• Danessa (10/5): Excellent stay - Great location living inside the city of Venice itself. Conveniently on the ground floor in a beautiful building. But even more importantly, Rosanna and Francesca were a great resource for every question I had even regarding transportation. As a solo female traveler coming to Venice for the first time, they were patient with me and even allowed me to store my bags and check-in early because my ferry arrived earlier than check-in time. This allowed me to maximize my stay in Venice. Also very easy check-in and out processes. Having a washing machine, microwave, and fully-equipped kitchen was so helpful and allowed me to pack lighter and save money! I will be recommending their property to other friends n family in the US. I never did find the remote control for the A/C. Be sure to bring Euros for the city tax and access fees of Venice.

• Leah (10/5): Wonderful stay and would come back to this property again! - The property was perfect and spacious for our family of 4. The location of the property was within walking distance to every area we wanted to visit within Venice, very quiet, and lots of locals present. There was a bakery, grocery store, and local bacari’s within feet of the apartment. Anytime there was a question our host was very helpful and quick to respond. When we first arrived shower was leaking through the bottom and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. We notified the host and it was promptly addressed the following morning.

• Calvin Chow Wah (7/5): Their management desperately needs improvement. - The redeeming feature is its truly prime location. Right outside the door, you'll find restaurants, cafes, gelato store, a fruit shop, and convenient access points for both water bus and gondola. A little bit away from the tourist area we found it is more quiet and relaxing. Although they got booking.com award winning in 2015 but after one decade, their management doesn’t keep well their property. Their management desperately needs improvement. Upon arrival, we found the curtain track broken, leaving the curtains completely unable to close. Even worse, the thin bedding on both the large bed and the two small beds was noticeably damp. Adding to the discomfort, all the pillows emitted a persistent sour, musty odor, the unmistakable smell of dampness left to linger without proper drying. We have four people but they only provided three pillows. We found the fourth one in the closet but without pillow case. Basic amenities were also lacking: the ironing board was missing its cover, there was no iron provided and no laundry detergent was available, among other shortcomings. The table and chairs in the patio were very dusty. The leave a note saying only contact them emergency only and we don’t want to waste our time to deal with these things. We were no happy about the stay anyway. While the property photographs well, our stay was fundamentally uncomfortable.
• Audrius (10/5): Exceptional - Very cozy apartment at the convenient location. It is a somewhat quiet corner with little traffic, but the more busy areas are just a few minutes away. The apartment had it all (the number of knives was impressive) and a fair amount of character to it (which required a bit of gentle touch) Mosquito
• Liam (8/5): Fantastic quiet location for families - The location was brilliant. Being a little bit away from the touristy area was nice and quiet, yet still had the beautiful alleys and canals to walk along. Being able to sit in the square and enjoy the day along with the locals made you feel like you were living the proper Venice. It's also close to many restaurants, shops, and cafes. It's probably time to replace the main bed, as it is extremely well used and uncomfortable to sleep on. The TV also has no channels or services available, which would be nice to keep the kids entertained after a hard day walking.
• Rhiannon (8/5): Affordable stay in a great location in Venice. - The location of the apartment is great, it is situated in a nice area with a beautiful square and places to get coffee, food, breakfast, and gelato. It is in close proximity to a lot of the sights and various neighborhoods in Venice. We were able to get most places by walking, but it is also close to a vaparetto station. The apartment is also very spacious, with plenty of room to relax. It had all of the amenities we needed. The apartment felt more dated than the pictures, like it could use an update and a fresh coat of paint. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable.

• Doonwf (8/5): The perfect place to embrace Venice and local life - Spacious and well-appointed apartment in a lively local neighbourhood. We appreciated being able to prepare breakfast before heading out and simple meals at other times when required. There's a green grocer, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, and bakery within a few steps of the building. Dont miss a light meal of cichetti and a glass of wine at Einoteca Prosecco and a few spritzes and good vibes at El Fradeo Quebrado around the corner. Can feel a little bit dark due to limited natural light coming in from the courtyard.

Perfect location - about 20 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square, close to a shop, ice cream shop and bakery, and a lot of nice pubs nearby. We will remember it very fondly and we highly recommend this place.
• Helang (10/5): Exceptional - Such a cute and cosy apartment next to a great little square that has restaurants, pubs, supermarket and pharmacy. Loved that it was away from the chaos and crowds of the tourist areas, but still only a 15-20 minute walk from St Marks piazza.

