• Madara (10/5): A spacious, clean, and centrally located apartment. - The apartment is very centrally located, close to the main attractions and a nice small supermarket. It is very spacious and clean. The host provided the best tips for our stay, including recommendations for restaurants, water taxis, and other useful information. The neighborhood is lively and safe. We felt very welcomed and appreciated the personalized assistance throughout our visit.

• Jennifer (3/5): RAW SEWAGE SMELL and NOT CONVENIETLY LOCATED AT ALL - The unit was a decent size and had everything you would need First off, it is 20 min walk with your luggage to the train station going up and over about 5-6 bridges. It is not conveniently located at all and you are away from everything, down a back alley. Once you get to the apt, you then have to carry your luggage up 2 very steep and narrow flights of stairs. As we entered the smell of sewage was unbelievable! To the point that we had to open all the windows and it didn’t even help! We left and came back and it was not any better! There was hair on the pillows, in the sink, it the bidet and in the shower. I was extremely disappointed in the entire stay and highly recommend staying elsewhere.

• sjunior99 (9/5): Lugar muito bom para estadia em Veneza. - Excelente local para ficar em Veneza, um apartamento super agradável e com todas as comodidades nas proximidades. O valor retido no cartão de crédito como caução demorou a ser estornado (20 dias), o anfitrião informou que solicita após a saída do apartamento e que a demora foi do processamento do cartão. A escadaria que dá acesso a entrada do apartamento não possui iluminação adequada.

• Stephanie (9/5): Für einen Städte Ausflug in Venedig perfekt gelegen. - Perfekte Lage und tolle Gastgeber. Viele Infos und auch Late Check in problemlos. Sehr hellhöriges Haus. Zum Glück in ruhiger Gegend. Aber man konnte von nebenan, oben und unten jedes Wort verstehen.

• Rachel (9/5): Lovely flat in a great area, excellent friendly host! - The location was fantastic- everything on your door step in a non touristy area full of local gems. It was quiet, clean and spacious. Fabio welcomed us when we arrived and showed us around the flat, he was helpful and friendly. He recommended the bakery close to the flat which was our go to for our stay- thank you Fabio! The flat was far bigger and more spacious than it appeared in photos and we cooked using the kitchen. We also enjoyed the tea and espresso machine provided. It was a lovely stay and good value for money. The bed was a little hard compared to what we are used to, but still comfortable and we slept well as it was so quiet and clean.

Apartment was very large for Venice and easily walkable around area. Very quiet area...especially at night! AC unit was broken in living room but sure this was a temporary issue. Made for a warm stay however.

• Gautam (10/5): Quiet spot to stay at in Venice - The apartment was generously sized and in good condition. We have two younger kids and the second bedroom was perfect for them. It is a smaller bed in the second bedroom, so probably not suited for two adults. The apartment is well maintained, clean and quiet. The location itself is very quiet and away from all the crowds. Fabio was great and really helped us with the check in and recommendations on what to do around San Polo and Venice in general. We would highly recommend this apartment for families who want a quiet place to stay and don't mind walking or taking a water bus to the main attractions in Venice. We walked everywhere and it was no problem at all.

The apartment was decent for 3 people and location is great (short walk to vaporetto, close to many restaurants and attractions like Rialto) Narrow stairs to reach the apartment - this should be highlighted on the ad for people with mobility issues. Shower water didn’t have much pressure

The location is perfect in the historic centre of Venice, with walking distance to everything and yet outside the tourist crowds. Communication with the hosts was smooth. We received quick and clear answers to our questions upon the check-in. Fabio met us at the Stan Stae vaporetto station and followed us to the apartment with logistical information about the place, nearby restaurants etc. We highly recommend!
