• Vasilisa (9/5): Absolutely worth it. - Amazing service, nice apartment. Of course, there is no elevator, but the staff helped me to lift my luggage up and a porter was booked to bring it down. It’s a bit noisy on the streets, but it more about local life than about tourists, so I took it with respect.

• Farber (9/5): Had a wonderful stay at Corte dei Santi, would gladly stay there again, will recommend it to others. - We liked the location of the apartment very much -- easy access to all the sights of Venice, but outside the areas crowded with tourists. We liked everything in the apartment -- the two bedrooms, the bathroom (great shower, happy to have a washing machine), the kitchen/dining/living room area. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The one thing missing was a tray to use in the oven (i.e. for heating food) or an oven-safe baking dish. It was very nice to have coffee pods, tea bags, olive oil and vinegar pods provided in the kitchen. Also nice to have extra rolls of toilet paper. We GREATLY appreciated the rapid responses from the host and her assistant when we had questions. There was really not anything we didn't like EXCEPT for -- as I said above -- no tray or an oven-safe baking dish to use in the oven for baking or heating food. We used the lids from the two pots and inverted them with the handles poking down through the oven rack. Also, it would have been good to know that coffee pods and toilet paper rolls would be regularly replenished when they ran out. We wouldn't have spent money to buy more coffee pods and more toilet paper when we went shopping for groceries. We used plastic shopping bags to collect recyclables (one bag for paper, one for plastic and glass). Perhaps you might want to provide small bins for the recyclables.

Wszystko mi się podobało, a kontakt z właścicielem był doskonały – bardzo miły i pomocny. W rzeczywistości apartament prezentuje się jeszcze lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Є посуд, праска, пральна машина, кавомашина, мікрохвильовка, холодильник, телевізори, кондиціонери. Чиста білизна та комфортні ліжка. Ми були в номері з двома спальнями - одна мастер-бедрум з великим ліжком, друга з двома односпальними ліжками - дуже зручно, якщо подорожуєте з дітьми. Лаура дуже чемна жінка - розповіла нам про заклади харчування та цікаві місця. Вцілому ми дуже задоволені! Немає такого.

• Viviane (10/5): A fantastic start to our time in Italy! - Wonderful, central location, down a wonderful side street close to ammenities, but away from the hustle & bustle of late night life. Exceptionally clean, well stocked and well maintained apartment. Everything we needed. Kids loved the enclosed outdoor area. Kitchen had ammenities suitable for the apartment. Laura & Simona were so kind, meeting us to organise a personalised check in, providing information on Apps to use in Venice, places to eat, and help with getting around. Great communication from Laura, the host, from the start. A wonderful start to our time in Italy. Nothing!

• Ruxandra K.B. (10/5): - This was an absolutely stunning accommodation, easy to access from the bus station, but already immersed in the texture of Venice canals and alleys. It was cosy, warm and equipped with everything our family of 4 needed. We appreciated that there was even a step stool at the bathroom sink, which our youngest used. Also the washing machine proved extremely handy, especially when you pair kids with delicious Italian sauces :) . There were several restaurants, bakeries and cafés next door, so it was easy to grab breakfast before heading to all the sights, or an unplanned late dinner upon return. Laura kindly gave us useful tips for lesser known places. It was so lovely to hear only the sounds of bells from nearby churches and seagulls flying over the rooftops.

• Voris (8/5): Very good experience, excellent value for money, clean, nice house, with everything at your disposal - The price is excellent for a house with two bedrooms and a courtyard. The location is good, close to the trains and Piazzale Roma. Reaching the St. Mark’s area requires a bit of walking, but it is very manageable in any case. For 4 people, the space was limited. But this is not something that affects my positive opinion of the house. For fewer guests the house is perfect in this respect as well.

The hostess was incredibly kind and took the time to share great recommendations for walks, restaurants, and the best gelato spots. No se podía pagar con tarjeta y era algo que me tenía un poco en tensión hasta que llegamos, pero finalmente todo genial.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Unkomplizierte Schlüssel Übergabe und sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Wir waren bereits 2019 hier und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We looked for a location near to the historical center which would be quiet (we had 2 little kids) and near to the parking place in Piazzale Roma at the same time. And the apartement was just a perfect match. We appreciated that a lady took us there and, more importantly, shared great tips for sightseeing which made our stay incredibly nice. It was also very nice to use the small courtyard where kids could run and play and where we could hide from the hot sun. The apartement was very clean and well equipped. Everything was more than great. The only thing which could be added is a potty for kids.