Big spacious lounge and dining area, great to relax in. Owners very responsive to questions. Great stay. Nothing.
• Sally (9/5): What a wonderful spot to explore Venice. - The local area is great, lots of places to eat and drink with a variety of prices. Very close to the waterbus routes and easy to get there from the airport. The accomodation was a really good size, lots of space, everything you need is there. Linen, towels, kitchen facilities.. Communication was clear and our questions answered. Quiet but in a busy, buzzing spot, loved the open-air dancing in the Square. Everything was great. Front door key occasionally a bit fiddly and shower sometimes leaked a bit, but nothing a spare towel couldn't sort out.

Cafe right outside the front door was a nice bonus, along with the market right around the corner. Such a great location for walking around and discovering the city. Front door sticks and struggled to open it a couple times.

• Sam (5/5): Nice property and location but awful mattress and noise from flat above ruined our experience. - Property was located in an area that was filled with lots of local Venice residents. The size and layout of the suite was great. Lots of space and practically laid out that it could have easily slept 4 people. We found the mattress to be very uncomfortable and combined with the noises of the appartement above (an old building with little sound proofing) lead to a poor nights sleep for the duration of our stay. House rules of no loud footsteps and noise after 9pm means we couldn’t relax as much as we’d like.
• Lucian (10/5): Amazing place where I would come again. - The open space of the living room together with the bedroom was great. There is an open terrace in side the building where you can smoke or just stay and feel the atmosphere of Venice at the light of a candle in case you want. In the bedroom and in the kitchen that is fully equipped you can admire very old wooden resistance pieces. It is very close to a quite big square with terraces and restaurants that can also be found right next door or across the property. Breakfast and coffee across the street. After we checked in we left for a walk and a restaurant. Returned at 23:00 and found that half of the bed in our bedroom was soaking wet. Some plumbing issues from the neighbor above appeared meanwhile. We wrote to the host, she answered immediately. Because of the late hour they could only indicate where to find some bed linen in order to be used for sleeping on the sofa in the living room. On the next day in the morning the cleaning lady changed the mattress and all was OK. The host refunded us for the inconvenience.

• Stevi (5/5): Not value for money! - Nice location, big apartment, nice patio. 1. The mattress on the master bed was so bad, that was impossible for us to sleep there! There are two more beds though, with much better mattresses, so, we slept there. 2. The TV was not working at all, but the worst thing was the lies about streaming and cd player or DVD player because there was nothing there and even though we complained, nothing happened. Also, the pics shown a totally different TV, much bigger than the original one. 3.Τhere was a lot of dust almost everywhere in the living room and the floor in the apartment was not recommended to step without shoes. 4. The electric radiator in the bathroom was off, so the towels could not dry so they were smelling bad the 3rd day!!! We informed the woman who came to assist us (she was very kind) but she told us there was nothing she could do, because it was still on summer mode and she could not turn in on for us (!!) 5. There was no electrical kettle in the kitchen (you can see one in the pics, but no, there was not there), so we complained and 2 days later (!) they bought us one for but it was for gas use only (!). 5. It is a very dark apartment with no windows at all (except of the patio shown in the pics, that only one of the doors could open). The lights where not enough in my opinion, in order to make a cozy atmosphere. Plus, a lamb was not working and even though we complained, they did nothing for it. 6. The furniture were not located as shown at the pictures. 7. We paid 650€ for 4 days plus 32€ for city taxes and we expected the managers to respect that by at list apologize for all the inconvenience, but they did not.

• Simon (10/5): Allowed us to really enjoy Venice away from the crowds - The location was perfect for us, the view as you go out the front door is idyllic with the canal and bridge right there, you're far enough (10 minute walk) from the main areas so its lovely and peaceful. You also have a lovely cafe opposite as well as right next to a square with plenty of great restaurants around it all very generously priced compared to ones in the main touristy areas.
• Ian (10/5): Nice spacious apartment and great location - Great location near to facing a lovely square with restaurants and a small supermarket. Walking distance from station and major sites. Spacious apartment and we loved the hidden beds!
