Sehr gute Lage in einer ruhigen Seitengasse, ca 7 Gehminuten von der Haltestelle Rialto (über die Brücke) entfernt. Welcome coffee & tea & water! Für uns hat alles gepasst. Für große Personen könnte das WC ein Problem darstellen (erinnert an ein Segelboot ☺️). Der Zugang zum Apartment erfolgt über eine schmale, steile Treppe (wie auf den Fotos).

We enjoyed our stay and would come back. Be aware of the rules, they will not bend them! We seen prior there was a check in deadline of 8:00PM, unfortunately the train companies were striking on the day of my arrival throughout Italy and we arrived at 9:10PM and was charge $30 Euros for a late check in even though this was out of either parties control. The key could have been left inside the unit in a lockbox since the front door can be opened remotely.

• Martyn (9/5): A Lovely apartment for a short or long stay in Venice! - Just prior to arriving as always I reviewed my chosen hotels. The one which I was paying for, (Hotel Scandanavia) for two nights was just too expensive. I stayed there the previous year. I went on the search for another one and found this Silver Suite apartment. I preferred an apartment rather than a hotel this tme as you don't see anyone and you have your own kitchenette facilities etc. which is separate from your room and the first place you enter into. The location was just right, being a short walk from the Rialto Bridge. The apartment did not disappoint. It was/is a lovely place to stay. As soon as you come out you are right there in the midst of everything. There are some stairs to negotiate. Of course there are no lifts so please be aware of this if stairs are not your thing. The shower and toilet/sink area are at opposite ends of the room which takes some getting used to but for me it was really cool as you have your own shower room. The actual toilet area is quite narrow as your knees are almost touching the wall but this is probably a design limitation of the apartment being in Venice. Not a deal breaker for me. The room is of good size, the bed/pillows are very comfortable and the property is clean. The windows are of good quality which cuts down a lot of the city 'hub bub' noise. Air cons worked well. This is a great place to stay for a short or even long break in Venice. I would definitley recommend this apartment and will make this my place of choice if ever I return to Venice. Nothing comes to mind. All good.

After making my reservation online, Michaela reached out via WhatsApp and gave advice on the best way to reach Rialto in Venice (Alilaguna Water Bus). Although check in was supposed to be 3pm, we arrived in Rialto at 1pm...and I was delighted to receive a text from Michala's assistant to inquire if we had arrived. He let us in two hours earlier and met us on the street to escort us to the property. He was exceptionally friendly, spoke great English and gave us advice for restautants. We actually ate at his recomended restaurant the first night, and they gave a 10% discount (which we gave back as a tip...the food was delicious) for using his name.

Orange vaparetto line dropped off from airport with a 5 min walk to the suite. Bathroom was squishy but manageable. A little hard to find at first but that’s Venice.

The accommodation was great, everything was very pleasant, we experienced the most positive emotions. Highly recommend it to everyone. • Finland (9/5): The room was clean, the room was warm, as it was +12 outside - The room was very clean, cozy and pleasant interior, close to a grocery store. Really close to the Rialto Bridge. From the train station to the apartment you can walk without any problems in just 30 minutes, no need for a vaporetto. The hostess came to meet us, as we were a little lost in the maze of streets. The kitchen is equipped, all appliances worked, the bathroom is modern, everything is clean. The air conditioning worked and it was warm. one small minus is that the shower is on the other side of the room, and the toilet is separate, but that’s how the apartments are built. On the large bed there is a large blanket for two, it would be better if there were two for each.

Very close to restaurants, coffees and shops, and a well-lived "street", but a far enough away (30 meters) to be quiet and peaceful. Rialto Bridge is less than 5 minutes from the apartment, and the area seems safe even after midnight. The host Michela was exceptionally friendly and responsive. She was pending for us since we arrived to the airport, and she allowed us to leave our luggage before check in time. The apartment is exactly as described, even more illuminated than I expected. Outstanding cleanliness and a very comfortable bed. Greatly recommended. I have no negative things to say.

The apartment was clean and more than satisfactory. The host was so so helpful and gave us all the information we need. Although checkout is 10am, the host allowed us to leave our luggage so we could explore beautiful Venice further. Nothing - it was perfect!

• Gözde (10/5): I would like to go again - The house is just in the back street of the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge. We got to Rialto station with vaporetto from Marco Polo airport due to our helpful host Michela's suggession. We met Michela easily. We felt comfortable like our home. The size, cleanliness and functionality of the house were sufficient. Rialto bridge is very crowded during the day, but we could easily see its quiteness early in the morning as we are close to rialto. In addition, we were able to see the evening of the city with the ease of being in the center. Nope

• Anonymous (4/5): NOT VALUE FOR MONEY! THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS - Great Location overall. A few issues with the owner who seems to be relatively new to the world of Airbnb or booking.com renting For the owner’s awareness: 1. Most people will be extremely unhappy about their privacy if in messages you make them feel like you are specially coming to the apartment for check-in and later; surprise-surprise: you live in the room next door in the same house. For future guests: this is one room in a big house with a separate entrance. 2. When the owner enters through their door, the light from their side is quite disturbing and bright. 3. For last point, I will acknowledge that she made it right in the end but at first she was very adamant that we have to very intricately “sort” out 3 different types of garbage, there is no trash disposal in or outside the house, you are suppose to go and throw trash in some fruit market (lovely lady, people are on vacation and you charge cleaning fee in the booking) 4. For the money; the apartment is pretty basic, no dishwasher, no washing machine, not even locks on bathroom doors so if you are with toddlers, expect to be bothered while pees and poops.
