• Dorsey (8/5): Cute place - Lovely, cute place. Good location, bus stop close by. Comfortable bed. Greatful for the air-conditioning 🥵 Lots of ants 🐜 Didn't receive any information on how to enter the property even after emailing to chase it up the night before arriving. Host seemed frustrated at me for asking for the door code. I checked junk/spam i definitely didn't receive any instructions. Signal was awful and had to message host for wifi information too- it would of been helpful to have this information readily available

• Olga (8/5): Понравилось - Очень хорошие апартаменты. Прекрасное расположение - 10 минут пешком до площади Сан-Марко. Апартаменты расположены в тупике и мимо не ходят толпы, поэтому очень тихо. Две комнаты разделены санузлом, находятся как бы на расстоянии - удобно для людей с разными биологическими ритмами. Отопление кондиционером. Горячая вода без проблем, есть косметические средства - гель для душа, шампунь и кондиционер. В целом, хорошо оборудованная кухня - электрическая плита, микроволновка и кофейный автомат для которого есть капсулы - кофе можете не брать. Нормальный ремонт, плесени нет. Бонус - небольшое патио. В качестве комплимента оставляют иристое вино и печеньки - мелочь, а приятно. Также было разрешено оставить багаж до въезда в 17.00. Улучшить нужно коммуникацию с клиентом. Управляющая компания отвечает через раз и неясно ответит или нет. Нам нужно было заплатить туристический налог, но компания раз за разом присылала неработающую ссылку. Это очень раздражает если ты приехал в путешествие, а не по сто раз пытаться оплатить налог. И еще, если клиент пишет через Booking, не надо игнорировать и отвечать только на WhatsApp. Кроме того, после отъезда компания прислала сообщение в котором указала какую отметку она хотела бы видеть при оценке нами апартаментов. Что?

This little gem is situated a short walk from San Marco Square and was easy to access after departing from San Samuele dock. The apartment was clean and beautifully presented with its own hot water system and great amenities. Was perfect for our stay in Venice 🥰❤️

Die Gläser auf klebrigen Matten. Der Boden sehr schmutzig. Man musste immer mit Schuhen gehen. Das warme Wasser reichte kaum für drei Personen zu duschen. Keine Möglichkeit für Wäsche für die Person auf der Couch trotz Angabe von 4 Personen möglich. Sitzmöglichkeit im freien nur für 2 Personen. Sehr hellhörig!

Klimatyzacja super działała. odpadajacy tynk w łazience i pokojach, bałagan na podłodze na patio. Patio wyglądało zupełnie inaczej niż na zdjęciach, nie było dachu,ani roślin ani lampy. W dzień wyjazdu o 9 rano obudziła nas Pani,która przyszła zostawić swój ogromny wózek ze sprzętem do sprzątania i z informacją że wróci za jakiś czas. Trochę to dziwne.

• Victor (5/5): Sin internet ni electricidad en enchufes - El departamento es confortable y muy buena ubicación, muy tranquilo y sin ruidos externos. La cocina, baño y dormitorios muy limpios y con todo lo necesario. El aire acondicionado en verano funciono muy bien. Lamentablemente, tenía un problema de electricidad. Los enchufes para cargar dispositivos eléctricos no funcionaban, solo los de la cocina y baño. Por lo tanto tampoco funcionaba el enchufe del aparato de internet, y no había conexión a wifi. Para nosotros fue muy desagradable no poder cargar los dispositivos (tres personas con tablet, celulares y cargadores portátiles) y no tener conexión a internet fue muy malo (no compramos internet en los celulares). El anfitrión nos dio los disculpas y que nos podía reembolsar dinero, pero para nosotros lo importante era tener tener wifi y electricidad en los enchufes, no necesitamos el dinero. Sugiero que para los próximos huéspedes que lleguen, ustedes revisen muy bien todo lo necesario en el departamento.
• Krisztina (8/5): Príma élményekkel tértünk haza, amihez nagyszerű pihenést biztosított a szállás. - Elhelyezkedés, kis terasz, ami a szálláshoz tartozott, a klíma kiválóan hűtötte a lakást, tágas apartman. A melegvíz nem volt bekapcsolva, így későn tudtuk a zuhanyt használni.
• PEDRO (4/5): Falta mucho por mejorar. Relación calidad precio, muy mala. - La ubicación y la distribución del apartamento. La pared del baño se caía de la humedad y mi hijo pequeño no lo ha pasado bien, ya que no ha parado de toser por ello, además del olor a humedad al entrar en el mismo. No hay cortinas u otro elemento para tapar la luz de las puertas de la calle y del patio. A las 5 de la mañana estábamos despiertos por ello. En cuanto a la tecnología, el Wifi no estaba accesible, no aparecía para conectar tal como vimos en la guía. Los dos televisores no tenían cable de electricidad y no funcionaban.

