The host was super helpful and very easy to reach via WhatsApp. She was brilliant — always quick to respond and really helpful with any queries I had throughout my stay. The location is also fantastic — everything is within walking distance, which made getting around super easy and convenient. I’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again! While having a microwave would’ve been a nice addition, the flat had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Everything walking distance. Our cab driver had a hard time finding the apartment but our host provided instructions over the phone

Nous avons pris le bus pour aller au mont dajti (à proximité de la place). l'appartement est très bien équipé, l'hote est très serviable. Elle nous a organisé le trajet en taxi de l'appartement à l'aéroport dans la nuit.

• Elif (10/5): I really loved it. - We were extremely satisfied with the service and the apartment! We were genuinely pleasantly surprised. If you are visiting Tirana, this place is highly recommended. It’s close to the center, and the apartment is perfect for a comfortable stay. What impressed us the most was Ina's service. She is incredibly friendly and helpful. She paid so much attention to both us and the apartment, and she was very responsive. Even when we messaged her at 5:00 AM, she was available! We also had an issue with our booking – we had accidentally booked one day too few. We arrived earlier than planned, and even though it was unexpected for Ina, she went out of her way to find a solution for us. In the end, she arranged another apartment for that night, allowing us to stay without any problems. She cleaned it thoroughly and even picked up a few things for us, so we didn’t have to. Additionally, we checked in much later than usual, and despite the rain, she waited for a long time outside to friendly welcome us and guide us to the apartment. All in all, I give this a 5-star experience! If we visit Tirana again, we will definitely choose this place. It’s much better than staying at a hotel, and everything you need is provided! If you’re looking for a great place close to the center with a very flexible and friendly host who provides personal care, I would highly recommend staying here!

• Zuzana (10/5): Exceptional - Really great location, cafe downstairs, next to a supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, clean and has a good AC. All good.
• Beth (9/5): A great introduction to Tirana - Julja was amazingly welcoming and friendly. She organized a taxi to and from the airport for us, had beer and water in the fridge when we arrived, and was very helpful if we had a query. The beds were clean and comfortable, the air conditioning was essential, there was a lovely view of the mountains from the balcony, and we were within easy walking distance of town. The location is perfect for exploring the major attractions of Tirana, The host, Julja, is super nice, responsive, and helpful. Can't go wrong with this one!

The apartment is neat and tidy Electricity and water supply did not stable during our stay. Short circuit once, serve times no water ( fresh and flush). The air con at the double bed room not cool although we turned to 16 degree but can’t feel cold. The corridor is very dark and we have to switch on the torch at mobile to open the door

The host was excellent, with great communication — she went above and beyond in answering our questions on transport and getting around town. She also left us a basket of fruit and bottled water, which was a nice touch. 100% would recommend and will definitely stay here again. Nothing per se. As mentioned to the host, it would be nice to have some information or a map on the city Having said this Albania is new to the tourism hub so this is still developing. It would have been nice to have found some coffee and tea in the kitchen, but nonetheless it's cheap to have coffee out.

The surrounding area has a lot of Coffee bars and a Spar supermarkt, while also being very close to the Bazaar and square. Communication was excellent and there is the possibility to get transport to the airport. We felt very well cared for by Julja. Very much recommended for a stay in Tirana!

• Karla (8/5): Very good - The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It is located near everything, so you can go everywhere on foot. Some small things are missing, a few things for cooking and washing dishes, toilet paper and detergents for washing clothes.
