• charlotte (9/5): Bel appartement soigneusement décoré Emplacement parfait pour visiter Venise - Emplacement au top , près des arrêts de vaporetto Madonna dell Orto pour aller à l'aeroport (8 minutes à pied) , San Marcuola pour aller un peu partout dans Venise (10 minutes) et Fondamente Nueve pour aller sur les iles Murano et Burano (15 minutes). Quartier sympa et calme, près de plein de restaurants et commerces. Arrivée facile avec boîte à clés et communication facile. Appartement propre, avec une belle déco vénitienne et cuisine bien équipée. La literie était un peu dure mais c'est une question de goût et on entend pas mal les voisins du dessus.
• Daryna (7/5): Alles super, wenn es nicht so kalt wäre und muffig gerochen hätte. - Die Unterkunft sieht sehr schön aus und ist richtig toll eingerichtet. Uns war die ganze Zeit sehr kalt, und die Heizung bzw. Klimaanlage half auch nicht. Außerdem roch es sehr stark nach Feuchtigkeit und im Badezimmer nach Abwasser.
• Laetitia (8/5): - Super localisation dans un quartier près du centre, et à la fois tranquille et un peu animé, près d'un joli canal. Pas de bruit le soir. Lits confortables. Appartement bien équipé. Appartement en rez-de-chaussée, avec le salon qui donne directement sur la rue, pas très gênant car quartier très calme, mais pas vraiment de possibilité d'ouvrir les très grands volets du salon, donc pas de lumière du jour.

• Michela (10/5): Top - Appartamento bellissimo, pulito e caldo . Posizione perfetta , silenziosa . Letto comodo. Noi non abbiamo mangiato a casa ma c’era tutto l’occorrente di stoviglie per poterlo fare . Cuscini non avevano una via di mezzo . Lasciare a disposizione qualche tisana .

Vicino alla fermata Orto in una zona di Venezia autentica e fuori dalla confusione del centro. Letti comodi e buona pulizia. La sig.ra Lucia disponibile e cordiale. Un leggero odore di muffa.

• Colin (9/5): Beautiful apartment! - Great location! A lovely ground floor apartment, full of traditional charm, exactly as described, gave us the flexibility and freedom to explore Venice The only criticism was a bit of noise from the people in the flat upstairs

• Margot Jefferson (9/5): Great location to explore a beautiful city - Loved the location of the apartment, super close to the waterboat stop so easy to get to with luggage, and quick to get to the Vaporetto to get to Burano, Murano and explore more of the city. We travelled with a family member who struggles to walk fast or far, so this was perfect. There is a great restaurant just outside the apartment and just a quick walk away there are a number of restaurants and bars offering a more local feel than the busier areas of the city. The rooms were spacious and the lounge and kitchen was beautifully decorated. The communication was very informative. The bath/shower in the en-suite bathroom is interesting.... the house smelt a bit musty, but most likely, most places in Venice do. We missed the more personal communication that we had from other apartments that are more owner managed, but the communication was still great and we had everything we needed.

• Nicola (7/5): Great location, pleased we stayed somewhere away from the main tourist areas. However, for anything longer than the thre - The location was absolutely perfect. Close to the Vaporetto, which was great for both our arrival via train and departure from the airport. Local restaurants were on our doorstep and the walk into the main areas of Venice exactly what we hoped for. We wanted to see more than just the tourist hotspots. As two couples, the layout was slightly challenging with one room en suite and a challenging bath, the other was not en suite and the bathroom we had access to was tiny. The bathroom sink tap was out of action so we had to use the kitchen sink, not ideal. Additionally the washing machine was not operational either and after two weeks travelling in Europe, choosing a solution that had washing facilities was part of the decision making process so this was disappointing and we were not pre advised which left us with no immediate solutions.
• Edward (5/5): Ruined by poor customer relations. - The locations is very good if you want to be out of the chaos of Venice and is surrounded by great places to eat and drink The hosts blamed us for breaking the washing machine and refused to send our clothes back, that were stuck in the washing machine, until we paid for the postage costs. This totally ruined our whole experience, being blamed for something we didn't do and then having to pay to get our clothes back that we also had to do without for the remainder of our holiday. Very disappointing.
• Victoria (9/5): Lovely stay in a beautiful historic apartment in a fabulous part of Venice - Lovely single floor apartment in a fantastic location. 5 mins walk from the vaporetto stop and close to lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Very quiet area. Bed comfy and excellent shower in one of the rooms (other was a bit odd!) Small things could be improved. There weren't really any washing up facilities (no liquid or tea towels), there was a dishwasher but we weren't really using enough crockery to warrant it. There was only one key for the air con / lighting so if we went out separately we had to time our return.
• Andreea (9/5): Superb - Anna was very, very helpful and friendly and we really appreciated her recommendations. The beds were comfy, everything was clean and confortable. It was really difficult with the bathrooms - one has a really awkward bathtub, where is impossible to stand. The other has only a head shower, where is difficult not to get your hair wet.

