• freunde (5/5): Lage TOP – Apartment Flop! - Die Lage ist perfekt – sehr zentral direkt Nähe Rialto Market. Kurze Wege zur Vaporetti Station und auch das Allilaguna (Wasserbus-Transfer vom Flughafen) hält an der Rialto-Brücke. Viele nette Baccari direkt um das Apartement. Die kleine Dachterasse ist super um den ersten Espresso am Morgen zu genießen. Der Aufstieg zum Apartment ist für ältere Menschen eher anstrengend – oberstes Stockwerk. Generell ist das Apartment etwas in die Jahre gekommen und würde eine Renovierung vertragen. Die Ausstattung (z.B. Weingläser) ist auch sehr spartanisch. Ein paar Haken um seine Jacken aufzuhängen wären auch gut, ebenso ein Handtuchhalter o.Ä. im Badezimmer wäre wünschenswert ;)
• Belinda (9/5): Perfekt! - Rialto Mini ist perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Es ist in sehr guter Lage, der Zugang ist einfach und das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Für Familien geeignet, für vier Erwachsene evtl. zu eng. Ich war alleinrweisend und fand es gemütlich und würde es jederzeit empfehlen. Wer Probleme mit dem Gehapparat hat, sollte bedenken, dass vier Stockwerke auf einer engen Treppe zu überwinden sind. alles perfekt
• BERTRAND (8/5): appartement fonctionnel, calme et très bien situé, par contre il faudrait préciser qu'il y a 4 étag - Si je n'avais pas eu de connexion à internet sur place il était impossible de récupérer les clefs car elles étaient dans l'appartement et il fallait déclencher le digicode de la porte d'entrée sur rue grâce à une connexion internet
• Giunta (9/5): - Ottima posizione vicino a Rialto, appartamento molto luminoso, letto comodo Consiglio 1) sarebbe meglio forno a microonde (molto più comodo per scaldare le pietanze) anziché forno tradizionale Consiglio 2) la scala per accedere all'altana è molto scomoda, si potrebbe sostituire con una scaletta interna

• Bengisu (9/5): Çoğu yere çok yakın, temiz ve şirin bir ev, ilgili bir ev sahibi - Lokasyonu harika ve terasın manzarası çok keyifli. Thomas çok yardımcı oldu her sorumu ilgiyle saatten bağımsız yanıtladı. Yürüyerek her yere ulaşabildik. Temiz ve konforluydu, harika bir deneyimdi Terası daha çok kullanmak isterdik ama alttaki restoranın bacası bazen bunu zorlaştırdı :)

• Stefan (10/5): Rialto central apartment with a roof terrace - Location, roof terrace, nice bathroom with plenty of hot water, easy access to the building, well supplied kitchen, good communication with the host. No bridges between Rialto Mercato Vaporetto and the apartment. Be prepared for the stairs - 58 to the top floor but well worth it.
• Florencia (10/5): Excelente ubicación y hermoso departamento - El departamento es hermoso, con una ubicación excelente. Cerca de todo y de muy fácil acceso. Cuesta la primera vez encontrarlo, pero después uno se acostumbra y esta a unas cuadras de todo. Super limpio y acogedor, todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía perfecta. La ducha con buena presion de agua y la cama muy cómoda. Tiene videt que es un lujo. La señora del local de al lado del departamento un amor, nos cuido la valija antes de hacer el check in lo que nos permitió recorrer sin estar acarreandola. Volveríamos si pudiéramos. Muchas gracias por todo!! Las indicaciones para llegar son un poco confusas, nos guiamos con google maps.
• Markus (10/5): Gerne wieder. - Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Venedig. Die Lage ist top. Es hat alles funktioniert. Die Dachterrasse ist der Hammer.
• Preema (8/5): Good place to stay, close to all the attractions - The location was good, the property was clean and the facilities were there. Lot of cafés and restaurants in close vicinity of the property We had to throw the garbage at the garbage pickup point by ourselves.

