• Magdalena (6/5): Perfect location, but thats all - The location is just perfect The place could clearly use some cleaning. There was dust and sticky spots on the floor. The furniture was old, which looked very nice, but the functionality was questionable. One of the beds was broken on one side, so you could not sit on it and other bed had not attached its headboard, so it kept banging to the wall as you were rolling over when sleeping. The electricity in the kitchen did not work, so we could not turn on the dishwasher or use the outlets. We are glad that we stayed only one night, because we would be disappointed if we stayed more. I would say that the only thing worth the money is the location, otherwise look for your accomodation somewhere else.

• Lanci (6/5): I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it. G - Very close to San Marco. Very outdated and smallest bathroom ever. Master bed was very uncomfortable. With restaurants and shops just below the apartment it is very noisy starting around 5:30am.

Wygodne łóżka. Genialnie i bogato zaopatrzona biblioteka - cudo. Sprzątanie obiektu: tu coś poszło nie tak jak powinno.

Ni pensar en andar descalzo, también encontramos una pastilla de algún medicamento en el suelo de una habitación . Las fotos son mucho mejores que la realidad

• Victor Manuel (7/5): Buena para una estadía corta. - Ubicación buena, Camacho cómodas. Primero si va una pareja mayor o alguien con limitaciones físicas es muy complicado al no tener elevador y estar en un tercer piso, Wi Fi pésimo, en tiempos de internet es lo que mas se busca que funcione bien. Como en toda Venecia ambientes estrechos.

• ALAIN (8/5): très mauvaise communication pour l'arrivée, mais le reste très bien - emplacement formidable, pas de petit déjeuner ampoule grillée sur la gazinière, tiroir des casseroles hs. communication impossible avec sarlux pour l'arrivée : on nous a demandé d'envoyer un message en arrivant mais on n'a jamais su quelle sorte de message ni à qui ? Ensuite on nous a dit qu'on recevrait un code qu'on n'a pas eu. On nous a aussi qu'on nous ouvrirait à distance mais personne n'a jamais répondu au téléphone , ni sur le numéro whatsapp ! Nous avons donc sonné chez des voisins qui ont bien voulu nous ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble, et ensuite nous avons trouvé la boite à clés !
• Emma (7/5): I would stay here again and recommend to friends, very central, beds were comfortable. - The host was extremely helpful, our flight was delayed and we arrived very late at night but he kept in regular contact throughout. The location was amazing, just two minutes from St Marks Square There were a lot of mosquitoes in the bedrooms, and the lounge area as a bit bare and not very cosy. The shower was also very small and awkwardly positioned

• Caroline (9/5): Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Venedig - Sehr zentral, sehr authentisch für Venedig. Es hatte drei Schlafzimmer, was uns beim Buchen nicht bewusst war, war das die Zimmer nicht in sich geschlossen waren. Die Zimmer waren hintereinander aufgereiht so dass man durch jedes laufen musste bis ins Doppelzimmer. Ist etwas mühsam für die Person im Einzelzimmer und im Zweibettzimmer. Wir waren zu fünft, 2 Erwachsene und drei jugendliche.
• Sarah (5/5): Good location, that’s about it. - The location was great. There were multiple issues with the property. There was no hot water when we first got there and they had to walk us through on how to turn it on. Then requested we turn it off after use. When we returned after our first day out in Venice we found water all over the floor in one of the bedrooms. It had leaked from the radiator. We used some of our towels and then found a mop to clean it all up. Dumped two mop buckets out. We found a bowl that would fit under to catch the water, but had to dump it a couple times in the night. When we contacted them about it, they just said sorry and didn’t offer anything to make it right. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and we all got devoured by mosquitoes. The top blankets in a couple rooms were dirty and the rug in the middle bedroom was filthy. The bathroom is very tiny and hard to get into the shower because the toilet blocks the shower door. The layout is impossible for anyone needing privacy as you had to walk through all bedrooms to get to the bathroom. It could work for a family with little kids, but not full grown adults.

