• Don (9/5): Excellent location to explore and enjoy Prague. Very comfortable accommodation. Highly recommend! - The location of this property is excellent for exploring Prague, close to restaurants and bars. The accommodation was bright, clean, quiet, private and comfortable for us as a couple. Needed blackout blinds or curtains. Although I do note the host is awaiting building approval to improve this situation.

• Асиа (5/5): - Ir was really quiet Unfortunately, the bathroom had a very strong and unpleasant smell. The toilet smelled of sewage, and the odor spread throughout the entire apartment. It was really awful and made the stay uncomfortable.

• Alexandra (9/5): Warm and nice. - The position is very good, very closed to key points. Very clean, the host was so nice and we had a warm welcome. I really enjoyed the place.

• Jaden (1/5): They blame you for their malfunctioning washing machine - Location I left the room in a reasonable conditions (trash in the trash bin, washed dishes in the dishwasher etc) and the host came back snarling at me that I left the place in an unbelievable mess. On top of that, the host had the audacity to go on and claim that I broke her washer, which was already malfunctioning. All I had to do was to unplug it and wait until the door opens as the faulty washing machine kept on stopping in the middle of the wash. Now she’s babbling about reporting me on bookings. I recommend all of you to not go with this place as the host clearly doesn’t seem to understand what she is doing.

• Ivan (10/5): THe apartment is very nice and if I will find it again for acceptable price, I will book it again. - Beautiful apartment with ecerything you might need for your stay. It exceeded my expectations. Clear check-in instructions. Guidebook to all facilities on the table and in close proximity of the apartment. In the room where I stayed, I would appreciate better curtains on the window, but the place was so nice that it was just minor disruption of my stay.

Easy to find and in a fairly central location. The bed was the comfiest bed ever!! I absolutely loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Bottle of Prosecco and crisps was a lovely treat after a long day of travelling. Everything you needed in the kitchen to be able to make food and great selection of teas. Nothing.

Then it would be better to highlight it so that people know are they OK to manually lift up the luggage to the second floor when they are doing booking .

• Tereza (8/5): Decent place to stay in the city centre - Location, equipment, easy communicaton. The owner was trying to do her best, apartment is well equipped. Small issue with blanket solved quickly. Even there is a policy that people (other guests) must be silent at 22:00, once it was not the case. Not super loudy but anyway upleasant. I should have informed the owner.

The bed was comfortable as well and tjr AC definitely came in very handy which was very much appreciated The apartment is a bedsit with everything in the same room but the bathroom and during the weekend it was not quiet. We were there from Thursday to Sunday and we had parties on Friday and Saturday evening which we heard making it hard to fall asleep. Not a complaint but a suggestion is blackout blinds as in summer time especially we ended up waking at 6am due to the light from the 4 big doors leading outside

• Denise (8/5): Lovely stay in Prague - The apartment is beautifully furnished and very clean. It is located in New Town and is very close to Old Town (easy to walk). Lena was very response before and during my stay. The wine and chips are a very nice touch especially after a travel day. As always, I brought an eye mask so the brightness from the skylight didn’t bother me. Tip- exchange money using an actual bank atm, the ones at the airport and the generic ones that are everywhere charge a hefty fee. As others have mentioned, there is occasionally a bad smell coming from the shower. This is not a cleaning matter (the place was very clean), but likely a plumbing issue and therefore I did not mention it to the owner (not a quick thing to fix).

• Debbie (4/5): The Hosts efforts were spoilt by her attitude and lack of consideration for other people’s personal data - The plus points were it was very clean and the host added lots of special touches. Location was near to the centre. The room was far too bright at night. The windows are frosted but there are no curtains in the property only net curtains. From the reviews I’ve now read people aren’t asking for blackout curtains they are just asking for curtains mainly because Privacy is compromised. With the light on at night you can see body shapes through the frosted glass. The sensory lights flicking on and off from all other apartments shone on the room until early morning and each time it completely lit up the whole room making it difficult to sleep. Then as it was light early the room was lit up from about 6am. When I contacted the host she was slow to respond but when she did she was quite rude saying her description states it is a bright apartment and I should have read the property details more fully and asked about the brightness of the room. The apartment description does NOT mention the word bright and I DID fully read it and wouldn’t have booked if it had said it was bright. I’ve never ever had to ask a host anywhere how bright the room is so I find her comment a bit strange. I asked to see the description where she states it mentions the apartment is bright and she never replied. Communication was only replied to after I contacted Booking.com to ask how long I should give the host to respond. The light issue is very easy to solve. Take the net curtains off and put proper curtains on. They don’t need to be black out blinds. Location to town as I said is great but we experienced noisy neighbours and barking dogs, which the host can’t do anything about but it’s a point to notice. As you walk into the courtyard there was rubbish bags everywhere with rubbish spilling out every day we were there. So it IS a fab location but there were things outside of her control that made it not so nice. For us the biggest issue was the form she left for us upon arrival insisting that it is mandatory to fill in.

• Skerdi (7/5): Good - The apartment was in the center, 10 minutes from central square of Prague. It had all facilities that you could need and all amenities There was a bad smell in the bathroom, probably coming from the pipes, but it was nothing major.

• Susan (10/5): Lovely Prague Apartment! 😊 - We loved everything about this beautiful apartment. The decor was lovely and there was everything we needed and more. The host was very communicative and the instructions she left for self check in were very detailed. The welcome bottle of sparkling and snacks were awesome :) I would like to comment on the complaints regarding brightness in the room. We stayed for 3 nights and did not have any issues with brightness at night affecting our sleep. Would HIGHLY reccomend this gorgeous place. There is nothing we did not like.

Would recommend guests to buy souvenirs and alcohol from Tesco Andel (15 minuets walk) instead of Shops in Old town square. Much cheaper in super market. Lena the host is super lovely and helpful, she recommended alot of places to eat and do, which we did. We had a wonderful time in Prague. Thank you Lena x
• Blanka (10/5): 10/10 - Super cozy, quiet place! The kitchen is full equipped, the bad is super comfortable. Everything was perfect! We couldn't find anything we didn't like.
• Keryn (9/5): Great apartment, small but well equipped - Great little apartment with everything you could possibly need. The washing machine was great. Lots of good restaurants and bars close by! The bright lights from adjacent apartments means you're sleeping in almost daylight. Some curtains or a blind would help.
