• Samara (8/5): - The price was very reasonable. The owner replied instantly and was polite and welcoming. Check in was easy. Would stay here again. Short walk to Qudos Bank Arena.

It stunk really bad from someone smoking in there which was not ideal as my son is asthmatic. I tried to reach out to the host once we checked in, did not receive a reply back. Strongly do not recommend.

• Jimmy Duque (8/5): Met my expectations and a great location. A spare set of key/FOB key would be very practical. - The instructions were very clear from the owner. There was only 1 set of keys and FOB key which made it difficult with 4 adults having different plans during the night time.

• Polly (4/5): Disappointing. - The location was fantastic. Unfortunately the facilities were not great. The stovetop did not work, the dishwasher did not work, there were no extra sheets for the foldout bed, there were only 2 towels, there was no hand towel in the bathroom and the plates needed to be washed before eating off them.

Las bandejas del horno estaban sucias, menaje muy justo y limpieza reprochable. No pudimos utilizar los fogones para cocinar hasta el último día por un problema como consecuencia de quién había hecho la revisión de la instalación. Todas estas cosas creo que se podrían solventar fácilmente en un apartamento de nivel como este.

• Stewart (10/5): Comfort and location for great value. - It had more than what I needed. It was clean, all the amenities were available and it even had some extra things I wasn’t expecting. It was also right next to parklands to have a pleasant walk through and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. From memory, the parking spot was hard to find because the numbers are not sequential. The elevator was also not working to the parking level I had to park. However, these were not the fault of the owner so I’m not letting it affect the rating.

My daughter and I where very happy eith our stay Behind the shower door, there was some mold /algae. (The rest of the shower was clean) Instructions for the washer would be helpful (might already be some im not sure)
• Alicia (8/5): Better option than the hotels for event nights. - Conveniently located. Seamless access. Having a carpark is a highlight. Walking distance to entertainment venues and dozens of restaurants. You can hear the train running and traffic can get loud after a big event as it clears. Apartment is better value than the hotels for sure but it is a little tired and worn from all the use.

• Christopher (7/5): Great overnight stop, flexible hosts, safe. - Wifi, no physical contact check in and large, with balcony and access is okay. Last minute booking though and the host was very accommodating. It was tidy but some things were not perfectly cleaned like many other stays we’ve been at before. It’s a great overnight layover if you need something with flexible hosts. Instructions to find the accomodation proved to be difficult, parking isn’t easy - once you’re underground we lost phone service and couldn’t see pictures in app. Had to drive out to see them then come back in.

• Michelle (8/5): Felt like house sitting - The price, size and location. The bathroom was reasonably clean. The bed was freshly made and we were left clean towels. The kitchen was pretty grotty and the apartment was dusty, but I did expect that given previous reviews. there was a lot of random stuff there, like someone’s hair brush and toothbrushes. There were condoms in the bedside drawers, which I guess could come in handy, but I was travelling with kids so I’m glad they did not notice them. The process to get the keys was complicated, but I did like not having to deal with anyone. The parking space was a good 10 minute walk from the apartment. We had planned to bake cookies, but the oven did not work.
• Hanri (9/5): Superb - Nice view of the Olympic Park. Easy access to highways and public transport. The basement parking is a big plus as is the dishwasher and washer-dryer in the unit.

• Meagan (8/5): Perfect place to stay - Great location - perfect for what I needed - work stay. Lots of options to be physically active in the area as well. Food options easy and nearby many choices, but also benefit of kitchen to make own if needed. Clean and tidy. Spacious for 1-2 people. Great security. Quiet. Secure Parking was fabulous if your travelling with a car. If more than one person need to coordinate movements well or be together as security to get to apartment is tight and required fob to get everywhere (a bonus security is tight, just need to be more coordinated).
• Steve (2/5): Wanted to leave and get other accomodation when we walked in the door. - The room wasn’t clean, lots of very large marks all over walls and ceiling, grubby marks on light switches, metal shavings all over the balcony and very dirty, very run down, broken door stops, filthy carpet, dirty toilet cleaner, microwave plate didn’t spin, roller blind cord missing, bathroom exhaust fan not working, terrible shower head, dirty kettle and toaster. Not a pleasant experience!

