- Tsuji (8/5): - スタッフの対応がスピーディーで親切でした。部屋は清潔。水回りもしっかりしていました。ロケーションも便利でした。 入ってすぐが階段。事前に知ることができればよかった。洗濯機や食洗機は使わなかったが、日本人だと使い方がわからない場合もあるだろうから、取り扱い説明書を置くなどの対応があれば良い。ロケーションが良いことの裏返しなのですが、夜が結構賑やか。

Apartment was clean and in very good conditions There was a staircase leading up to the apartment which was a bit hard to go up and down to. Kitchen area was a bit smaller than we had imagined from the picture

- Kev (10/5): A nice base - It felt very homely. Had everything you needed. The fact that I had to get up and make tea three mornings in a row but that is not the fault of the apartment. Venice is expensive but this felt like an experience not just a bed for the night.

- Timmee (8/5): Fabulous location with friendly helpful hosts. A really good place to stay in Venice. - Great location. Quite a well equipped kitchen. Comfy kitchen table & having a sofa was good. Bathroom was excellent - plenty of towels, hot water, toiletries etc. I really appreciated the insect screens on the windows - meant I could sleep with windows open without being eaten alive. Outstanding communication from the owner … easy to get in & out & they checked in halfway through to make sure all ok. A greeting baskets of sweet treats & a cold bottle of water & beer were lovely touches. Very little (tiny things like more dishwashing liquid was needed & a second tea towel for my stay of 4 days. A sharper knife would have been good. I also found the bed hard but this has been a common experience in Italy so I think it may be just a country difference.)

- Hocenski (10/5): Just a perfect apartment! - The apartment was absolutely perfect. Everything new and beautifully decorated, clean and equipped with everything you need. The location is also perfect, it is a quiet little street with a lovely restaurant, close to everything you want to see while in Venice. The owners are very helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely pick this apartment for our next stay in Venice! Everything was perfect!
