• ISABELLE (9/5): - L’appartement est confortable et dispose d’un parking en sous sol gratuit (avantage pour Tirana). Le check in et check out ont été efficaces. Le personnel est très réactif et très sympathique. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent d’autant qu’un petit déjeuner est compris. L’appartement est extrêmement bien situé , tout est accessible à pied. L’équipement de la cuisine pourrait être complété de quelques couverts. Un micro ondes serait un plus.

Lejligheden var beskrevet som 2 værelses, men der var reelt kun 1 værelse og lejligheden virkdede ikke til at være 80m2 stor nærmere Max 50 m2 stor. Vi kunne ikke få en aktiveringsbrik til elevatoren, så vi måtte gå til 9. Etage. Ejeren tilbød os dog at flytte lejlighed efter 1. Døgn.

• Michael (7/5): Hält nicht das, was es verspricht. Für den Preis ok, aber nicht mehr. - In der Theorie handelt es sich um moderne, geräumige und preiswerte Appartements in guter Lage. Uns wurde ohne Aufpreis ein größeres Appartement zur Verfügung gestellt als gebucht. Leider entsprechen die Ausstattung und der generelle Zustand nicht den Bildern, so waren z.B. der Duschkopf und einige Lampen defekt bzw. lagen irgendwo herum. Auch in puncto Sauberkeit gibt es Mängel: Überall im Appartement waren fremde Haare zu finden, frische Handtücher gab es erst auf Nachfrage. Dafür waren nasse Handtücher in der Waschmaschine.

There was no complimentary water provided, and the water pressure in the shower was very low. Additionally, the sofa bed for the kids was not very comfortable.

Unless you want to get 7 floors up the stairs and down... - We could only collect the keys to the apartment, but no chip to elevator, so we could not get out or in. The access. We could not leave the apartment because it was a high floor and the elevator would not work. The owner didnt have access to the elevator, neither did we. We had to literally wait an average of 15 minutes till a neighbour came out to catch the lift so we could move.

The host communicated well, and helped us find the apartment when we were unable to locate it initially (our fault - he'd sent a pin drop but we were looking on the wrong side of the road!) More cutlery, crockery etc. For 5 people, there weren't many mugs, and we were a bit short on spoons.

El departamento es muy cómodo, tiene persianas black out y aire acondicionado q funcionan perfecto. El anfitrión muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo q pudiera, nos estaba esperando para el check in y nos ayudo con el equipaje. El desayuno es en una pasteleria a una cuadra, un buen detalle para ser departamento (y no un hotel). Se ofrece para 6 personas y en realidad es para 5, el sofa cama adicional es súper incómodo. Tuvimos q dormir con una de nuestras hijas en la cama. El desayuno podría ofrecer opción para niños o personas que no tomen café (se puede pedir chocolate pero es de pago). Se cobra en efectivo, pero no nos avisaron con tiempo por lo que tuve que perder tiempo buscando ATM para poder pagar el total. No hay detergente para lavar los platos, solo un poco para usar lavavajillas, lo que es incómodo si solo quieres lavar un vaso.

O apartamento não estava pronto quando chegamos, o que é ok, só que quando voltamos mais tarde o apartamento também não estava limpo…. Só tinha as camas feitas, de resto estava tudo com migalhas, as toalhas ainda estavam a lavar na máquina por isso não tivemos toalhas. Acabámos por usar o apartamento só para dormir

Gemütliche Wohnung mit Klimaanlage, kleiner Küche, Bad mit Waschmaschine. Sehr netter Vermieter mit dem man via WhatsApp sehr einfach und schnell kommunizieren kann! Gab nicht viel zu meckern!

Merci au propriétaire qui était très gentil et disponible car nous avons mangé dans un petit resto à proximité très sympa et typique Rien de négatif hormis le petit déjeuné qui ne propose pas de chocolat au lait car nous avions une personne qui ne buvait pas de café sinon rien d’autre
• Anamaria (7/5): Modern apartment in the center of Tirana - Location is excellent, right in the middle of Tirana. There is underground parking which is very useful. The apartment has all amenities needed for a short term stay. The apartment needs a little TLC and some of the fixtures in the kitchen need to be fixed into the wall.
• Melissa (10/5): We stayed here for one night and wish we had stayed longer.it had everything we needed and was in a fabulous location - The location was great and the apartment was spacious and comfortable There was a slight issue with the lift but our host was very helpful with it
• Jonathan (10/5): Lovely apartment a short walk from the center with safe and secure parking and a welcoming host. - Our host asked us to whatsapp or call when we got close to the apartment, then met us on the road in order to guide us to the underground parking garage. He walked us up to the room and showed us in and took payment by card. He explained how to return the keys and garage door fob and told us he was available should we need anything. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. There are external, electrically operated shutters which make the room pitch black if desired. The air conditioning is effective and the bed is large and comfortable. An iron and ironing board was also in the room. The lounge is large and comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. Check out was as simple as putting the keys in a key safe by the door and we were welcome to leave our car in the garage until later in the day, again returning the key fob into a key safe. The only minor issue was the overhead showerhead was a little ineffective, but still usable. There is a handheld showerhead also so we managed fine.

• naima (9/5): Bel appartement et tout le confort - Bel appartement. Avec tout le confort. et propriétaire soucieux du bien être de ses résidents. Rien . Mais si possible de donner un conseil si possible de prévoir quelques capsules de café pour la machine ce serait un vrai plus à l'arrivée après un long voyage .
