• Tina (6/5): Das Geld nicht wert! - Das Appartment liegt wirklich Zentral.Und man kann super auf der Terrasse sitzen. Es hat wirklich eckelhaft nach Abwasser gestunken. Nach 2 Tagen wurde es langsam besser. Wir konnten es beim geschlossenen Fenster nicht aushalten. Wenn man bei geöffneten Fenstern schläft, sollte Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Trotz 6. Etage war es am Wochenende nachts unfassbar laut. Der Vermieter/Verwalter war super unfreundlich. Habe das Appartment aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gebucht. Nicht nachvollziehbar!

• hüsnü serdal (9/5): - It is centrally located. There are 6 floors of elevators. It's a small apartment but functional. He did our job. His bathroom is efficient. The kitchen is small but enough. Suitable for short stays. Entry and exit were easy and comfortable. Thank you. Daireyi tutarken bilmeniz gerekenler. 1. Tv yok 2. Banyo malzeleri yok ( şampuan,krem) 3. Gece diğer dairelerden ve koridordan yüksek sesle bağırma sesleri geliyor. 4. Dolap ve saklama alanı yok.

• Αναστασια (7/5): Value for money apartment in the centre of Prague - The apartment is larger than it looks in the photos and located in a convenient area. Despite being on a central avenue, it’s very quiet. The owner was kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times. The bathroom could be better maintained and cleaned, and it lacked basic facilities beyond hand soap. The bedroom felt a bit cold due to old windows, one of which didn’t close properly. Additionally, luggage storage isn’t available, though there are 24/7 luggage stores nearby.

• Marina (9/5): awesome - The host was very nice and welcoming, and the apartment had one of the best views over the city—truly impressive, especially in the evenings. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and we would definitely recommend it! The only downside was that there was no TV in our room, which we slightly missed since it was the World Ice Skating Championship at the time.
• Peter (3/5): - Um beim Guten anzufangen: die Lage der Wohnung in der sechsten Etage ist perfekt und von der Terrasse hat man tatsächlich einen unbegrenzten Blick über die Altstadt auf die Prager Burg und die Kleinseite. Wer in die Oper oder ins Schauspiel will, hat das Nationaltheater in unmittelbarer Nähe gegenüber. Die Person, die uns eingewiesen hat, war freundlich. Die Wohnung ist überhaupt nicht gemütlich, billigstes Interieur und sehr verwohnt. Die Parkettböden haben Wasserflecken, auch die Wände sind verfleckt. Am ersten Tag, Ende März, war es kalt, respektive ungenügend geheizt. Auf Nachfrage wurde problemlos am anderen Tag die Durchlauftemperatur des unschön, weil sichtbar in der Küche/Eingang/Esszimmer hängenden Boilers erhöht. Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Heizung, es bleibt kalt. In der Küche ist vorhanden, was man braucht. Insgesamt aber ist das kein einladender Ort.
• Sabrina (8/5): Goede locatie, fijn appartement. - Goede locatie, binnen een paar minuten in de oude stad of bij de rivier. Hele goede douche, ruime kamers, schoon. Fijne communicatie, host reageert snel en is heel gastvrij. Erg warm in het appartement, ook toen we alle verwarmingen hadden dichtgedraaid. Was fijn als we uit de kou binnenkwamen, maar met slapen vervelend. Geen thee, wel koffie.

• Alex (7/5): Excellent views, right where you need to be - Location was central to everything, nothing was more than 15 mins away. The views are incredible, truly undersold, can see the castle and Prague skyline from the front, and have a balcony to the rear which is unreal in the sun. Would have been better if there was an oven in place, microwave and hob were available but made cooking difficult. Lift can only hold 3/4 people, typically 1 of us would need to walk up 6 flights of stairs which was tiring.

• Zechmeister (7/5): Nettes Innenstadt Apartment mit 10 Einzelbetten und einer tollen Dachterrasse - Die Lage war sehr toll. Das Apartment war sauber und es gab viele Betten und eine nette Einrichtung. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und einfach. Wir konnten die Stadt super erkunden und wir haben alles in der Nähe gefunden, was wir gebraucht haben. Wir haben das Apartment relativ kurzfristig als eine kleinere Reisegruppe gebucht, weshalb es dann schon teurer war. Wenn man es im Vorhinein bucht und mehr Leute mitfahren, dann ist das eine gute Unterkunft für einen Sightseeing und Pub Crawl Trip.

• Vanessa (8/5): Nice accommodation and good location - Location and accommodation The only bad thing about the apartment, and what caused some discomfort, was that the doors and windows at the entrance were made of glass, without any opaque protection for privacy. Anyone passing by the front door could see inside the apartment, including the bathroom, which has curtains but is also partially uncovered. The only weak point was this privacy issue.

• Ρήγας Καραμπάσης (8/5): - The accommodation is at an incredible location, with amazing view. The host was nice, quick to respond to messages if anything needed, and overall cared. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, although it would probably have been better if the two single beds were together. The WiFi connection was unfortunately really bad, and I needed it for work. Also, it would really upgrade the staying experience to have shampoo and shower gel provided, as well as a few pantry items (at least salt, pepper, oil).

Views from window were amazing My sleep was disturbed by loud & rowdy behaviour of other inconsiderate people in the building at 12 and 2am for 2 out of the 3 nights that I stayed. I realised that there were other groups in the building apart from Kaiser Apartmán residents

Der Hausmeister, der uns der den Schlüssel gegeben hat ist sehr unfreundlich. - Nur die Lage ist super. die Bilder auf Booking.com stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein Die Wohnung ist in Hinterhof. Die Wohnung hat keinen richtigen Balkon. Der Eingang ist von Außen und wir als Balkon betrachtet
