• sylvain (6/5): bel emplacement correct - l'emplacement du logement est tres bien situé 20 minutes de place Saint Marc, 20 Min de la gare. le logement était tres propre, belle salle de bain fonctionnelle climatisation fonctionnelle La cuisine n'était pas du tout fonctionnelle pour 4 personnes. impossible de s'asseoir 4 personnes confortablement à la table. c'est tres échos dans l'immeuble et le 2 soirs que nous avons dormis là, nous avons été réveillé par les autres logements de l'immeuble en bas et en haut. Décu de voir qu'il faut payer 10 Euros à la fin si on ne va pas porter les poubelles nous meme à 4-5 minutes de marche du logement. Il faudrait le dire avant ou l'inclure dans le prix.
• Moreno (6/5): ringrazio comunque per la concessione dell'appartamento. - la posizione per la vicinanza al Ponte Rialto la struttura non prevede sapone per la doccia, la pulizia riguarda dove l'occhio vede , si disapprova l'onere a carico dell'affittuario dello smaltimento dei rifiuti fuori della struttura

• Heidi (5/5): Great location...if you can find it - The neighborhood was nice and safe. It was close to the Rialto Bridge. The directions to the house were awful. If not for the benevolence of locals, we wouldn't have found it. Huge cleaning and linen fees and our towels and sheets were not changed. A person has to climb a flight of stairs with an open wall and no railing which was terrible for my 84 year old mom and 81 year old aunt.

• Natalie (6/5): Traditional, clean, good location. - Great location and good to have two bedrooms It was basic. Nowhere to sit other than round the small kitchen table. The arrival instructions were not clear - some photos showing the outside of the property would be helpful. The shower in the bathroom was terrible and needs to be replaced.

• Simona (9/5): Charming Venice apartment in beatiful location - Very charming Venice apartment, each bedroom had a bathroom, located just above a beatiful bridge over the canal, very central location. Couple things which could be better - pillows were small and hard, water pressure is a bit low in the shower and the wifi was on the slow side. But overall very good - would come again.

• Sue (7/5): Almost there - just a few tweaks to bring it back to life - The host was very easy to contact, and explained getting to the apartment and obtaining the keys clearly. This is hard as we were only there 6 hours before being told our flights were cancelled and would have to leave earlier than expected, so some issues may have been resolved, had we been in a position to bring them up at the time. The apartment (although the same as the pics) is now very dated. It is big enough (even though some are saying the kitchen is small - its perfectly serviceable and has all you need for a short break) The curtains in both bedrooms need properly reattaching to the rail as they are hanging off in places. The bedside cabinet in the room with the bath is literally falling apart - and there is a dresser against the wall full of broken bits of something (needs clearing out) - Also the shower curtain (pet hate for me) over the bath is orange and slimy around the bottom. Needs taking off and washing at the very least (preferably update with a proper screen). The toilet in the same bathroom, had a clean bowl around the sides, but the bottom of the bowl needs a good clean (bleach / limescale remover - something, because its actually brown) The other bedroom has a random garden table and two garden chairs sat on a fake piece of grass in it (absolutely no idea why - take it out) And although the beds were super clean and comfy - the rest of the place could do with a really good deep clean. Also - getting a message telling you to get rid of your own rubbish - or pay 10 euros for the cleaner to sort is a big no-no. I have visited Venice twice a year (at least) for the past 30 years and never been asked to dispose of my own rubbish! We did however actually take a set of keys home with us (in the rush of getting out of the property early we packed them with our washing) and the host has been nothing but pleasant about this. Someone in the apartment above us was also seemingly having a party so that hindered our sleep on our first and only night (unsure if all apartments are under the same company - would have complained had we been staying)

• Stamatina (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment and in a very good point near Realto market, with good restaurants near by and small stores. Quiet place, Good a/c supply in really hot days. Very good instructions for check in and out. Lacking washing machine. Small fridge for summer season.
• Helen (10/5): A whistle stop tour of Venice for two nights in a central, comfortable apartment. - The property was clean and very central. We were two couples in Venice for the first time and found the apartment within very easy walking distance from the water taxi stop. All instructions were clear and the apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The compact kitchen area is really useful too! Two bathrooms for two couples was ideal with a central kitchen for a coffee meeting before the day started! May struggle if can't get upstairs. If you have no issue with steps it's no problem though.

• Steve (9/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay here. - A very good location with restaurants in easy walking distance. It was nice to have two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. It was noisy at night with the restaurant and bar in the square below us. We had to have the windows open at night because the air conditioner wouldn’t go on. The shower didn’t drain well and the adjustment bar in the shower was broken.

• Andrei (9/5): Would recommend. - Accommodation is very well located and provides an authentic local feel to the guest. We enjoyed our stay and one has to consider these are hundred years old houses. View over a bridge, canal, church and piazza, while comfy and quiet overall. We chose to pay a small fee for garbage sorting. There is also a free of charge option for garbage collection by municipality but seemed to us as an overcomplication.

The appartment style (windows, doors, curtains, bathrooms...) and location (close to San Stae station, fish market, Rialto bridge...) accompanied with host support and service made my stay in Venice very comfortable. 100% satisfied. Thank you Anna for quickly responding while on my way to the appartment on my arrival. It was very helpful! ;) Nothing! Everything was just perfect.