• Rachel (8/5): Very good - Stayed here for 4 nights with two friends. Good location and easy to find from the S.Angelo vaporetto stop. Line 1 stops at every stop through the grand canal. It's in an extremely quiet area within walking distance of restaurants. Comfortable memory foam mattress on the double bed. (If you like memory foam mattresses that is). The bed settee was ok but not the best for an adult as a little hard in places. A great place to stay.

Tea bags and coffee provided, but unfortunately there was no milk in the fridge. It’s a very minor item, but just a couple of small long-life cartons would have been appreciated. 2. The front door also needs some attention as it is difficult to push/pull open and makes a loud screeching sound every time. It’s open/closed.

• Jeewandara (8/5): Loved the location and property.. - Great location! Wonderful cozy apartment. All amenities at the property were of a good standard. Host was prompt to respond to all queries satisfactorily. Air conditioning tends to cut off and on. Maybe due to split inverter air conditioner technology. In peak summer temperatures, tends to be warm momentarily.

• Lora (6/5): Moldy mildew air, problematic for asthma and allergies. Broken TV, apathetic host - It was nicely decorated. It had comfy beds The room was musty and smelled very strongly of mold. There was 1 towel per guest and the towels didn’t appear or smell clean. The tv in the bedroom didnt work. The check in was at 4 and maid woke us up in the morning getting there 3 hours before check out trying to clean. The host did not care about any of this when I told them. In fact host argued and said the room did not have mold even though I was not asking for anything and only informing them for their knowledge. The air was not safe for breathing for anyone with asthma or allergies to mold or mildew.
• Niki (9/5): Superb - The communication was very good. The location is in the heart of Venice. It was quiet and comfortable. The terrace was dirty - the table and the floor were dusty and there was no slippers left.

It is just a few minutes walk from the ferry station and walkable to most attractions if you like meandering around the streets. Not far from supermarket.

• Louise (10/5): We enjoyed it and defnitly would recomend the accomadation - We loved the stylish decorated interior of the apartment and high quality appliances as well as the ambiance of the apartment. The location is in a nice area that is not too busy or crowed but close enough to restaurants and shops. If you plan to walk from the central station with luggage, it might not be that easy. Need a fridge with freezer capability to make ice during warm weather days

Nice beds , 2 brand new TVS with youtube for the kids , 2 brand new ACs and a nice bathroom. The kitchen is also quite good with a small fridge and induction hob. It is hard to find something not up to standards.

• William (7/5): Good clean apartment for a family to stay - Very convenient to get to from the ferry and the instructions from the hosts were very detailed. Good and strong AC for the summer. WiFi was unavailable while we were staying and cellular signal in the building was poor. Lots of mosquitos and the outdoor space was filled with them.

Perfect for our family of 4 but would be great for a couple too. Lovely interiors and crisp bed linen.

• Regina (9/5): I can recommend this apartment for a couple - I liked -the smell of the sheets -pillows -clean apartment and new bathroom -mirror at the bathroom with a light -good quality soaps -location is good enough to reach the touristic spots -Champaign -knock knock at 9:55 I understand that you need to rent the apartment for another guest but usually even the check out is at 10 no one except to get out till 11 - after a shower there is a lot of water outside even the shower was closed - there is some noise from the boiler
• Alice (6/5): great location but some issues with the flat need fixing - great location and nicely decorated throughout. the sofa bed was made up nicely and was comfortable. it was good to have a small kitchen to cook a couple of meals as Venice is expensive - there is a shop 2 mins walk away. TVs in both rooms and a good shower. small terrace that we used to dry towels. close to the vaporetto which we took to Venice lido for a lovely afternoon. decent value for money considering the film festival was on. It will be a lovely flat once the issues are sorted and I’m sure it is better outside of summer season. there were literally hundreds of mosquitos in the house (not one or two as the property have said in response to an earlier review). we know Venice has many mosquitos this time of year but there were so many that they must have been breeding inside the house and this needs to be addressed. for this reason we did not sleep well and got badly bitten despite spending money on new plug ins and bug spray. I’ve included a picture of just a small bit of the floor (less than a square metre) to give a sense of how many there were (they started dying when we bought the plug ins). when we entered there were dead mosquitos and blood on the wall that hadn’t been cleaned. there was a leak from the upstairs flat into our flat via the ceiling when they had a shower. this was above the kitchen so not as bad as the bedroom but we had to put out a bowl and towels. checking in was a bit stressful as the link to the pdf with the door code in didn’t work in their message and I was arriving out of office hours. however someone eventually replied to my message and sent through the correct pdf - just be aware to check when you receive the message so you aren’t stuck. despite me sending them this info I received multiple emails asking for a 10/10 review as ‘booking.com consider positive ratings only those of 10 points’. I would rather be honest about both the good and the bad points to other prospective guests.
