- Gert (2/5): 5/10 - The Property was Clean and very spacious. Communication was easy. Local shops and easy to find . In the worst location ever construction right outside literally infront of the balcony would wake us up at 7am in the morning and even carried on through 11pm. The construction workers said this would be happening for a whole year so no peace from this location. Although it’s close to the centre which is a plus just not worth it if you’re on holiday and wanting to have a lie in. Also, very rude neighbours who would constantly bang on the walls over the smallest sounds such as a laugh. Prices varied on here was charged a different than what was told to pay in person. Was charged less on here but more in person. Which was shocking.

- Mohamed (10/5): Comfortable stay in a clean apartment. - It was comfortable stay in this apartment as all necessary utensils or stuff were available and location was close to various facilities such supermarket (below the building), fruits shop, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shops, exchange shops...etc; in addition to, it was close to Skanderbeg square and Tourist Attractions around. The Apartment is too clean and well arranged. Mr. Lorin ( the host ) was gentle and provides us the keys at time of our arrival to apartment. The apartment located in 1st floor and there is lift in the building. Just as a note, If anyone likes to go for Dajti Ekspres (Cable Car / Telefrek) for seeing the mountains and spending some entertainment time like horse riding, shooting balloons, riding buggy cars, kids sliding areas,....etc, you can ride a public bus no. L11 from bus station which is near by Skanderbeg square. The bus ticket is costing 40 Albanian Lek "paying by cash". The bus will take around 25 min to reach to the nearest bus stop at the Dajti EKspres then you will walk around 250 meters with some slope up to exact location. Ticket for cable car will cost for adult (10 Euros - 1200 Albanian Lek ) and child "5 years old & above" (4 Euros - 500 Lek). It was wonderful time to visit Albania.

The location is perfect in the center of the city with all the amenities easily accessible and all major attractions were just a couple of minutes of walk away. There is only one washroom in 2 bedroom apartment.
