Mia (5/5): Location is good, room is average. - Excellent example of good marketing for a very average product. Spotless linen from linen service, clean floor, comfortable bed. Good location. Divey feeling building, noisy aircon, general maintenance required, inadequate bedding (no extra blanket), blood stain on the blanket, no water glasses, door key dodgy, pool used in advertising but is not available for use.
A (7/5): Goede locatie maar teleurgesteld. - De locatie is natuurlijk top. Alles dichtbij als bondi beach, winkels, bushaltes. Ligt aan de grote doorgaande weg dus veel nachtelijke verkeer. Veel lawaai, enkel glas. Badkamer matig. Rooftop zwembad was in onderhoud, al 8 maanden dus dat hadden ze wel moeten doorgeven. Erg slecht dus zeker voor die prijs.

Arno (5/5): Disappointed for the price we paid - N/a Check in instructions were pretty much non existing, property was old and not clean at all.
David (5/5): - Needed a magnifying glass to read the non-legible numbers on the mail box lock. The airconditioning unit sounded like a run away train and if turned off, there was no extra bedding available. A mat near the patio door would be a good idea.
