• david (10/5): Romantic stay in Venice - I can’t complement our host enough. Simply stated, she was available when we needed her. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed and it was placed in a quiet Venetian neighbourhood with mostly locals. We took an afternoon day trip to St Mark’s square to get our fill of touristy stuff. After a short time we were thankful to return to the “neighbourhood”. Finally we were a short walk to Ft Nove where we took the Alilaguna to Marco Polo. 0
• Anja (9/5): - Canaletto is a great area to stay. Communication was easy and all went well. Equipment in the kitchen in case you want to cook.
• Karolina (7/5): Wszystko ok - Apartament widać że odnowiony, 3 sypialnie, 2 łazienki, wygodne łóżka i piękny widok za oknem. Świetna komunikacja z właścicielami, którzy są bardzo pomocni nawet w doradzeniu restauracji. W miarę blisko do przystanków, restauracji i sklepów. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona- były szklanki, garnki i dostępna nawet kawa w kapsułkach do ekspresu. Wygodne check-in bez kontaktu i bez ograniczonych godzin meldunku. Pościel w jednej z sypialni była z dużą, zauważalną plamą. Łazienka słabo wysprzątana, podłoga wyglądała na bardzo brudną i dobrze byłoby ją wyszorować. Mała ilość kosmetyków, przydałby się większy żel pod prysznic, szampon i odżywka do włosów zamiast kilku małych buteleczek. Fajnie byłoby uzupełniać w kuchni podstawowe rzeczy jak herbata i cukier- dokupiliśmy i zostawiliśmy dla następnych gości. Warto pomyśleć o jakimś zabezpieczeniu przed komarami zwłaszcza w sezonie, bo okropnie gryzły w nocy :)

• Maria Daniela (10/5): Super Comfortable Stay In a Cute Venetian Street - Chiara and David were super helpful and responsive, and the ability to self-check in was great as we didn’t know when we would arrive until the day we got there. The apartment is super spacious and comfortable. It was just 3 of us but the place can easily fit more and the half bathroom came in handy when we were getting ready lol Location is great - close enough to bars/restaurants but far enough from the noise at night. NOTE: If you have heavy bags, hire a porter to take them for you or be prepared to carry them over a few bridges to get there.

• Ball (8/5): Nice stay - The location was nice, much quieter than other areas which was great. The hosts kindly let us leave our luggage before check-in time so we could explore without that hassle. We really appreciated that and your clear communication. The place is a great size and it was wonderful to have two toilets & basins (we are three single females traveling together). Also nice to be able to wash laundry as we have been traveling for over a month before staying here. The bed in the bedroom and lounge were more comfortable than others we slept in around our travels in Italy. We had a good stay, thank you. As I said our overall stay was good but there are a few minor improvements that could have made it excellent. The apartment was generally clean but the floor could do with a good vacuum and mop as our feet felt dirty/gritty from walking around on it and there are some squished mosquitoes on the white walls. The kitchen shelf houses a kettle, toaster and coffee maker but the shelf is quite unstable and unsafe. We put them on the floor to use them which isn't ideal. A pair of wall brackets would fix this issue or a small table to have these electrical appliances on, would’ve made us more confident using them. The pull out couch in the lounge is quite uncomfortable. English instructions for the washing machine would be super helpful.

• Jessica (9/5): Terrific view, nice apartment, quieter neighborhood - a wonderful stay in Venice! - This apartment is in a more residential area of Venice. We loved that the immediate few blocks were quieter, but that you could easily walk to a lot of the action. The view from the main bedroom can not be beat - it is just stunning! You can also see the canal from the main living area and the kitchen. We especially loved seeing the sunset from the balcony. The three bedrooms all had great a/c. There was a washer that worked well and laundry detergent. The bathrooms are smaller, but functional. The hosts were responsive and helpful. If you are coming from the airport, it's easy to take a public boat to the first stop, and then the walk is only about 5 minutes - so not too bad at all for Venice! The bed in the main bedroom isn't the most comfortable. Not a flaw, but know that this is an apartment in a very old building in Venice - we think this is charming, but expect sloping floors. Also, just FYI, there are steps to get to the apartment on the first floor. None of this bothered us - great apartment!
• Amy (10/5): Stay here! Our favorite place we stayed during our entire 2 week trip through Switzerland and Italy - This places is a gem! We stayed here with 3 young kids for 2 nights. It is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. The apartment is up one flight of stairs, and has AC, which honestly was such a life saver for us. The kitchen is big, the biggest kitchen we had in all of our Europe apartment rentals, and had everything we needed. Primary bedroom was a dream with a large bed, and overlooking the canal. We had such fun watching the boats go by. It gets warm, we so kept the blinds closed during the day, but morning and evening were lovely. My kids enjoyed the separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The neighborhood was quiet, we enjoyed walking around and stopping in a couple local places for cicchetti and a glass of wine. So lovely. Cannaregio is mostly residential, which appealed to us. A big of a walk to get to the touristy areas, but you're in Venice and walking the alleys and getting lost if part of the fun! I have nothing negative to say about this wonderful apartment!
• Weinberg (9/5): Quiet location - Very nice property, quiet and well located in a beautiful neighborhood outside of the crowded areas. The apartment offers a full kitchen with a dining area. It's very convenient to have one full bathroom and an additional half bathroom. It’s best to keep the windows closed to prevent mosquitoes from coming in.