The stairs, would have been better in the lower levels, utilities such as kettle was dirty, sandwich press was broken and a mix match cutlery shows dated equipment. Hot water in shower was hopeless, would turn cold quickly.

• Cristina (5/5): 3º piso sin ascensor - El aire acondicionado. La ubicación, a 5 minutos de la plaza san marco. No hay ruido en la calle por la noche para dormir. No hay aire acondicionado en una de las habitaciones. El wifi no llega a la última habitación. El piso se ve viejo, necesita una reforma, sobre todo en cocina y baño. El baño es un pasillo, muy estrecho. Falta de limpieza sobre todo en baño y cocina. No hay ascensor. La puerta de entrada no es de seguridad, es un pestillo. Hay que pasar por otras habitaciones antes de llegar a la última, no hay pasillo.

Есть свои нюансы с мусором, потеряли много времени пока разобрались куда , что и как. Душевая очень малюсенькая. Комнаты все проходные
• Bjørn-Steinar (5/5): Living close to San Marco square - The location is great. Very close to San Marco square. The flat is kept in an old fashioned style that just felt right. Communication was good.The garbage system in Venice is not that straight forward, but the host was very helpful.The daytime was great with a cozy kitchen that had all we needed. The bedrooms are arranged "in line" so that you have to walk through both room one and two to get to room three. Not very practical or private. We where six people and the sixt bed is a sofa in the living room, comfortable to sleep in but located just outside the only (very small) bathroom. As such the flat did not fully meet our expectations.
• Julia (10/5): Хорошая квартира на короткий срок - Шикарное месторасположение. Лучше не придумаешь. Достаточно просторная квартира 1. Очень плохой интернет. Вайфай постоянно пропадает, и ловит не во всей квартире 2. Горячая вода - на всех не хватает 3. В принципе, в квартире чисто, но когда я достала из шкафа одеяло, оно было в пятнах крови. Для меня это неприемлемо 4. Очень не хватало кофемашины или кофеварки 5. Нет пакетов для мусора, тряпок вытереть стол и губок для мытья посуды 6. Душевая очень маленькая 7. Кондиционер практически не работает

• Sharon (7/5): Good - The location was excellent. Staff were helpful. Enough space for our family. Stairs up to apartment were alot and steep (however this is communicated by staff so wasn't unexpected just something to keep in mind) We were given 2 small toilet rolls for 6 of us for 3 nights and 4 days. Once I messaged we were able to get some more which was great but we did have to buy some of our own as well. The main bed wasn't comfortable it was quite hard but it could well suit some people. We are just used to a very soft bed. The mosquito's are insane even with the plug in things. This is common for vencie which we didn't know so could be good to have some spray if your prone to a reaction which my children are. Overall the communication was excellent with place and they were very helpful if we needed anything.

• Tony (8/5): Amazing location, close to transport links and sights. - Location was amazing. Property was dated but somehow felt more authentic. Checking in was a bit of a hassle, we had to wait outside the property for nearly 30 minutes waiting to gain entry. The property could definitely do with some mosquito nets, my family were all covered in bites during our stay there.

• Andrew (9/5): Great place to stay in Venice, close to Piazza San Marco. - Great location, good spaces. Lovely character. Checking in was difficult. We had no reply to messaging at the agreed time to check in. This was to let us in the front door. After phoning a couple of times we were eventually let in.

