• Valerie (8/5): Schickes Loft, aber sehr hellhörig! - Das Loft ist sehr stylisch! Es ist ruhig gelegen im nördlichen Teil von Venedig, abseits der touristischen Ströme. Zur Vaporetto-Station S. Alvise sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß! Auch ein Conad-Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe. Wer essen gehen will, findet etliche gute und authentische Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr hellhörig! Man hört jeden Schritt im Stockwerk drüber und Tiergeraschel in den Wänden. Und die Dependance hatte ein Ameisenproblem morgens und abends.

• BeenThere (10/5): A Perfectly Clean, Stylish, and Welcoming Apartment - Cleanliness is our top priority when choosing accommodation, and we truly appreciated the impeccable hygiene maintained in this apartment. It is tastefully furnished and highly functional, making it feel like a comfortable and welcoming home. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The apartment is located in a calm, beautiful neighborhood where we enjoyed pleasant conversations with local residents. Nearby, the churches of Sant’Alvise and Madonna dell’Orto house marvelous paintings by Tiepolo and Tintoretto, adding an artistic charm to the area. Everything about our stay was wonderful. We highly recommend this apartment and would gladly return on our next visit to Venice. Nothing really.

• Lana (10/5): Great stay in Cannaregio - Lovely villa, very comfortable and clean, we loved the courtyard too. Great location to explore Venice on foot, and supermarket really close. Our family loved our stay here. Nothing
• Shazia (3/5): Property has potential but is let down by poor customer service by host and the team - The property was clean and somewhat matched the description provided on the webpage. It was well-situated to a nearby supermarket which was less than a minute walk away, restaurants, and since we required accessibility for a family member who was in a wheelchair, we found that the water bus was reachable using ramp bridges which the owner should make more explicit on the website. Customer service by the host and his team were very poor. First of all, there was a lack of flexibility when it came to booking later flight times and I do not think it is appropriate to be charging customers when they can only arrive in the evening. This lack of flexibility was also evident in the misrepresentation in the property's description, as there is a mezzanine floor which can be potentially used by customers. If we have access to the 'entire apartment' as the website states, this must also include the mezzanine floor. However, the host stated that we were not allowed to do so which was very disappointing and this needs to be explicitly stated on the website. Secondly, the host and his team need to train colleagues to provide clear, detailed information at check-in as it was unprofessional that the person who met us at the apartment did not even know how the appliances worked, when bin day was and the process of taking garbage out (which we found out by asking the neighbours), and kept on asking us to read the property brochure which was not helpful! She did not show us around the property and we had to contact her a couple of times to ask where the cleaning products were kept which should have been all explained on the first day. There was plenty of miscommunication between the person who checked us in and the host, and this could have been resolved by having a single person assist each booking from the beginning to the end. Finally, the host needs to be more accommodating and assure those with accessibility needs. For instance, I asked if the host or one of his colleagues could send a video of the pathway in front of the property to assess whether it would be manageable to use a wheelchair on it (this request was actually fulfilled by another Booking.com host), and was refused since they did not have 'WhatsApp'...even though they were communicating on this platform during the stay. Improve on professionalism and be more accommodating!

• Alexandra Kit (10/5): - We really enjoyed this loft — it’s located outside the touristy areas, yet just a short walk from great restaurants and the vaporetto stop. Getting around by boat is super convenient, and we highly recommend using it. The view from the apartment was amazing — it looks directly onto a canal, so you can watch local boats pass by all day. The interior design is lovely, and there was enough space for five adults. We’ll definitely recommend this place to our friends.

• Edyta (2/5): Not worth recommending - The apartment is freshly renovated. Clean and nicely decorated. The owners were very pushy on me to get the exact time of our arrival-they started contacting three days before. As we were travelling by car from the south of Italy it was difficult to say. Also it turned out that if we check out between 7 till 10 p.m. we will be charged additional 30 euros. It was not mentioned during the reservation was made or in my booking confirmation. They told me that they sent me that detail in the text after the reservation was made… When we came to the apartment a person who was giving us the keys pushed on signing four pages contract which required detailed info on credit card including credit card number with security code. Also the apartment is far away from nicest places and it is 30 minutes from St.Mark’s Square. Definitely not worth recommending.

• Dorothy (10/5): In general the location of this property is perfect, 2 minutes walk to supermarket, 5-10 minutes to cafés and restaurant - The cleanliness, the interior design and most of all the location. The second room was a separate room by itself and my daughter had to go outside in the cold to get to her room to sleep.

Unfortunately In the flat above the apartment live really uncomfortable people, they keep walking up and down the apartment, move furniture and you can hear every step above you, especially in the bedroom, from 6.am until 2.am... not the best option to get some sleep after an exhausting city trip day...

The main bedroom is beautiful and comfortable. The other beds are sofa beds. It is not in the center of Venecia where all the things are happening. You have to walk like 30 min from plaza di san Marco and 20 min from Santa Lucia station

The location is about 20-25 mins walk from main square so if you don't like walking this is not the place for you. We as a family enjoy walking so it was good for us. Unable to contact the management company on a weekend which was a let down, otherwise would have been a perfect stay
• Jodie (10/5): Exceptional - stunning interior, so clean and peaceful location it’s a 30 minute walk to St Marks Square, but the area or Canneragio is beautiful and a more quieter, chilled area of Venice. plenty of shops, restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk

Great location, close to good bars and restaurants and very convenient for airport transfers and supermarket. One of the rooms is separate, with its own bathroom, which gave us some extra privacy in the morning. The extra charge for a cot was way too expensive. It would have been better to have a real bed in the garden room instead of a sofa bed. And we missed having some speakers to play music.

• Kersten (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the apartment is absolutely amazing. Right around the corner there's a big supermarket, a waterbus line is a 5 min walk away and there's a lot of great bars, cafés and restaurant close by as well. The handing over of the keys was well organized and the whole staff we met was very friendly and courteous. It could get a little loud in the mornings as the ceiling is quite thin and the people upstairs would walk around etc. Also, there's a couple of smaller things missing in the kitchen, like a cutting board.

The apartment was on the 1st floor overllooking the canal and was obviously professionally decorated. Everything appeared new or relatively new. Liked everything, we had an outtage with the internet but called R&R and they cleared it up the next day.

The place is lovely with an open sitting area. One of the bedrooms is actually a separate construction within the complex (which is private, as a whole). For us it was a disadvantage because we were with young children and needed to be with them.
