• Jonky (10/5): Spacious, Stylish and Luxurious Loft in Beautiful Old-Town Prague - This loft is exceptional. Yes it's pricey, but my goodness is it an experience! Firstly - the hosts: Everything was beautifully straightforward, the keys are right there outside the door, and the hosts provide a fool-proof video walking you through the process to get to the door, as well as one to use the various switches and gadgets in the apartment. They messaged throughout to make sure that we were alright - honestly couldn't give them higher praise. Secondly - the location: Fan-tas-tic. It's on a nice quiet street, but you can walk to the central Old Town Square in five minutes! There was the smallest amount of street noise when you were out on the terrace, but other than that it was SILENT. Lastly - the apartment itself: Talk about ROOMY! The feel of space is truly glorious. There are four bed-ROOMS, with an additional mezzanine semi-private bed/cinema set-up. Two toilets (a bathroom and a shower-room) which was perfect for 4 people. The dining table is so large and exquisite that we didn't even use the sofas! There are modern gadgets and surplus-to-obligation conveniences EVERYWHERE (i.e. great coffee machine, large fridge, selection of teas, AMPLE towels and toilet roll, air-con, dishwasher, microwave, condiments - the list goes on!). The windows are very high-tech, opening on strange machines operated by wall-switches - it's very cool! The terrace is lovely with views over the rooftops, and we were lucky enough to have snow which was stunning. The sauna is GREAT once it gets going and a real luxury. I cannot wait to return and stay here for longer. I want to make it clear that all of these I consider to be minor points. So much so that I have given a (VERY rare for me) 10 score despite them. - Whilst there is a lift almost all of the way up to this top-floor apartment, the initial entrance involves climbing around 20 steps to get to it, which is a potential problem if you have a disability or heavy bags - not much that can be done about it, but just a heads-up. - The upper floors are accessed by an iron spiral staircase which, while gorgeous, is not tightly attached at the bottom and therefore moves a little and makes a lot of noise. - There is no bathroom on the upper floor, meaning that if you are sleeping in the bedroom and/or cinema/bedroom on the upper floors and need to go in the night, you need to navigate the above spiral staircase, which can be quite noisy when others are sleeping. - The sauna is great but takes about 45 minutes to heat up for use (not really a negative, just thought I'd just mention for future guests). - For the owners, I know personally that I would have loved a floor-plan on the listing so I could plan bedroom allocation in advance (however I'm aware that this is just my OCD). - Finally, I was quite surprised that none of the 4.5 bedrooms have any wardrobe space whatsoever. There is an absolutely monstrously large "communal" wardrobe on the ground floor, so clothes storage wasn't a problem, but a small cabinet or rail in each room for clothes might be pleasant for groups of people that are not quite as familiar as we. As I said in complete honesty though, it's a miraclous place. I wouldn't hesitate to come back next time I'm in the city, it's truly one of the best places I've ever stayed and I stay in a lot of places!

Wow factor when entering, plenty of space, bedrooms and great facilities. Sauna on site was a bonus. Didn’t want to leave the apartment but Prague is too beautiful not to go out! Nothing, it was perfect for us!

• Bernhard (10/5): Family city trip - The loft is simply brilliant. In the middle of the old town and all sights within walking distance. Parking in the nearby Rudolfinum garage or in the street (ticket needed). The checkin is simple and well guided by the owner. There are some restaurants nearby ("Les Moules" is superb) and a minimarket around the corner. The loft is really great, plenty of room for everyone to relax after a day of sightseeing - especially the billard table was the evening family activity. Even though in the center, the traffic is hardly noticeable during the night. The kitchen is fully equipped and for additional breakfast needs, a st*rb$cks is some minutes away. Really great choice for staying in Prague! Nothing

• Anita (10/5): Cosy but spacious apartment great for a group of travellers looking to relax and explore Prague - Great location just a few minutes walk from the main square and astronomical clock and easy to access the main attractions. The apartment is located in a very pretty older building on a nice street right near all the designer boutiques. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great for a group. The living area is massive but very cosy especially as we were travelling in winter. Kitchen is well supplied if you wanted to do any cooking. The laundry facilities were also very handy as we had been travelling for a few weeks. The apartment is located on the top floor but there is lift access if you have big suitcases. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with during our stay. Overall I’d definitely recommend the property for anyone looking for a comfortable group stay in the heart of the old town.

• Kerr (9/5): An apartment fit for a king - The space was amazing. It's the top floor apartment, so the lift was god-send. It's set over two floors with plenty of room for the 5 of us. We used the roof top sauna, played pool and chess during our stay. Everything is on a grand scale - with high ceilings and spacious rooms We couldn't get the large TV to work, but apart from this, the overall everything else was perfect

The place was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The place needs a bit of love and care. The heating didn’t work in one of the bedrooms, so we needed extra blankets. It would be good to have a place to store luggage for early arrivals or late departure.
• Rebecca (10/5): Posh location and an instagram-worthy apartment - If you want to stay at an instagram-worthy property in the most posh area of Prague, this is the one. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out - each bedroom had a unique feature that made it as desirable as the next one. The two bedrooms up the spiral staircase were interesting - one had a balcony that overlooked the main area downstairs, with privacy curtains, and the other had a little elevated sideroom for kids or dolls., or whatever! Downstairs there was a master and another decent sized bedroom and the 5th bedroom was at the other end of the apartment for more privacy. We had no issues with hot water or water pressure - both were fine. The kitchen is very well equipped. The super large living room space was awesome. To be honest I do not remember if there was a tv in there - the medieval style dining room table, the leather chairs and couches in the sitting areas, the grand desk and the pool table occupied our interests quite well. You are one block away from the fancy shopping area in Prague and and easy walk across the bridge to the castle and Metronome park. There is so much to do in Prague - 3 nights just was not enough. Could not find any laundry detergent to do wash. Never did find the sauna - the owner said it was on the terrace but we could not find it. We didn't have enough time to use it anyway, so not really a problem.

• Astrid (8/5): Not too bad - Nice place but it’s an old building so some are a bit out of order. The door wasn’t easy to open in the first and the power was out about 2 hrs after we arrived and they did send someone to fix. The house is installed a noise monitor system called “minut” which we didn’t know anything about and it was triggered after a pouring rain. Not sure if it’s appropriate not telling the guests beforehand. Hope they didn’t install something else which they should inform their guests beforehand.

The location is such that everything is at a walking distance from here. This apartment also has a pool table and a very beautiful piano! Lovely terrace, central AC’s! The host was kind enough to keep all the required amenities along with extras! 100% recommended for a large group

• Kearney (7/5): Fab apartment let down by dodgy shower facilities - Excellent location, spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful building with unique features Only one functional shower with lukewarm water, no pressure in the other shower and water turned off completely after about 4 minutes so not ideal for a group trying to shower in the morning. I suspect this is an ongoing issue with this property and no solution offered by the host even though I messaged them repeatedly during our stay. Also some stickers on switches or a basic guide to the apartment manual or leaflet would be good as there were tons of switches on the walls with us having no clue what half of them did. Blinds missing in top left bedroom so prepare to be blinded in the summer early as curtains don’t do anything