• Amir (4/5): - - Location. Location. Location. All badrooms are conected. NO privacy. Bathroom and shower are very nerrow. 3rd floor. NO elevator.
• Anny (3/5): Nice place, but infested with bedbugs. - I like the location and the rapid response from the property management answering questions, also that everything that you need from a house you will have it there, laundry machine was a plus. I didn't like how far the property is from the main train station, also that the apartment is on a 4th floor and there is no elevator, I also didn't like that we found bedbugs on the beds and 3 members of the family got bites from them. We reported the issue, explaining to them that 2 of the rooms were infested and that 3 members got bites, they told me that the next day they will send someone to change the sheets and disinfect the sofa bed, they did send someone but that person only changed the sheets from the sofa but didn't do anything in the middle bedroom, when I email the management, that person replied saying that, they never have issues like that before and they would disinfect when we leave the place. The place is in a nice area, but right now, it isn't a good place until they disinfect everything or replace all the furniture.
• Dorine (5/5): It was okay - The location is very convenient, in the middle of the city centre. The staff was nicer towards the end. It was very kind that we could leave our luggage a bit longer. On arrival the staff was rude (I think a different person than later) and not helpful. The airconditioning was not working properly. The apartment was dirty on arrival- a lot of dust on places where you should also clean (such as below the bed and up the cupboards). It is very dark with not much day light.

• Manasi (10/5): We loved staying at this apartment, lots of ameneties and air con which was amazing. - We liked the apartment’s location as well as the large bedrooms and air conditioning in each room.
• Elizabeth (10/5): We had a nice time. - Location and enough elbow room for the 4 of us. When I had questions about working the TV and clothes washer, the staff were very helpful through e-mail. Bidet-sticks out in an already small bathroom.
• Leah (3/5): only thing good is the location - good location all the bedrooms are all attached to each other and there’s only one entrance from one of the rooms to the other two, kettle didn’t work and when I asked if it were possible to swap it they told me it was new and it should work (it was definitely not new and was greasy on the outside, it would only light up when the wire was twisted a certain angle), tiny shower was weak, no lift, very old and run down.

• Richard (9/5): I'd stay there again - This was a great apartment located just a few minutes from St Mark's Square. It was clean and well-equipped although we really only used it to sleep. There were two portable air-conditioning units plus a couple of fans to help cool the place down. The air-con meant the windows had to be kept open, sometimes it was a bit noisy outside early in the morning but hey this is Venice, its best to be up and out early before it gets too hot and busy. There was no lift. Didn't bother us but worth mentioning just in case.
• Sebastien (2/5): Very poor - it sais it had A/C but A/C was not working it was only a fan; the apartment was very hot and we had trouble sleeping; we asked them to repair A/C and they said A/C was working fine!!! eventhoght temperature in apartment was 28!

• Normand (7/5): Great location, nice apartment, but wouldn’t go back. Sorry. - Great location, good size apartment. Staff kept emailing me too much. Asking about our passport photos multiple times, which was NOT mandatory, according to their rules. They asked where we left the two sets of keys, and there was only one set given to me. I don’t think we should be responsible, as customers, to figure out the garbage removal dates and requirements, we were very tidy, and collected all our waste neatly in one bag. They rang our doorbell three times and actually unlocked our door at 8:00 am the day we were checking out, and scared my wife, who was in the shower. Our check out time was 11:00 am.
• Balaceanu (1/5): Bad - The worst accommodation. The furniture is extremely old. The old heaters and the one in the reception hall do not work and were tied with a cloth so that they do not leak. The bathroom is extremely small.

• Dashielle (6/5): it was fine for a short stay, good location and not very clean - it had a good location and good amount of rooms to accommodate a group it really didn’t smell or seem clean, the bathroom had a terrible sewer smell, the shower was an inconvenience and was not clean

• Rhianne (5/5): Passable - good location electricity went off several times a day whilst getting ready and also every night during the night & bathroom very small, hard to get into shower.
• Anna (4/5): If the air conditioning had worked this would have been a great place to stay. - Fantastic location, good communication from the property manager on arrival and when some issues with the power and air conditioning arose. This property is advertised as having air conditioning, but the 3 units in the rooms appeared not to have refrigerant/coolant as the accommodation was hotter inside than outside (temperatures in the mid 30's). We had service people visit twice over two days (for over 2 hours) to try and fix the power outages and air conditioning. The contact person was apologetic, but the office/administrators have not yet replied in regard to these issues :(
