is within a few minutes walk. There were places that did great pizza, morning croissants and coffee within a minutes walk. A little further away (less than 5 minutes walk) there is a busier street with a small supermarket and a selection of bars & restaurants. The water bus stop is a couple of minutes walk away and St Marks square is a short trip away by water bus or around a 20 minute walk. nothing, it’s a great place to stay
• Lee-martin (10/5): If you want to visit Venice, I would recommend this great host, apartment and location. A+++ - Stunning apartment within minutes on foot of Arsenal waterbus terminal. Located less than 2 minutes from bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket and a beautiful park. There is also a charming little floating fruit and veg market at the end of the street. The host was lovely and very helpful; nothing was too much trouble for her, and I would highly recommend it. The living area was huge, and with the sofa bed, there was ample room for 4x adults and 2x children. There was nothing I could think of to improve my stay. I would visit here again in a heartbeat.

The neighborhood was charming, calm and peaceful, but close to restaurants and city center. Walking distance from San Marco square. There was no shower gel. Maybe due to a distraction I guess.
