• Marcin (4/5): Nie zwracają depozytu! - Samo mieszkanie fajne, położone blisko atrakcji i sklepu. Jedyny minus to mała lodówka i druga łazienka to toaleta, nie ma tam prysznica ani wanny. Depozyt 200 euro, który trzeba wpłacić, aby dostać klucze i miał być zwrócony do 7 dni po wymeldowaniu, nadal nie dotarł, kontakt z właścicielem się urwał, nie odbiera wiadomości. Omijać to miejsce.

• Lktan (2/5): Didn't like the apartment at all. - The 33 steps to the apartment. The apartment is not cleaned properly. A lot of cracks on the wall and the sofa is so dirty. Not maintained properly

• Andrea (8/5): A great location to sightsee in Venice - Great central location. Comfy beds. Bottle of prosseco appreciated. Large bedrooms, all with shutters. AC good. Great to get toilet roll pack. Furniture was a little tired in the main sitting room. Electricity went off if AC on & using another appliance. Shower hose cable needs a clean.
• Jo-anne (7/5): Fantastic location, lovely host, great bedrooms and bathrooms, common area not very welcoming. - Sensational location and lovely host. The furniture in the living area is very tired looking so it was not very conducive to gathering together in the common area.
• Tony (9/5): Perfect location for all attractions, bars and restaurants - Ideal location. Very comfortable beds. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen was well equipped. The whole property was very clean even though some of the furniture was a little warm, but that just made it more comfortable. Two very large bedrooms and a very cute bedroom upstairs with it's own toilet and bidet.
• Martin (7/5): Well placed, clean and spacious apartment within easy reach of key sights of Venice . - The location was easy to find from the Ospedalie stop on the water bus from Marco Polo airport provided you had ‘roaming’ data on your phone.We didn’t but stopped for a coffee and the owner directed us to the calle Cicogna. Clearer directions from the nearest water bus stop would have been very useful-don’t assume ( as the owner obviously did) that everyone has a clear signal on their phone. The apartment was very clean and we were met by Pepe who showed us around and explained key features,We didn’t need air con but perhaps should have used some central heating as the large rooms became very cold at night. Extra bedding would have been useful.The upstairs bedroom was clean but I found the bed too hard.Also the cistern for the upstairs toilet was very slow to fill.The lounge area was spacious but rather spartan,we didn’t use the TV but chose to explore the Castello area near to the apartment. It was reasonably quiet and well placed to visit the key sites ;a visitors’ book with useful information such as nearest supermarket etc.and restaurant recommendations would have been an asset. See the review above!
• Marchita (9/5): Great location and fully recommended for families and groups of friends. - we were a group of 6 adults and the apartment was big enough to accomodate us all and provide us with the amneties we required. the location is perfect and really central to everything. there are 2 piazzas with coffe shops and restaurants just two minutes away. the hosts were in contact and immediately available to help us with any queries we had. some furnishings may require a little upgrade but hey, who goes to venice to stay inside :)
• Jonah (9/5): Superb - Beautiful apartment. Very spacious. Well-located about a 10-minute walk from Piazza San Marco. There was some confusion about our arrival date and it was challenging to communicate with the hosts when we arrived, but it was eventually worked out and they did their best to ensure that we got in safely and had what we needed.
• Robyn (10/5): Exceptional - Great location with lots of space. Andrea communicated well and arranged our water taxi to the apartment, meeting us when we arrived. We were travelling with 6 adults and there was ample room for us all. 2 sets of keys meant we could come and go independently.

