• Tetiana (10/5): Можно наслаждаться Венецией, не отходя далеко от дома - Прекрасная квартира по соотношению цена-качество. Нас было 6 человек. Все спальни раздельные. Общее пространство это коридор, гостиная и кухня. На кухне есть всё необходимое, из техники - тостер, чайник, посудомойка, микроволновка. Места достаточно, чтобы всем вместе обедать, играть в настолки, отдыхать. Кстати, есть много хороших книг и настольные игры. Два санузла, в каждом есть хороший фен, душевая кабина, биде. В одном стиральная машинка. Один большой, второй поменьше. Нам было комфортно. Воды горячей хватало на всех, так как есть газовая колонка. Кристиана встретила и заселила нас в удобное для нас время, в день отъезда разрешила остаться до вечера, так как в этот день не заезжали новые туристы. Отдельное ей за это спасибо! Перед входом в квартиру маленький дворик со столиком и стульями, где можно курить, пить кофе или просто отдыхать на воздухе. Всё очень атмосферно. Улочка хоть и близко ко всем достопримечательностям, но не особо проходная, спокойная. Рядом ресторан, пекарня, кофейня, овощная лавка, супермаркет, уютная площадь с церковью, мостик, гондолы... Немного не хватало крючков в санузле для полотенец, развешивали на сушилке для белья

• Susanne (10/5): - Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage, alles ist schnell und bequem erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Christiana ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt, vielen Dank.
• George (10/5): Excelente ubicación, apartamento confortable y bien equipado. - El apartamento es extremadamente cómodo y equipado. La ubicación es inmejorable. Se llega muy bien desde la parada San Stage o desde Ferrovia. Es muy accesible. Buenos comercios de cercania, bares y restaurantes. No tengo "no conformidades" para apuntar.

• Jakub (10/5): Lovely place for a stay in Venice - The property is really close to everything you need in Venice, from food, stores and bus station. The thing I loved was that the property has a small courtyard so it’s nice and quiet during the day and night.

• Virginie (10/5): Great location and accomodation - Location, facility space, furniture, kitchen apparels ( dishwasher, microwave, real oven, large refrigerator, cleaning material, hairdryer, washing machine) 2 bathrooms, plenty of space, indoor terrace. Owner is very helpfull. There was some noice from neighbours location on the last 2 nights, for the rest the location is perfect!
• Michael (10/5): Our family loved our experience in Ophelia - Great location. Restaurants, grocery store, canal literally next door. Yet the well furnished and equipped apartment was very private. It was prepared well and very clean. Also interesting architecture. Pleasant walk to Saint Marco and Rialto. Very well located. Our host gave us good instructions and was attentive. All in our family loved it. The bathroom bathtub drain needs a little attention.
• Andreaskoy (9/5): Will definitely book again! - Perfect location, next to a big piazza. Bakery, gelateria and a gondola stop just outside the house! Very clean house! Quiet neighbourhood, not far from rialto Bridge and piazza st marco and also piazzale roma ! Great host, helped for everything we needed! The only reason my rate for the house is 9 and not 10, is the mattresses on the 2 double beds. First room has a double bed. On the double bed there are 2 small mattresses one next to the other. They are OK but should be changed to 1 double bed mattress. 2nd room should have a bed with a mattress instead of a sofa bed. Sofa bed is not very comfortable. The 3rd room has 2 single beds with mattresses. They are OK.
• Katie (9/5): Superb - This was a wonderful location for our party of six (us, two small kids, and my parents). First floor with a pretty courtyard, and right next door to a grocery, an excellent gelateria, a bakery, and a nice big piazza where families and neighbors hang out each night. I think kicking around a soccer ball in the piazza each night was my 4-yr old's favorite part of the trip. It was close to sights, but in an area that felt more laid back and less touristy. We were there on a hot week and enjoyed having AC. The units are centrally located, so to keep your bedrooms cool at night you need to keep the doors open (we didn't care about that but I mention it in case you are traveling with folks who want to shut bedroom doors). Also, this is a small thing, but adding small wastepaper baskets to the bathroom would be very helpful.

Perfect location. apartment is near water stop, resturants, cafe, grocery store and not very far from city centre. some of furniture was broken and flat is little clutter. flat has enough furniture so may be owner can take out broken stuff. still nice place to stay.
• Vieras7 (10/5): The apartment location really supported exploring all sides of Venice - The location was excellent and the apartment was pleasent. We really enjoyed the Italian atmosphere.
