La posizione è perfetta per visitare Venezia, tranquilla ma vicina a tutto. Un punto di forza incredibile è la reattività della struttura: risposte rapidissime, disponibilità costante e massima attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti. È raro trovare una gestione così efficiente e gentile. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole vivere Venezia con comfort, serenità e un servizio impeccabile! Nessun commento

• Darlene (6/5): Great location; dissatisfied with staff. Not helpful or flexible at ALL! - Location! No kitchen towels to dry dishes or hands , no washcloths and limited bathroom towels. Kitchen was not well equipped and electric tea kettle didn’t work. No wine glasses….

• Anne (7/5): - Dss Personal war sehr nett und die Wohnung sauber und ruhig. Mehr war es nicht, für eine kurze Nacht soweit ok. Wahrscheinlich wurde die Wohnung vorher mit irgendeiner Duftspray gesprayt, so dass wir intensiv durchlüften mussten.
• Spinho (8/5): - Posizione molto comoda, in una zona di Venezia meno battuta ma vicino a molte attrazioni. Comodo al vaporetto Arsenale e a pochi minuti a piedi da San Marco. Staff gentilissimo. Appartamento pulito e ordinato. Arredamento da rinnovare, cattivo odore dal vicino canale.

• Aya (10/5): - הדירה הייתה מקסימה ובדיוק מה שהיינו צריכות, המזגנים עבדו מצוין והיה לנו נעים, הצ'ק אין היה נוח וג'וליה שקיבלה אותנו הייתה מקסימה ומאוד שירותית! המיקום מצוין, בעיקר למי שמגיע לביאנלה. ממש כיף, בטוח נחזור שוב בפעם הבאה שלנו בונציה. אהבנו הכל!
• Pablo (10/5): - The privacy, the cleanliness of the room. Nothing specifically, but maybe a sign to alert about the short space in the escalator, a tall person can hit the head when going down. Maybe instructions about how to get ride of the trash properly.
• Izabela (5/5): Dobre miejsce na 1-2 noce w Wenecji - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - stosunkowo blisko do placu św Marka, a równocześnie z dala od największego tłumu turystów. W pobliżu sklep, fajne niedrogie kafejki i knajpki - dużo tańsze niż bardziej w „centrum”. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia . Apartament dość duży . Czystość - najsłabszy punkt. W łazience zagrzybione i niedoczyszczone, na klatce schodowej czuć stęchlizną. W oknach firany mono sprane. Całość na pierwszy rzut oka nie robi dobrego wrażenia - później człowiek się przyzwyczaja i zaczyna zauważać plusy. Kafka z informacjami na temat zameldowania bardzo mocno zużyta - można po prostu wysyłać wiadomość lub zalaminować. Kontakt z personelem bardzo średni - biuro działa w określonych godzinach i długo trzeba czekać na odpowiedź.

• Yiannos (10/5): A great value for money property, professionally run. - Spacious, clean, excellent cooking facilities, wifi and air-condition, near shops and restaurants that the locals use. If you are interested in the Biennale it is perfect. More flexible check in times
• Beatriz (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy and extraclean appartment in a very cool area of Venize. Price was fair and all expectations were met, even surpassed, especially with all things related to the location (beautiful and not so busy neighbourhood with cool bars and supermarkets close by).
• Ankush (5/5): Passable - Many restaurants and coop supermarket near by. Washing machine, iron missing. Zero flexibility on checkin and check out timing. The host do not pick calls or respond on what’s app before 3:30 pm so if you reach st. Lucia station you can take a ferry unless they inform you the apartment address, location/nearest water bus station as this critical info is revealed in the description so you waste another 1 -1:30 hrs before to reach the apartment. Poor quality utensils kept in apartment such as non stock coating of sauce pan, egg pan was peeling off. Shower cubicle is super small just enough for people under 5 foot , hot water pressure not adequate , instant water geyser kept switching off.
