• Curtis (9/5): Modern, clean apartment in a great part of town for tourists. - This is a modern apartment in what looks like a more modern building and in a great location for tourists. Everything is new and clean. Bed is comfy. Bathroom is also clean and the shower didnt get water all over the place like most euro showers. Kitchen area was good but small. Wasnt an issue when we stayed because it was still mostly spring weather, but this apartment will probably get really hot in the summer. They provide a strong fan which will create good airflow but without A/C in the middle of the summer this place will cook

• Carine (8/5): Nice comfortable apartment, strange interactions with some staff. - The unit was clean, quiet, spacious, central, well-equipped and in a modern building with an elevator. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment also had a washing machine and dishwasher along with the necessary detergent - which was a nice bonus. I felt a strange pushback from the staff when I asked for an extra blanket and towel. Furthermore, we were charged an additional 40 euros for my husband to stay one night - which seems steep given the nightly total rate of 100 euros (This addition was not communicated anywhere in their policy). Someone claiming to be from the apartment hotel physically let herself in to the apartment when my daughter and I were inside to "collect the extra blanket" after the first night. This was an invasion of privacy and felt like a strange/somewhat sneaky tactic to verify my husband had in fact left the unit after one night. It left a bad taste.

We did have to pay a €200 bond- which no one else had requested. We also requested a lock box code for checking as we were asked to pick up the keys at a location 30 mins walk from the property. The host was agreeable for this. But all was resolved.

Zona giorno grande con cucina (con lavastoviglie), tavolo, divano e TV, camera matrimoniale, bagno (con lavatrice), ampio ingresso con armadiatura e sgabuzzino. Posizione comoda per arrivare in centro e per prendere il tram. Pulizia impeccabile, lettino asciugamani e seggiolone per la bimba perfetti e scottex/pastiglie lavastoviglie/detersivo lavatrice/capsule caffé/bustine thè a disposizione. Ho prenotato tramite loro la navetta dall'aeroporto. L'autista è arrivato 20 minuti in ritardo, senza il seggiolino auto (MOTIVO PER CUI AVEVO CHIESTO IN ANTICIPO E SCELTO DI PRENOTARE CON LORO), ci voleva lasciare all'ufficio invece che all'appartamento (con valigie, passeggino, figlia...). L'autista non era stato avvisato. No comment. Arrivati all'appartamento il self check-in non ha funzionato perché la chiave magnetica non apriva la porta. Per fortuna hanno risolto in fretta. Non c'è l'aria condizionata, in alcuni momenti faceva caldo nonostante i ventilatori.

• Bronwen (10/5): Loved it! I appreciate the great communication and friendly staff. - Very clean, well appointed, bright, spacious, excellent communication from the property managers. Would stay here again! Not exactly noise proof. I had no problem with street noise or most of the neighbors, but whoever was above me was intent on pounding around by foot, even in the middle of the night. This is not the problem of the building really but more about thoughtless tenants.
• Marek (8/5): Very good! - Good and fast communication and coordination with the administrator. Access to the property very easy with access codes and key cards. Possibilty to park at the same building (extra cost 25€ per day). The apartment was spaceious, clean and prepared for the stay. High quality furniture and comfortable bed linens. Very good kitchen with all the kitchenware needed for stay including small coffee machine, toaster, owen, microwave, dishwasher, fridge etc. Location very good. It took 10 - 15 min walk to center of the old town. If you come with a rental then you have to find a parking in the same building or closeby parking lots. Lack of air conditioner in the apartment. There is was not a direct sunlight into to the rooms, but rooms were a bit warm throughtout the stay. Recommend to add AC device or quality fan at the minimum. If you try to cool rooms down with open windows, then consider some nightlife noise and passing cars.

To our surprise, it turned out that there was no air conditioner in the rooms. As a result, we had to find another hotel in Pereg. • Stephanie (10/5): A winning property w great host - This property and the service absolutely exceeded my expectations. The bed was the best bed we have slept on in a long time! The smart tv, the kitchen appliances and furnishings….everything was great. The condo does not have a/c but when I WhatsApp the host, they delivered a fan within 2 hours. There was a washing machine w detergent supplied. Dishwasher w detergent, nice shower gel. A week was great to be there, we could enjoy Prague without being in the crowd daily. The location offered us quick waking access to all the highlights and the public transport was steps away. I highly recommend this property. Nothing

• Laura (10/5): Great modern apartments – clean, brand new, and in a perfect location. RECOMMEND 🙂 - I really liked the property – great location, well-sized apartment, and very well equipped. It felt thoughtfully prepared and comfortable. The stay was very nice overall. Just a small note – the TV had very few channels, so I ended up using YouTube for some background music. Also, for longer stays, it would be great to have enough Nespresso capsules provided for the entire duration, without needing to ask. And adding a body lotion, like in hotels, would be a nice touch – I had to buy one during my visit.

• Caroline (10/5): A nice week in Prague - The flat is well located in the old town. It is spacious, well equipped and furnished. The beds are comfy. The property is very clean. The communication with city apartment was great even when we have difficulty getting in the flat as I did not see the what app message send with the instructions as I did not have internet access after landing. We paid the security deposit by card after requesting a secure link as we did not have 200 euros in cash to pay for it. The deposit got refunded in few days after our departure. I did not realize when booking that I will received on what app the instructions to enter the property and find a box with the keys. As I did not have internet access after landing I did not see the message left by the taxi driver that came to pick us up as well as the instructions. left by city apartment We rang the office who send us straight away the instructions by text message instead.
• Ovidiu (7/5): We know how to make our holiday perfect😉 - Location was good and easy to get to downtown. In location you have everything that you need to prepare the food by yourself, kitchen is full with all appliances (oven, electric ceramic, kettle, dishwasher, ironing board, etc). To summary the time spend in there: was quiet, clean, comfortable. On booking was mentioned a lot of services but when we get there was not like we expect: airport transportation was charged 26€ (I recommend to take the Uber), no concierge, no daily housekeeping ( in 6 days only one time they change only towels, if you ask for changing something is an extra charge), no info about grocery deliveries, car rental. The coffee pods was only 4 for the entire period ( I didn’t tried to find stores that sell that type of coffee). Location of the office is quite far from my point of view. Probably in the office we can find all of those information, but we didn’t spend time to get in there.

All the appliances were of high quality, and the hosts were kind and responsive. We had a wonderful time!
