• Celine (10/5): belle découverte de Venise - Appartement calme et bien situé. L'appartement nous a permis de bien rayonner vers les sites que nous avions ciblés. pas grand chose à redire. douche un peu petite, mais largement fonctionnelle !

• Eric (10/5): - Todo, ubicación, situado cerca de la estación y de paradas del vaporetto. Personal muy amable dando mucha información útil de restaurantes, desplazamientos y consejos. Es una planta baja y se agradece ya que íbamos con una bebe. Comodidad, dispone de todo lo que puedas necesitar y más. Bonita decoración manteniendo su base veneciana. Muy recomendable Todo mejor de lo esperado

El apartamento tranquilo y silencioso y Pierfrancesco nos atendió estupendamente, muy amable. Apartamento sencillo pero con todo lo necesario para una estancia de varios días. Muy recomendable
• david (10/5): The apartment made for a thoroughly enjoyable winter stay in Venice. - The location was perfect; water buses, supermarket and bars close by, the apartment which was on the ground floor, provided a comfortable and pleasurable stay. It was well equipped, the central heating gave it a cozy atmosphere: very easy to get to from the airport, and the host was very friendly and extremely helpful.

• Milena (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the appartement is great! It's in the less crowded area (less tourists), it's the area where the locals live. But it's also very close to many landmarks, it's well connected and convenient. It's close to Santa Lucia train station too. The host is really responsive, helpful and welcoming. He gave us great tips and advice, he was there for all of our questions, he allowed us late checkout. He just gave us this feeling that we are taken care off, and if someting unexpected would happen, he would be there to help or assist us. For me, this is really important when traveling to foreign country. Thank you Pierfrancesco!

Most importantly, Pierfrancesco’, a gent a true Venetian host. Grazie! We WILL be back!! We would have liked at least two sets of bed sheets and towels since we stayed for 8 nights. My suggestion, which is simple: offer a complimentary housekeeping service mid way through. Lastly, more hangers. Very easy and simple.💗💗💗💗💗💗💗
• Kt (9/5): Superb - Perfect location on a beautiful street with a wonderful atmosphere. Close to the station and easy to find. We were met at the apartment by the host and given lots of really helpful recommendations. The apartment was quiet, very clean, and it was great having a washing machine/dryer. Would definitely stay here again.

• Thomas (9/5): Brilliant stay! Pierfrancesco is a brilliant host and would highly recommend. - Location is lovely in quiter part of Venice. Plenty of places to eat within a very short distance. Tucked away from most the noise and plenty of space. Pierfrancesco was incredible as a host! He could not have been more helpful and responsive! Very impressed. Bathroom could do with a bit of work. We loved the location as we enjoy being away from the hussle and bussle. However, for those that don't enjoy that, it is a decent (very pretty) walk to lots of the main attractions.

I believe it has all necessary equipment and you won't be disappointed if you decide to check in :) The bathroom is a bit cramped (especially the shower) and the apartment is quite dark in general (bedroom without windows). However, In person, I don't consider it as something negative and problematic to me. I just inform potential travelers :)
• Marta (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment hast a top location in the middle of Fondamente Ormesini where the locals are meeting to get a drink or something to eat. The Vaporetto San Marucola and Gulie are 5 minutes away. The bed is super comfortable and you can finde anything you need if you would like to cook something. WiFi is very good, air conditioning works without any problems and if you wish you can watch some Italian Gomorrah on the tv ;) The host Pierfrancesco is very helpful and will give you some insider recommendations like renting a tandem bike in lido 😬 highly recommend!

• Andreas (8/5): Very good - Owner was very helpful and explained to us a lot of helpful things for our four day stay with our one year old child in Venice, grate neighborhood, good apartment facilities, enough space into the apartmen, good beds, nice babycrab, good price. Not as clean as it should be. I really hope, Pierfrancesco the owner, to pay more attention to the cleaning so the apartment will be perfect.

Anything I needed, he would reply and support immediately. Surprisingly, he even helped me carrying my heavy suitcases to the bus station. Extremely kind person. • Macbookair (10/5): An amazing location for a clean and functional flat - An amazing location, wonderful and spacious apartment. Very clean, well equipped. I appreciated it was somewhat off from the absolute main tourist parts (obviously all of Venice is touristy, but this less so). Yet, just a 25 min walk to main sights at S. Marks, less to the train/bus station. Easy enough to find, close to F. Nove to explore north, close to Guglie to explore the rest. If I had to come up with something precise - the toilet slightly smelled sometimes, isolated to the bathroom. That seems normal for Venice. A bathmat would be nice. These are not reasons to choose something else.

• Marta (10/5): Exceptional - Pierfrancesco was super Nice. We could check in earlier and he explained everything when it comes to the apartment and gave us some insider Tipps. We really liked it that there were two rooms and also a very good air conditioning! Also the kitchen equipment was very good and there were some basics like oil, salt, pepper, Tee and koffee.
• Artsiom (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing apartments, very friendly and supportive host, lots of cafes around where you can have a nice meal. There were WI-FI issues, I guess, there was a problem with the router. For us it was not critical because we had eSIMs but for someone it might be a bigger problem.
• Genadi (7/5): The host is awesome the place under question - The host was amazing and help us with recommendations and did try to solve our difficulties. There was products ready to be used, close to grocery shop, close to the best oce cream of Vince. The internet drove us crazy, randomly disconnected our phones, the host tried to fix it but no real success. We tried to reset the router it help but didnt last long. Bad cellular network, but its because of thw thigh walls. The washing machine never stopped washing, we had it running twice in hope it will open the door but it didn't open when finished, eventual we ran a different program and it was alright. There was mold on 1 wall, didn't smell but it was there, the host was notified and told us its because we are close to water and gave us a disinfect spray booking told him to us after each visit.
