• Felipe (6/5): Great location - Great location, straight out the main square in Tirana, plenty of restaurants and cafés around. The entrance to the Flat is through a back alley in very poor conditions, the alleyway is super dirty and looks pretty dodgy, the flat doesn't have good water pressure, taking a shower is frustrating... The bathroom shows signs of water infiltration/ mold on the ceiling over the toilet, really don't look good
• Celia (3/5): The apartment is very centrally located, but it’s mediocre and nothing like the photos. - Out of the two days we stayed, one day we had to shower with cold water because the water heater, which is electric, was turned off. Everything was off, and the switch was on the heater itself, which is located up high, and it hadn’t been turned on. However, when I went personally to Café Europa and explained that we only had cold water, they were very kind and two women came to fix it right away. The apartment I stayed in has nothing to do with the photos shown. The pictures only show a very nice café and a beautiful room, but they don’t show the path from the café to the actual apartment. They leave out important details like the loose cables, the dirt, the cats on the street—all of which are very noticeable in person. The photos also don’t show that the bathroom ceiling is in poor condition, or the many exposed wires that are extremely dangerous. Additionally, the images show a croissant and a coffee, which make you think breakfast is included, but nothing is actually included.
• Senay (8/5): Nice location - The location was really good. Within walking distance to everything. Also, the Europa Cafe, where we got the key, is right in front of the room. It was nice to have a cafe in front of it so you can have a coffee to relax. The room didnt heat up.

• Joanna (9/5): Lovely, safe, comfy little apartment. - I did start to feel a bit worried after reading some of the reviews here but I think some are quite unfair. I wasn't expecting a glitzy hotel because the price was incredibly cheap. Yes it looks like the entrance could be a bit scary but really it's right off the main road and there's often people around including families. As a female solo traveller I felt very safe. The room itself had tonnes of storage space and I thought it was clean and the lighting was really lovely. I don't know if the TV works because I didn't have a use for it. Same with the fridge. Plenty of fresh towels. There is a blind on the window to the shower. Clean sheets and plenty of bedding options in the cupboard. I stayed for three nights and it was the perfect place to get my head down. Yes there is a bit of traffic noise and you can sometimes hear the noise from the lift but I won't say it's anything particularly outrageous. It's true it's not the best shower I've ever had but I'm wondering if some of the previous users didn't realise if you turn the black switch on the smaller shower head you get more of an output on the large overhead showerhead. I was made up with this little apartment. I felt very safe. Ok - the shower could be better but it is functional. That is just nit-picking. I was very happy here.
• Nigel (8/5): It was, good, easy going and I would book again if going to Tirana. Happy to recommend. - All the staff were very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Central location, clean. Could have had some simple food preparation facilities.

It had actual bed covers so that's a huge plus because we weren't freezing at night The dreaded look of the staff whenever we came to ask about *anything*. The desperate scramble to find the only person who can string half a sentence in English It's funny that the most communicative person was an old lady who spoke 0 English there.

• Juan (9/5): Good apartment - The apartement was nice, big, clean and very modern. It was a total surprise considering the look of the building. It is managed by a cafe-restaurant that it's next to it. The location was very good and there were lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the area.

• Ervis (7/5): The property is very nice and convenient. I would recommend it. - The location was perfect in the center of the city. The room was clean and spacious. AC working fine. The TV remote wasn’t working so I couldn’t watch anything. There is a bar very close and you can hear the people inside. Had to wake up at 1am because there was too much noise coming from a bunch of people in the bar celebrating.

• Michael (10/5): Excellent Location - Excellent location right next to Skanderberg Square and plenty of restaurants. Big TV and comfortable bed. You can't beat the price for a room in such a great location. No window in the room, but it did not matter. I only used it to sleep and keep my bag while I walked around.

Inside smells not fresh, even I asked to ventilate the room before arrival. no option to open the window. in the bathroom some used cosmetics or empty staff (very unhygienic) …

• Juan (4/5): Disappointing - The bed was a nice bed. The apartment smells.really bad, it is impossible to stay more than an hour there. There is no natural light. There is no free parking,.you just have to park in the street. The owner didn't let the shower heater on, so no warm water the first day. I asked the owner if I forgot something there and he never answered me. Never again in this place.

In the offer, the question asked was: "Can I park there" and the answer was: "Free parking is available at Europa apartment". When we arrived, I asked where the parking was, and the owner told me that I could park anywhere in the city and that parking was not provided. The apartment was in the city center and it was impossible to find parking. In the end we had to park in a private parking lot and pay a high price. We felt cheated. The apartment was extremely cold when we arrived, the air conditioner was not on and it did not warm up all night. The apartment had only one window, which was located high on the wall and could not be opened, there was no outside light and no ventilation. If I visit Tirana again, I will definitely not book this apartment.

• Roland (7/5): Good place for 1 night stay. - Location was the best, clean room, aircondition with inverter working very well, facilities in the room very wise situated, enough space for that kind of room. Room door next to elevator door, water pump noise of the building was all through the night, problem with boiler when you turn it on it overcharges safety plugs and you can smell it like plastic burning.

• Ekaterina (7/5): Convenient to stay a night in the center as a pit-stop - The room is run by a cafe upstairs, it seems like it is a side venture of one of the managers. It is in a residential building behind the cafe, you collect keys from the waiters of the cafe. Building looks very dodgy. But room itself is centrally located and was clean. We used it for a night as a pit stop before heading to the airport - for this reason it suffices but I wouldn't stay here it was for a couple of days. There was no shampoo and gel in the bathroom - there were cans but they were empty and these empty packages were left there. Also it did not feel particularly hygienic to use - seemed like you entered someone's bathroom...
