• Lazara (1/5): - “Communication around this reservation was unacceptable. Months after booking and after my card had already been charged, I was informed through a casual message that there was supposedly a two-night minimum stay issue. Despite this, the property continued coordinating check-in times with me, even approving my requested arrival window for May 22. At no point was I clearly told the reservation was canceled or invalid. I only discovered the problem the day before arrival , while already traveling in Italy, leaving my sister and me without accommodations on a Friday afternoon in Venice, one of the busiest and most expensive times to find last-minute lodging. The stress this caused during what was supposed to be a special trip was enormous. The host later claimed the reservation had ‘not been confirmed,’ yet payment had been processed and check-in communications continued for months afterward. Thankfully Booking.com approved a full refund, but that does not undo the disruption, uncertainty, and last-minute scramble this caused. I would strongly recommend future guests get explicit written confirmation that their reservation is fully valid and honored well before arrival.”

• Juliette (8/5): Prima voor een kort verblijf in het hart van de stad. - Ruim en goede locatie. Erg gehorig, veel lawaai van buiten. Keuken niet geschikt om te koken (te weinig keukengerei).

• Maureen Kate (9/5): Wonderful experience! - It was a very clean and spacious flat! We were able to cook without any problems, and the location of the flat is superb. There’s atm just outside the flat! Overall it was a lovely time in Venice. Our first night there, we were awaken by the noise of drunk passersby. A small issue for such a very good stay.

• Artur Halota (8/5): Świetna bazą wypadowa na miasto - Lokalizacja świetna, mieszkanie w centrum miasta, ale mimo wszystko trochę na uboczu, co było dużym plusem. Ogólnie było czysto i schludnie urządzone mieszkanie, z klimatycznym wejściem, świetny kontakt z właścicielem, który oferuje również inne dodatkowe atrakcje (przejażdżka motorówką). 15 min piechotą od dworca. Aby przenocować - to idealne miejsce na wypad po całej Wenecji W nocy dość chłodno i było słychać najmniejsze odgłosy z innych mieszkań, pościel trochę niedoczyszczona (plamy), ale ogólnie raczej brak innych większych minusów, które mocno by wpływały na pobyt.

• Elisabeth (9/5): - Die Lage war super, ruhig und trotzdem alles gut zu erreichen, auch Lebensmittel, Kneipen. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Es gab sogar deutsche Reiseführer :-) - und die Stadt ist selbstverständlich großartig. Die Kommunkation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, sehr nett! Die Ausstattung an Messern zum Kochen/Kochgeschirr könnte etwas größer sein

• Barnett (8/5): Quiet clean apartment in a nice neighborhood, a 20 min walk away from tourist crowds - I liked a lot that we were allowed to check ourselves in early. After a very long 23 hours of traveling, getting to check in and lie down for a nap was quite welcome and very much appreciated. The listing for the apartment indicated that transportation from the airport was provided. I indicated an interest in availing us of that service but got no reply back from the host. I inquired again, and I got a comment about where to meet. Eventually, it became clear that no transportation was being provided by the host and we were just being directed to where to find the yellow boats that would bring us to a dock near the apartment. This whole interchange was extremely frustrating. One of the reasons I selected this listing was the airport transport being offered so I was pretty angry that it was not a real thing (a bait and switch). The host apologized and I suggested the misinformation get deleted from the listing. I have not bothered to check if this happened. But, I don't like being lied to. This gave me a negative feeling for the entire stay. Also, when we checked out, we were told to leave the key inside and the unit unlocked. This made me nervous as anyone in the building could have entered and stolen items for which we could be blamed and charged if they got in there before the host arrived to clean and lock up.

• Anđela (10/5): Nice, clean, great location - It is comfortable and clean. Location is great. There seems to be an issue with the WC door, we got stuck inside twice, but fortunately, it was possible to open it from the outside both times.

• Tasarla (9/5): Incredible location, quiet and cute neighbourhood. Best part of Venice in my opinion! Thanks for the stay - Great location in a quiet, vibey neighbourhood with cute trattoria/ Osteria, small plaza and supermarket close by. We loved the location and vibe of the area. The kitchen could have a few more facilities to cook basic meals but we managed with the oven - we also would recommend providing a towel for the floor of the bathroom and dish towels for kitchen.
• Chloe (5/5): Missing many listed ‘facilities’/ammenities - Good position in a calm area, close to restaurants, cafes, supermarket and waterbus/ferry station. Apartment is a good size for 2 people, doesn’t feel cramped. Does not have free airport shuttle as advertised. You have to organise your own bus via the public bus system. The kitchen was very much lacking. No kitchen knifes or chopping board to prepare food to cook. Missing other key kitchen utensils. No tea towels to dry after washing up. Also missing a dishwasher which was in the listing. The listing said it had a coffee machine and an electric kettle - neither of which we had. Many of the items listed in the ‘facilities’/ammenities are false/non existent.
• Lea (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect, short walk to any place, but not in the middle of the most popular streets. And the apartment is good size for two people.

• Julie (10/5): Great unit, hospitable host, wonderful stay. Love nest in Venice! - Darling studio love nest! Host had some lovely touches with fridge stocked with water, beer, soda - for reasonable amount. Well appointed. Great location. We had a great stay. Near wonderful restaurants, to go food and gelato. Recommend taking vaparetto line 1 and getting off at Stae stop if you have luggage - flat run to unit (vs up and over all the bridges) Floor a bit uneven. And noticeable. An easy chair would be nice as well a couple luggage stands to open suitcase on.

• Sven (8/5): Authentic accommodation in nice neighbourhood - Very nice apartment in authentic building and in a vibrant neighbourhood with good restaurants and bakery within short walking distance. Host was very helpful. The kitchen is not really equipped for cooking. The parking information are not correct. You have to take care of parking arrangements yourself.

Door was very finicky and sometimes took a multiple tries to open door. Emailed asking how to turn on a/c but never got answer. Bugs came in when I opened up window due to no screens.

Also, he was accessible via WhatsApp in case we needed anything. The apartment has thin walls so it was very noisy all night because of the surrounding flats and the streets.

Although we did not meet ,all the information was communicated well via whatsaapp. The walls are paper thin and everything is audible . Not recommended for a light sleeper