The beds are very uncomfortable. The apartment could do with a little maintenance e.g. the trim is hanging off the front door and the inside handle needs fixed.

Located right on the water, we could get a taste of local life from the balcony and from the amazing bars and restaurants within g easy walking distance. There was nothing I didn’t like. The hosts made everything so easy. If I had one suggestion, if it seems like your hot water isn’t hot enough just wait a couple of minutes and you will have a great shower
• Dragoș (7/5): Good apartment, but could be better. - The location was great, the apartment was very big. Heating worked and it was good. All in all comfy and good value. The hosts were responsive and very friendly, and the check in went smooth and fast. The cleaning tax - it should be included in the price. The apartment was not sufficiently clean for how much we paid for the cleaning service. I usually leave everything in order and tidy up before leaving. However if i have to pay for a cleaning fee that's 60-80 euros, then i will simply not do anything after leaving and let the cleaning person do it. However, in this case, there was dust under the bed, smashed mosquitoes with dried out blood on the bathroom walls (there are no insect nets), and the bed sheets didn't smell of detergent (I didn't know if they were washed before or not), but they looked clean at least. I've been to places that had no cleaning fee and the sheets were so clean, i could smell them on my clothes after i checked out. The pillows smelled and looked clean though. Also, last but not least, the beds were comfy but quite squeaky.

The apartment was right on a canal so we could watch all boats going past. The apartment was huge! A great size for a family of 5! So much room and space to relax and well equipped with everything you would need. We couldn’t stay longer!

The only minor issue was that the mattresses on the beds were too hard and uncomfortable for half of our party.

• David (10/5): Your Venice dream B&B - Chiara is a Super Host of a Super 10 Star Property in Venezia. Her B&B is in a perfect location... extremely quiet neighborhood...away from the crowded walkways but close to all Venice has to offer. The price is very affordable... it has 2 beds with a bath/shower and a half ... a full kitchen.. just open the shutters and windows in this 2nd story apartment and sip your tea or coffee ☕️ looking out on the quiet streets. If you can find this B&B available,... you will be extremely fortunate. The best place in Venice to stay. Everything was just wonderful... simply the best.

Delicious neighborhood restaurants within a 3 to 5 minute walk. Our host, David, was fantastic! Check in was easy. Slight problem finding the building because the building numbers were faded. Additional blankets would have been nice but not a major problem.

• Vinny (9/5): Brilliant contemporary apartment within walking distance to the train station - Excellent location, within walking distance to St Lucia station. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. We absolutely loved the place and will recommend it to friends and family. Nothing negative to report as the apartment overall is very comfortable and has everything required. But if I have to pick something then a fan or air conditioner in the main bedroom also would be beneficial during the hot summer days. It is not a problem as such as the hall corridor outside has the AC that cools the bedroom as well.

We could see that the bed we slept on was broken, kind of stressful to sleep on it. Considering the price we paid per night this shouldn’t be the case.

• Simon (10/5): Great apartment in Venice - We stayed for 2 nights in the 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment itself is in a building next to one of the canals (balcony looks over the canal), and is quite spacious. Location was great, in a quieter part of Venice away from the crowds but still close enough to shops, restaurants and tourist sites. WiFi was fast, and cooking facilities and kitchen utensils adequate. The apartment is in an old Venetian building, so expect the floors to be slightly uneven, as no doubt every building built over water would be bound to move over time.

The property owner was a top notch host, the place was clean - The location was a 20 minute walk from the taxi drop off, it was a challenge with suitcases, but the walk in was picturesque for a browser like me. I don't think the locals were friendly.
• Susan (10/5): A perfect place to stay while in Venice! - This apartment was like a palace. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a well-stocked kitchen. The showers are great, the beds were very comfortable. It is on a quiet canal so it peaceful. We were able to drop our luggage off when we arrived and after check out which was very handy and appreciated. Daniel was very friendly and kind. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. Can't think of anything I would change.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and provided shampoo as well as laundry deter - The area around the apartment was quiet and we had plenty of space for a family of four. It was very clean and Chiari responded promptly to my texts and was extremely helpful! No complaints, but it is approximately a 20 minute walk to the train station.

• Iutis (9/5): Very good stay. - Good location. Very clean. Friendly owner. Quiet area. The view from the Apartment is not the one presented in the booking’s pictures. There is not such a balcony in apartment that we had.
