- Pablo (1/5): Terrible - Two hours before our arrival we contacted the host to get the check-in instructions. Only at that point he told us the apartment was not available. It is completely unacceptable that our reservation is cancelled with that short notice but even worse that we he doesn't bother to let us know until we ask about the check-in. On his favor, he said he will find us another apartment nearby and not charge us for either of the reservations. However, not being familiar with the country we didn't find it safe to stay in a location we didn't know anything about.
