• Roswitha (9/5): - tolle Lage direkt visavis Arsenale-Eingang.... von Vaporettostation Arsenale bis zur Wohnung keine Brücke zu gehen (grosser Vorteil mit Gepäck).... absolute Ruhelage... ich war schon in vielen verschiedenen Unterkünften, aber bei offenem Fenster ebenerdig habe ich noch nie so gut geschlafen. ... Superküche mit Induktionskochplatte und Gläser und Geschirr in grosser Auswahl.... und Laura ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, die auch umgehend auf Wünsche eingeht.... ich komme gerne wieder.

• Carrie (10/5): BEST LOCATION FOR VENICE ! - We had travels issues getting there due to strikes but our host was walking us through many of the issues via cell phone as we traveled. We arrived much later than we had anticipated. She was there at the docking of the water Taxi to check us into the apt. It was clean and inviting. The host is local and gave us wonderful suggestions. The location is a quiet area of Venice so relaxing and authentic. Far enough away from St.Mark's to avoid the tourist and crowds but close enough to walk through it when wanted. If you like strolling to see what the real lives of Venetians look like, this area had many walkways, canals and piazzas to find a caffe, a pastry or right next door the freshest, tastiest seafood pasta I had on our trip. There is a beautiful new bathroom with a washer. The host showed us how to use it and we hung our clothes on the line. Even though it was a bit rainy and humid, the clothes dried fine near the windows. The kitchen was clean and what we might need to cook although we always ate out. We did though bring snacks, pastries and fruits back and she has a nice small refrigerator that worked great! The bed was comfortable and we slept comfortably. The decor was fun. We would recommend this apt. to rent not only because of what I described about but also the host who went out of her way to get us there and checked in quickly after a long journey. These pictures I submitted show the brown building with lights on and windows open, felt very safe in the area. Needed more spare TP. Maybe a couple more bath towels would be nice. Has to really dig to find something to improve upon.
• Dimitrios (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Με το βαπορετο κατεβαίνεις στη στάση arsenale και σε 2 λεπτά έφτασες. Υπέροχη γειτονιά. Πολύ κοντά στον δρόμο Garibaldi όπου υπάρχουν τα πάντα από μαγαζιά. Καθαρό ήσυχο και πολύ φιλόξενη η Laura. Μας άφησε να καθίσουμε και παραπάνω ώρες την ημέρα που φεύγαμε και την ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Χαρήκαμε πολυ που την γνωρίσαμε. Υπήρχε σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο. Καφετιέρα και βραστήρας. Είναι value for money το διαμέρισμα ΚΑΙ το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Δεν υπήρχε καλή σύνδεση στο ίντερνετ. Το κρεβάτι χρήζει ανανέωσης.

This historic site and house can be seen in engravings in museums. - This excellent apartment is in a very convenient location: a ten-minute walk to St. Mark's Square, and in the other direction is the promenade and park. It is very convenient in terms of transportation, with direct access to the airport from the station. There are several small supermarkets nearby. The windows overlook the main entrance to the Arsenale, and in the morning and evening, there are almost no tourists here, and it is quiet. And most notably, the owner is polite and flexible in his approach. The apartment is a bit dark and lacks light.

• Rina (10/5): - Absolutely the best place to stay with amazing hospitality and location. The apartment has everything for a comfortable long term trip and even exeeds expectations. Always happy to go back!
• Małgorzata (10/5): - Laura była niezwykle uprzejma, pomocna (zgodziła się zakwaterować nas sporo wcześniej). Bardzo miło nas przywitała, oprowadziła po mieszkaniu. Jak poprzednicy otrzymaliśmy butelkę Prosecco. Lokalizacja świetna, kilka minut pieszo do przystanku tramwaju wodnego (Arsenale), knajpek, sklepów. Mieszkanie czyste, wygodne, wystarczająco wyposażone. Polecamy i mamy nadzieję wrócić. Grazie mille, Laura! Jedyne co nam trochę przeszkadzało to konieczność zasłaniania okien w dzień, przez co było trochę ciemno. Mieszkanie jest na parterze, z oknami na plac gdzie chodzą turyści, ludzie przechodzą pod drzwiami i do tego trzeba się przyzwyczaić, że słychać głosy z zewnątrz. Ale w ogólnym rozrachunku nie było to bardzo uciążliwe.

• Anton (8/5): Very good - Apartment was close to most things. Venice is not that big but nearby were few museums, lot of restaurants and water bus stations. Spot is great but close proximity to restorans makes it very crowded and since it is the first floor you can't open wide open windows and relax. You can't get both privacy and comfort of the view sadly.