• Jack (8/5): Great location with local vibes. - Nice friendly greeting by Anna who let us into the property, good communication. It’s convenient as you can just get the orange very to there from the airport and it is the first stop. Property is situated in a slightly off the beaten track neighbourhood if such a thing can exist in Venice. This was very welcome as the restaurants and general area had a more laid back local and authentic feel. We felt we lucked out despite the longer walks to the main attractions. The flat was good, clean and tidy with all the promised amenities. Pros well out way the cons. The only negatives would be it is a little cramped in places (bathroom for instance) and there is not much natural light that can be let in as it has very few windows.
• White (9/5): Lovely apartment in a charming Venice neighborhood. - My family had a wonderful time at La Musa. It was in a great location next to the water taxi and quaint restaurants within walking distance. I love that it was away from the city center. It was quiet at night, and there was a cute courtyard in front. It was very clean. Lucia met us with the keys and was a text message away to answer any questions we had. Figuring out where to through the garbage was confusing. There are barely any garbage cans anywhere in Venice!

Great location near ferry and walking distance to all the main sites. The apartment was large and well decorated. Kitchen well equipped. Wasn’t keen on the style of bath but the shower was great.

• Douglas (10/5): Great apartment in a quiet neighbouhood, close to supermarket, bars and restaurants. - Great location, very clean. Well set up. Close to supermarket and great local neighbourhood restaurants. Quiet at night. Close to ferry stop which is excellent if arriving by boat from Marco Polo. Host was very responsive. We had trouble with the front door lock on the first day and last day - the two middle days it worked well. May just be our inexperience with Venetian locks?

• Rosaleen (10/5): Exceptional - We were very happy with your stay. We brought my Mum, who will be 79 soon and it was great the apartment is on the ground floor. Our 6 year old also loved having the large space outside the apartment to play. Check out was at 10am but Giorgio was a very obliging host and allowed us to leave our luggage at the air BnB until near our departure time at 2.30pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Venice and we looked forward to coming back in the evenings to La Musa. Thank you, Giorgio😊 I can’t say there was anything we didn’t like.
• Jane (9/5): Beautiful ground floor apartment in perfect location - Beautiful 2 bed, 2 bathroom, ground floor apartment. Comfy beds, lovely decor, perfectly well equipped kitchen. And the location was great. This is the loveliest area to stay in Venice; it's peaceful with local bars and restaurants but only a 20 minute walk to Rialto. The apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the airport boat. Also great communication from the host. Highly recommended. The buildings don't allow for a totally quiet stay with day to day sounds from neighbours travelling through old wooden ceilings so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper (which I am but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again).

• Krishnakumar (7/5): Perfect location and ideal for short stays - Comfortable bedrooms and AC throughout the house Bathroom is not clean and not comfortably useable. Two bathrooms, where the large one has unusual design and not flat and also but dirty. The small shower room has very minimal space.

• Ryan (10/5): Great Stay in Cannareggio - The apartment is beautiful and located in a nice part of Venice, where you’re away from the most crowded tourist areas. There is an interesting bathtub in one of the bathrooms. Other reviewers complain about it, but they must not of used it because it is ergonomically designed & quite comfortable for a bath after long days of walking. There is a distinct sewage smell (especially in the bathrooms & living room) in the mornings. This may be common across Venice, so it is not really a complaint about this particular property.
• I (10/5): We definitely had a nice time in this apartment. - It was very easy and fast to get to the property from the airport. The apartment is not only pretty and well equipped, but also very comfortable and quiet. The location is perfect to spend a few days in Venice out of the crowded areas of the city. Nice neighborhood with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended. Everything was great!