The host provided great information about the area and best things to do. Walking distance from many attractions and amazing restaurants very well priced. I would definitely stay again next time we are in Venice. The host is asking for payment in cash, I was ok with it but just something to be aware if you want to pay by credit card. everything was good
• Joanne (10/5): A dream start to the dream adventure. - The location of this gorgeous little apartment is ideal. When we stepped out the front door for the last time we felt we were leaving our own little home. Tucked in a cute laneway in an area 10 mins walk from Rialto Bridge in one direction and the train station in the other we felt far from the crush of the crowded tourist areas. We felt local, which for us is an important part of our travel. Laura could not have made our first few days in Italy any easier with wonderful support and a water taxi arranged to take us from the airport directly to a dock near the apartment. Do this if this is your first time to Venice! It is the most incredible way to experience Venice and arrive relaxed. Alessia was waiting on the dock to see us around the corner and settle us in. The apartment is immaculate with everything you could need. The bed is divine. Air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom. A washing machine and a kitchen with everything you would need if you wanted to cook. We did not! 😆 Within 2 mins walk are an array of eateries, cafes and pastry shops. We had coffee every morning with the locals as they headed to work. Stay here. You will not be disappointed. Absolutely nothing!
• Gayane (10/5): A comfortable and well-located apartment – perfect for a peaceful stay in Venice. - The apartment was very clean and well-organized. The check-in was smooth, and everything was exactly as described. One of the biggest advantages was its location – just 10–15 minutes on foot from the train station, which is a huge plus in Venice where cars are not allowed. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet still within walking distance to all major attractions. The courtyard was a lovely bonus – perfect for relaxing. There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was great!

• October (9/5): Comfortable, spacious, well equipped apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood - The property was exactly as described, very comfortable and well equipped. Laura met us at the train station to guide us to Corte delle Santi. She also arranged for us to pay by bank transfer from our Italian account. Laura made good restaurant recommendations. It was great to have so much space to relax after the crowds - even in March. We found our favorite restaurant on our own however, just wandering around the residential neighborhood. Two things - we haven't encountered a property that doesn't accept credit or debit cards. The second is that while we loved staying away from the crowds in a residential neighborhood, two of our guides explained how so many properties have been converted to short term rentals, it is difficult for natives of Venice and others who work there to find affordable housing.
• Josna (10/5): The apartment met all our expectation, our stay was memorable - Booking and Payments: Super easy and straightforward. Check-in: Was a breeze. Location: Perfect! Very close to Piazzale Roma and the bus stand. Laura guided us to the property with directions so clear, even a blind person couldn’t miss them 😊. You can walk to almost any spot on the island in 20–25 minutes through the beautiful streets, or hop on a nearby vaporetto (water bus). Amenities: The apartment had everything to make us feel at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and both the kitchen and bathroom were spotless—Daniela keeps the place in impeccable condition. If you’re traveling with kids, the private garden is a true savior! Alessia was amazing—she gave us all the guidance we needed, including tips on how to get around, the best routes, and the right times to visit major sights to avoid the crowds. She was like a shepherd 😊 guiding her flock! Always responsive and helpful. Thank you to the whole team! Loved every thing.

The accommodation is in an area which is easily accessible by foot to the major attractions across Venice. The furnishings are very comfortable and luxurious. The hosts provided coffee pods for the morning. There was also a good selection of tea. Olive oil and balsamic vinegar was provided. Additionally, a nice touch was the shopping bag and the little bag of toiletries provided. They also provided good quality tissues. Had a wonderful stay as a family of four. N/A

• Federico (10/5): I wish I could stay at a place like this everywhere I go - The place was immaculate. It looks like it came out of a Michael Haneke movie, so classy and elegant. The host Laura was great and her collaborator Clotilde was incredible, extremely helpful and very nice. Could not have wished for better hosts. The apartment's location could not be better. They left some goodies we weren't expecting (like coffee, olive oil, etc ). That it rained but that's far beyond the hosts' control.
