Melodie was there to help with any questions we had. Managing the hot water for showers and baths. We were told and it was written on our sheet but we just kept forgetting.

• JENNIFER (8/5): It was plesant, but a little below par. We found the local Tourist information Centre very helpful. - The central location was convienient. The facility was aired as requested for my allergy problem and hypo allerengic toilet paper was provided. That was much appreciated. The bathroom was unsatisfactory, too small and not wonderfully clean, the stairs particularly problamatic for elderly people. face to face office could have been more helpful. An initial explanation of how to use the facilities and what problems to expect. e.g fridge was not level and often stayed open, or came open spontaneously, resulting an alarm. The spare bed was not satisfactory for our 10 yr old grandaughter. The free Wi Fi was good, BUT the TV was useless, only one station was available and no buttons on the remote worked (except on/off).
• Beverley (9/5): Amenities were perfect for our stay. - Location excellent. Short walk to shops, restaurant and esplanade. The weather! The apartment was very good although there possibly should be a mention of the stairs for older people or those with a disability.

Parking wasn’t a available at site Washing machine wasn’t in unit but in complex and u were charged

• Jean (8/5): Very good - Fantastic location The knives were blunt, and there were no oven mitts. The oven rubber seal was falling off, so the oven door couldn't close properly. The basin in the bathroom was so small and placed under a bathroom vanity that you couldn't use it to brush your teeth.

• Sawsan (6/5): Great location, not satisfied with the quality of it - The location is amazing good for short term, Melodie provided a great help. There were cockroach in the kitchen also when i booked it was mentioned a sofa bed was available then that was removed after i paid the full payment.
• Susan (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very central which was great, it was easy to get to the beach and the ferry. The host was helpful and everything was easy. There were some very noisy building works going on in the car park below our apartment which was unfortunate, it wasn't a problem as we were out and about sight seeing, but we would not have been able to stay in the apartment during the day. Its unlikely to affect other visitors.

Place was nice, clean and we were supplied with everything we need (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, towels, blankets ect). Excellent location. Only 20mins by ferry to city centre! • David (8/5): A very central Manly location with good secure parking, a lovely unit, we would come again. - The location was good, the bed was comfortable, the unit was well designed for short stays, decent size refrigerator and well equipped kitchenette, the most marvellous views of the beach and the harbour from the building, it was central to everything, the native birdlife was lovely, lift access and parking was good, communications with our hostess were good. I had difficulty getting the keys initially due to my unfamiliarity with the area (identifying the building) and being at night and raining plus nowhere to park the car in the street, thankfully some helpful passersby got me sorted out. It would have been nice to enjoy the barbecue facility on level 9 but it was very dirty looking, so we changed our plans. The lack of barbecue was made up for by the views. The toilet in the bathroom was a wee bit cramped.

• Man (2/5): Very poor - Location The elevator was extremely slow They had two elevators but one operated for a day only There was a lot of people in the building so every time to use elevator had to wait for minimum of five minutes of course elevator was always full. Very bad experience as it had separate laundry at the top level. They need to operate both elevators

• Helena (9/5): Superb - The wifi and location was excellent. I also liked the products that were supplied - this was great. I did not like the smell of the apartment when I returned home after being out. This was generated from the lounge and smelt like human sweat. If anything is left on the lounge for a length of time, it too picks up the smell. I would suggest that this be replaced. Similarly, the outdoor table and chairs were somewhat old. While useful, could be updated. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Some dishes and cutlery were dirty. The internet didn’t work despite several efforts. We’ve stayed in the apartment block twice before and it was a lot more comfortable than this apartment

Sunny living area with nice balcony and glimpses of the sea. Fully kitted out, clean and comfortable bed. Nicely decorated apart from couch. Nightime was somewhat scary in dark lane outside. Access to apartment convoluted and difficult for someone alone with large luggage.

The kitchen was well equipped and bed comfortable. Convoluted arrangements (that need updating ) for getting into the parking area (which was good though).

• Mia (5/5): loved location but for price the apartment was underwhelming - location was 10/10 Manly was incredible, the apartment also has parking. The apartment had one air con which wasn’t strong enough to make the entire apartment cool, and so a small fan was supplied by the owner for the bedroom which did not provide adequate ventilation. The room was uncomfortably hot and hadn’t been cooled down prior to our arrival.
• Shying (8/5): loved it and I’d go back - excellent location great balcony very comfortable bed parking awkward and only one key between a family of 3 was challenging
• Lotta (8/5): Very good - If you want to stay in Manly it is a super location in the middle of everything. The appartment is not big, but enough for 2 people. Nice and very comfortable beds (we used the main bed and the extra one), good shower with high pressure. Rooftop garden was smaller than expected, same for the pool, we didn't use it. Laundry was outside of the appartment to a charge.