• Julia (10/5): If we could choose anywhere to stay in Venice this would be it. - Perfect location, for the Biennale and Via Garibaldi, and just 5 minutes from Arsenale vaporetto stop. Yet peaceful. Thoughtfully decorated, with enough space and everything we needed, including supplies such as olive oil and coffee. There were also guidebooks and phrase books. Extremely considerate. And Laura was so welcoming and friendly. Nothing.
• Peter (9/5): Little Idyll in Arsenale, Venice - We loved the location at Arsenale away from the busy central tourist area whilst convenient for all the places we wanted to get too. The apartment was spacious and perfect for our needs. It could be quite noisy at times when people were walking past.

Perfect location for St Marks Square and the Vaporetto stop. It had a great restaurant on the doorstep in the beautiful square outside.

• Roxtalker (9/5): In love with Venice, in love with Suite Ai Leoni =) - Laura is an amazing host. She was in contact and advised us how to get to the right jetty. She met us at the vaporetto station and walked to the property. She is welcoming and very sweet. The place looks authentically Venitian. Air conditioner worked well and all the facilities functioned properly. There is everything one may need for a good stay. Getting around was easy, there are eateries and grocery stores not far from the place. The place is on the ground floor with two windows, entrance is from a narrow quiet lane. Arsenal is across a small campo. This campo is very romantic in the evening. Sleeping accommodation is actually not a bed but a folding couch, but it was not bad and actually quite tall.

• Marius (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely amazing stay at Ai Leoni Suite! We stayed for four nights, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Our host, Laura, was incredibly charming and gracious. She met us at the Arsenale vaporetto station and provided us with wonderful tips for exploring the area, including the delightful Garibaldi street nearby, full of shops and restaurants.The apartment itself is a perfect blend of traditional and modern, offering a cozy atmosphere with all the comforts you could need. It was immaculately clean, and we found the bed to be very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, even including an orange squeezer, and we greatly appreciated the iron for our wrinkled shirts. Laura also left us a complimentary bottle of wine, complete with tips on how to best savor it. This personal touch made our stay even more special. The location of the apartment is unbeatable. With a beautiful view from the window, it’s perfectly situated in the Arsenale area, close to the San Marco landmark. It offers easy access to Venice's bustling tourist spots while being nestled in a quiet area where you can explore a different, more tranquil side of the city. Additionally, Lido is just two vaporetto stations away, making it convenient for a beach trip if you have the time. We truly felt like we had the best of Venice at our doorstep. Highly recommend Leoni Suite for an unforgettable stay in Venice! Everything was perfect!

• Klaus (10/5): Wonderful stay in Venice - I had such a beautiful time in Venezia at Lauras wonderful appartment ! so well situated , at campo de Aresenale ! ....the apppartment is very pretty decorated , cosy, and very clean . i came very late by plane, and i found a bottle of wine on the table , what a beautiful welcoming ! she was the whole time in contact with me to be sure that i'm fine with eveything until i get tho the appartment ! Allows you to explore bits of Venice you typically wouldn't see if you are only going for the main tourist attractions. The host is amazing and she even contacted me days before my arrival to ensure everything went smoothly. Only negative is that I didn't get staying longer

The area is quiet and not too far from the tourist areas and the lagune. The placed was well equipped with all the necessary appliances. The host Laura was very welcoming and gave us a lot of information on arrival. Sometimes we could not connect to the wifi. There was not enough lighting in some areas.

Costello is about a 20 min walk from St Marks with a lovely energy. Places to eat close by and quiet at night. Would definitely stay again. As a coffee addict I loved that there was a coffee maker and that Laura provided ground coffee. Thank you!
• Anna (9/5): Great and charming location with essential amenities - Host Laura was friendly and responded to queries promptly. The apartment fit our needs perfectly. Decent bed, good shower. Excellent wifi (I was doing work so this feature was important to me), newly renovated kitchen, powerful and efficient air conditioning (It was very warm during our stay and this helped us cool off at the end of a long day), and a washing machine. The location was wonderful, away from the chaos around the tourist sites of San Marco/Rialto yet close to the vaporetto stop, to the grocery store, good take-out places, and to the Venice Biennale exhibition sites. Even if I were not attending the Biennale, I would chose to rent in this neighborhood again. The view from our unit also had a spectacular view of a picturesque piazza. I would simply suggest that some of the items in the bathroom be removed to make more room for guests' own toiletries. There were a lot of decorative objects and products from previous guests that left little room for our stuff. Otherwise everything perfect.