And then had to ring to find out where the keys were

• Corrin (5/5): Convenient location with parking - Great location with Parking. Great communication from Bobby. Unfortunately it was dirty. The sheets were dirty on the main bed. Pillows were yellow. Bath mat was unwashed. Apartment was Dusty and damp smelling. Mattress for sofa was ripped and gross. Drawers broken in wardrobe. Dragged mattress out of nook and it was stained and very uncomfortable. A good deep clean and some updated bedding and it would be great.

• Bee (8/5): Very good - The property is close to public transport there is a bus stop nearby and the train station is also within walking distance. The apartment has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
• Inggrid (1/5): Unpleasant stay that forced us to move to other property - We choose this property as it is closed to our home. We just need somewhere to stay temporarily. The mattress is very uncomfortable. We can feel the springs when we lay down. When we moved, we can hear the noises of the springs and the bed just shook. The exhaust fan didn’t work and no ventilation. The couch is very uncomfortable and we slide as we sit for a long time. There are scums and mould on the shower screen. The property needs renovation as there are marks on the walls and ceiling.

• Bradley (3/5): Poor wouldn’t book this again. - It’s location was good The apartment wasn’t clean when we finally got in to it 2 hours after arriving, the cleaner had to clean the sink and rubbish of the table. She apparently hadn’t been there but the balcony door was open. no one checked if the key was in the lock box for when we arrived apparently!!! We had to wait around for 2 hours after driving 3 hours with kids. Would never stay here again. Expensive for the rubbish service and apartment was not 2 bedroom! No sheets for the bed in the lounge room for the kids.

• Lauren (1/5): Don’t book this room. Not clean and manager of room no help at all. - Strong stale cigarette smell, bed sheet pillowcase not changed. Hair and dribble marks on pillows. Dirty cupboards and shelving in kitchen. Kitchen bench hadn’t even been wiped. Frypans had old burnt food baked on and were warped and well past use by date. Had brought food to cook but had to order take away. Fridge not cleaned and had old residue from drinks and food. Marks all over ceiling. Dining chairs had stains. Crumbs left around table and stool in lounge. We wanted to leave and stay somewhere else but after first phone call telling property that the sheet wasn’t changed they wouldn’t answer calls and said they would call back and they never called. They refused to let us have a refund and rebook elsewhere. It was gross. Needs a major clean.
• Jessica (6/5): Good location but not cleanly - Location was amazing and the on-site parking was handy. The instructions on how to get in were appreciated. The air conditioning worked well. The view was lovely and the amenities (pantry items, bathroom items) were appreciated. The cleanliness of the apartment was lacking: most surfaces were very dirty and grimy. For example, the floor mat was very damp on first use, the wall sockets all were brown, the roof and walls all had deep black markings. The bed sheets were stained and the bed itself was springy and uncomfortable, with only two thin pillows. There was an odor in the apartment, which worsened with the AC on, as they were very dirty. The shower screen was not clean and quite grimy and most door handles were dirty. The lights in the bedroom also flickered quite badly.

• Kylee (6/5): Overall disappointing accommodation, opt for a hotel next time. - The location was good for a trip to the stadium but otherwise a reasonable distance from the centre of Sydney. The unit was spacious. It was not ready for the early check in we had requested and had been approved. Cleanliness was average, fridge needs a good clean. Mattress very budget, no face cloths, very hot unit and the lounge air con worked but was completely ineffective. Directions to keys was hopeless and we were completely lost. Had no way of getting into the main foyer where the post boxes are. We had to wait for someone else who had a fob to come along. Car parks are numbered randomly and it is difficult to locate it in the car park. Long waits for the lift. Difficult to know whether your door is locked from the inside.