• Jirucha (1/5): Miserable. I had 15 stitches and had to go up and down those stairs multiple times everyday. - It was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, bathrooms were good. It was a 3 floor walk up!!! I saw in their ad that, “upper floors are accessible by stairs.” I saw one set of open stairs in the apt., for the upper bedroom. No where did it state in their ad that it was 3 long stair cases just to get up to the 3rd bedroom. They say in their ad that “they are there to help us.” HAH. I tripped on the uneven stone walkways 20 min. after we got off the boat from the airport. Landing on cement is never good. We called the number for the apt., told them our situation, and all they said was, “Sorry about that.” We can have someone meet you at the apt” to gove you keys.” We explained how we didn’t know where we were, how to get to them and that 2 elderly women had to drag 6 bags (3 carry ons and 3 med. size suitcases) They kept saying they needed my passport and someone could be there to give us the keys. One of my friends walked all the way over there, climbing all the canal bridges, only to get there and no one was waiting with the keys! She called and called the number we were given, but of course no answer. When I was taken off to the hospital, they hike all the way back again and someone happened to be walking by (not stopping), asked if he knew anything about the keys, and he said, “Or so! I have your keys,” like he was surprised! We were given no directions or names to any grocery stores and had hike out every morning for coffee.

• Jose (9/5): Nice appartment in the heart of Venice for a family - We loved the location. Great to explore Venice, Saint Mark is only 10 min walking. The appartment is very well situated and in a quiet street, right in the heart of Venice but not surrounded by tourists Easily reacheable from the airport. Recently renovated and very spacious with two bedrooms on the first floor and one more upstairs, therefore suitable for a family (we were 5). Having a supermarket and a bakery nearby and well as some nice places to eat was definitely a plus The appartment is excellent. We would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to really enjoy Venice. What we did not like was the interaction with the agency instead of directly with the owners. The pre-Checkin process was more cumbersome to what we are used with Booking. We had to fill out some form in a website. send pictures of passports and provide additional information before our arrival. We arranged the appointment with the person who was going to give us the keys and she was on time but she new very little about the appartment ammenities and was not able to answer most of our questions. Later we were able to meet with Andrea the owner and he helped us find things like the AC remote controllers and solved some special needs for us which we really appreciatted. We would like to recommend Andrea and Agata make sure the agency is doing its work so their guests are happy. More kitchen appliances (Moka coffee maker :-) as well as trash baskets in the bathrooms would also be nice.

• Malika (4/5): Hot as hell !!!! …. - Location The AC leaked flooded the floor for the Whole duration of our stay!!! June 7- June 13. Management is fully aware . The APT was hot, uncomfortable. I paid to vacation in Italy 🇮🇹. Got an apartment from HELL. I have video’s and text message’s.
• Sarah (9/5): Great apartment in Venice - Great space in the apartment and fully equipped and great location. Great to have someone to greet us and give us keys and local information. We had a few too many mosquitos - would be good to have citronella on hand. The upstairs single bed was a bit small.
• Therese (10/5): At - The location was great. In a part of 'real Venice' with local eating places and food stalls. Still close to the main features. The apartment was very roomy. Each bedroom was large and the kitchen and living room were comfortable and well equipped. Had washing machine which was very handy, Very quiet, mainly locals around. Would definitely stay there again as we so love Venice. No issues at all.
• Ryan (10/5): Great location, value and staff! Big rooms and very comfortable. - Well located, clear instructions, spacious rooms The entryway is that of a typical Venetian building once subject to an acqua alta so don’t judge by its age; once you are upstairs it is beautiful.
• Lachezara (6/5): perfect city - What I LIKE: - They gave me the keys an hour earlier than planned - LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - very close to San Marco and Realto bridge - The sheets and towels were very clean What I do NOT LIKE: - the sofa in the living room was extremely dirty- disgusting - nobody wanted to sit there, cannot imagine someone sleeping on it - There was no mop left to clean the floor in the bathroom - The light over the stove is not working - There are no soup bowls in the kitchen - The second bed on the second floor is not very convenient even for a teenager size - There was no capsules, even for one coffee per person left when you arrive, everywhere I have been there is at least a capsule for a coffee per person left as a complement from the host - the attitude in the communication was kind of obvious that they do not like being asked questions - maybe simple questions for locals but not for tourists - prior to our arrival I was asked to fill out all the details for all of us and then they still had taken a picture of our passports- not sure why this personal information including flight number, etc. was needed, they did not fulfil the requirement with only leaving our budget on arrival, not even entering the apartment , this exercise with the form was so time consuming and also very unnecessary I think - second bathroom was only toilet and for 6 people was kind of tough , also was even hard to be used as a toilet only as it was taking forever for the toilet tank to recharge water - the heating cannot be touched- we all have different preferences for temperature and we all are used to different type of buildings , these high ceilings , etc. My family felt cold in the apartment , we had two kids, and I asked but it did not help - No extra blankets were left- at least that could have been done , considering you cannot increase the temperature on the heating and there was no remote for control for the air conditioning also Last but not least, 5 days after we left the apartment the lady from the company taking care and managing it, called me to ask for a missing pair of keys which was ridiculous because I sent them a pic when I left

