- Paul (1/5): Lost confidence in this platform’s ability to help us and hope our loss will correct this cheating host. - Hopefully the host will stop cheating guests and Booking, now we tried to help them at our own expense. Host asked us to cheat Booming and leave their protection by saying we didn’t stay there at all, but they only asked once they had all the cash for our 18 nights in their hand and refused to give us a receipt. Cancel anytime is not upheld. Even though we booked last minute and checked in immediately, paid 18 nights and only wanted to cancel the last three nights and with 10 days notice… this host refused despite many requests and trying to help them see it was good for their business. Tried watching TV but the large cracks just spoiled it. Besides, it loses internet connection after a few minutes so Netflix was impossible.