• Leslie (9/5): Great experience at the Rialto mini rooftop studio ! - the studio is very cozy and convenient. The little terrace on the roof is a real plus! location is very central and a lot of good restaurants in the neighbourhood.
• Marios (1/5): Overall, not a good experience staying at Rialto mini rooftop . - The location was the only good thing. We booked the apartment for our seven-days holidays in Venice . We were surprised that there was not cleaning service or at least regular towel change despite the huge amount of money that we paid. We asked for an intermediate cleaning service and the owner told us that there was a €70 extra charge! Probably, it would be cheaper if we actually had bought new towels ourselves! Moreover, the smell of the toilet was really awful whereas not even hand soap was provided and we were forced to buy it. Last but not least, the bedroom with the double bed gives you a sense of claustrophobia as the roof slope goes towards your head when in bed.
• Lanadxb (9/5): One of the best locations - Literally one of the best locations for this value. Nearby nice cafe with a good prices and breakfast. In the apartment you can find all you need. Washing machine, towels, kitchen stuff. Unfortunately we didn't find enough Washing gel,but it's not so bad. Rooms were small,but we're coming to Venice not for sitting at home))) Stuff is very helpful and responsive . I truly can recommend this place There wasn't enough gel for washing machine

• Kyle (10/5): Perfect apartment for a Venice city break. - Perfect apartment in Venice with everything needed for a city break. The air con is fantastic with individual rooms having their own AC. Not a lot to not like. 58 steps to the room and if you don’t close the blinds in the bedroom it gets very hot.
• Emma (7/5): Rialto Rooftops Rock - The location was amazing. We loved the roof terrace, great storage for clothes, etc..., a comfortable bed, and the design of the apartment was well thought out. Two bedrooms but better for a couple and living space is limited. The shower cubicle and shower need updating. Very tatty in places. The chairs around the table were very grubby and could do with replacing, especially as the apartment was quite stylish. Some of the other furnishings were a bit tired, looking, and gruuby.The TV did not appear to be connected to an aerial, and we could not get it to work. It was not an issue, but it needs sorting. One wine glass was provided, which I found odd. The whole apartment could be tidied up and needs refreshing, furniture, and furnishings wise.

• David (9/5): Superb - Super nice cute and cozy little flat in the heart of Venice. Easy walking distance from everywhere and feels very local. It’s a ride up the stairs to the top floor but once there, super cute… and the little terrace over the roof tops… the best for a morning coffee 😻

We had to remove the garbage and recyclable waste ourselves and take them to the nearest market until..8.30 am (!!!). Expensive (but that is across the whole Venice anyways). Too early check out

• Tyler (9/5): Location, location, location. - Cozy little apartment just steps away from the Rialto Bridge and Market, making it very well located to explore the city. The rooftop deck is an amazing bonus. Not necessarily a negative point, but the property is the top apartment of the building so be warned, there are quite a few stairs to get to it.

• Balogh (6/5): Very good location, does not look like the pictures anymore, furniture needs replacement, walls need to be painted and b - The best thing about this property is the location, its right in the heart of Venice! The terrace is nice. The bed sheets and towels were very clean, bathroom was cleanish but the shower walls look like they were never scrubbed and were dirty. The bad side is that its nothing like the pictures from the website, maybe it used to look like this 5 years ago, but now the furniture and flooring definitely needs to be replaced and the walls painted! They are destroyed and dirty and definitely do not look like the pictures. Also when you first get into the apartment you can smell a really bad smell (you will get used to it eventually), even though it says not smoking inside, it smells like people smoked in there, or maybe its from the bad air conditioning, i don’t know for sure. Fridge was a pain to use because there is a tiny freezer inside and the door to that freezer is broken and does not close, so it made closing the fridge a little annoying. We did not cook but the oven was definitely not clean… now i just wish i would have taken some pictures to attach them but i didn’t know you could do that as its our first time using booking for an accommodation.

• Nelson (8/5): Cosyvlittle gem with an excellent location, however if you have mobility issues the 4 flights of stairs won’t work for y - Location was outstanding. The apartment was clean, air conditioning worked well, and it had its own rooftop terrace! The main bedroom also had a skylight so you could sleep under the stairs, magnificent! Located on the 4th floor, so many steps and no elevator meant carrying luggage all the way up the stairs. Also the light switch for the stairwell was only downstairs, so when you leave your apartment to come the4 flights of stairs it was very difficult to see.
• Lydia (8/5): Very good - Great location. Nice to have outdoor space too. As it is very close to a variety of churches, the bells ringing from 7 AM to 10 PM pretty much on the hour means no lie ins as the apartment doesn't have double glazing. The apartment is also on the top floor with no lift. This means you have to be fairly fit to go up and down with any luggage. Neither of these things would deter me from staying again. I would suggest the hosts offer ear plugs, though. Also, it would have been helpful to have a guide on how to use the AC/ vent thing in the bedroom .