• Wael (1/5): worn out furniture - spacious, close to destination staff are rude, willing to get physical, too many unnecessary questions that waste of time and effort, we paid in full way in advance and while we were in transit we were asked to pay damage deposit before arrival or else we wont be allowed to in. we ere asked how are we areibibg in town ! how many luggage we had, what time we will be in the coty and the only make sense queation is what time u will be at tge peopeety, apart from that no meed for all these details, we were contacted from several emails and phone mumbers and hammered with all these queations. not favourable experience, totally not recommended.

• Alison (10/5): Great location, lovely apartment - The location was excellent. 5 minutes walk to the main sights which was good because it was less busy than the areas right around St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. There was a small Calle (next to the hospital) as you turned right out of the apartment which was quiet and had a few cafes for a drink or food. The shower went boiling hot when other water was running at the same time, which you had to be aware of
• Inez (10/5): Fabulous location for exploring Venice - Location, Location, Location! Brilliant for exploring Venice , minutes walk from all the main sites. For a European city centre apartment there is great room with 2 huge bedrooms. Also great to have multiple sets of keys which is hard to get in alot of apartments ....can't think of anything (maybe the dark entrance but nothing owners can do about that)
• Gillian (8/5): Perfect location for sightseeing, clean and spacious apartment. - Perfect location, less than ten minutes walk in opposite directions and you can be at the Vaporetto stop, Rialto Bridge, St Marks Square… ideal. The two main bedrooms are large and have great storage. The Venice Neighbours check in service was great! it was also really clean. The upstairs bedroom ceiling is low and the bed is smaller than a standard single bed, luckily it’s occupant was petite! Also the upstairs bathroom is just a W.C., there’s only one shower in the property.
• Neilson (10/5): Great place to stay in Venice! - Very large apartment with very large rooms. Beds were very comfortable and the upstairs rooms were very cute and cozy. Location was excellent, very quiet at night but only a short walk to St Mark’s square. The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and helpful. The owner kindly mailed a jacket that we left at the property back to us.

• Courtney (9/5): would stay here again! - location, location, location! far enough away from tourists yet close enough to get there when needed. pizza place around the corner was open late and was a perfect spot to get late night vino and food. could have used a good dusting of the higher fixtures, the front door to apartment was a bit difficult to open, but this is me trying to find something negative to say
• Pranali (4/5): Good location but poorly maintained. - The apartment is at good location and is nicely done. Dishwasher didnt work. We weren't informed about it and we ended up spending lot of time washing dishes for 7 people. The wifi didnt work at all from 2nd day onwards. Nothing was done to fix the problem except asking to restart router (which didnt fix the problem). The apartment entrance is very spooky and clumsy. The apartment is on 2nd floor and the stairs and entrance region is very very poorly maintained. The shower doesnt work well.

• Dany (4/5): It’s not a luxury appartment - only the localisation The diswasher did not work, the oven did not work, the couch it’s very used and completely scratched. This appartment it’s not luxury one, a lot of things need to be done. We did not have a good price for the service we were supposed to have, we asked a partial refund and it was not possible. They offered us a late check out, did not make sense for us. Spend time to fix the internet wifi connection, we lost power too,,,, In Venice, everything should be perfect...
