• beatriz stadler (9/5): Fotos condizentes com a realidade e host super solicito - O apartamento está localizado a cerca de 10 minutos do transporte público. O que se torna muito fácil no acesso ao centro da cidade. O Vladimir foi super solícito também do início ao fim da estadia. Pedimos para fazer late check-out e ele foi super aberto a nos ajudar. O apartamento está localizado perto de mercados e de restaurantes locais, o que facilita bastante. Além disso, super silencioso para dormir. Nada que desabone a estadia no local.

• maddalena (9/5): Piacevole week end con un’amica nella splendida Praga. - L’appartamento pulito e carino. Caldo e accogliente. Il proprietario ci ha dato le chiavi e ci ha dato indicazioni in modo preciso ed è estremamente cordiale, non scontato. Una persona molto gentile, simpatica e disponibile. Consiglio la struttura Nulla. Tutto bene. La posizione dista circa 25 minuti dal centro, ma gli autobus sono molto veloci e ce ne sono molti che vanno in centro.

• Rylan (10/5): Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped apartment. The area provides easy access to all the main sites in the city - The apartment is extremely comfortable, well equipped and the host is wonderful. You’ll feel right at home staying here, great access to all the sites in Prague.
• Julia (7/5): - Bardzo miły właściciel, który przekazując klucze opowiedział nam o najbliższej okolicy i o Pradze. Jest czysto i cicho. Czasami słychać tylko bicie dzwonów z (chyba) pobliskiego kościoła. Lokalizacja także na plus. Wszystko najpotrzebniejsze na krótki wypad było. Meble i podłoga nosiły ślady zużycia. Gdzieniegdzie odchodziła farba. Drzwi do toalety nie dało się całkowicie zamknąć, to niestety duży minus. Brak przyborów toaletowych typu żel pod prysznic/ szampon lub mydło w kostce - było tylko mydło w płynie do rąk. Dużo chwastów i mchu na kostce na balkonie.

• Viktor (7/5): - Veľmi příjemný majitel, poradil nám mnoho míst k návštěvě. Lokalita tichá, klidná. Zastávka autobusu 5 minut od bytu. Přímo v budově se nachází potraviny i drogerie, takže vše potřebné je po ruce. Kuchyň by ocenila mikrovlnku a nový pár skleniček na víno, ale nic bez čeho by člověk nepřežil. :)

• Artur (10/5): Ładna, wygodna kawalerka blisko centrum - Lokalizacja blisko do centrum ale nie w ścisłym, bardzo turystycznym centrum. Miła i bardzo pomocna obsługa. Ładny pokój, wygodne łóżko. Wiatrak pomocny w upalne dni. Kuchenka i zestaw garnków to duży plus, można zaoszczędzić gotując sobie samemu. Ogólne wrażenia super. Mieszkanie na 6 piętrze, ale to w sumie nie problem bo są 2 windy.

The bathroom also includes a washing machine for your use The building had issues with the heating system, so we couldn't take a bath for two days. However, it was not Vladimir's fault, as he was attentive throughout our stay.

• Matthieu (10/5): Really Lovely place and lovely people ! - We love a lot a things ! First of all, Emina and her husband welcomed us and they are veryyy friendly, sympathic, really Lovely people !!! If you need something, recommandations or anything, they answer and help you ! The apartment is really cute, the terrace is sooo big and nice, loved it. It was so clean, the bed is so comfortable, we slept so well. Kitchen is practical ! Great location : Supermarket and bus stop to the center are literally next to apartment ! Bars and restaurants are really near too
• Pavleta (10/5): The best accommodation we’ve stayed at on our summer trip (Vienna, Prague, Budapest). The place was really nice and brig - It was bright, spacious, clean and comfortable. The pillows were comfortable (which is rare). Vladimir was really helpful. He greeted us on arrival (even it was late - almost 10pm) and talked with us, gave us useful tips and recommendations for good beer and food places. He even sent them afterwards so we don’t forget them. The neighbourhood was pretty nice and everything was really close - supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco shop (for bus tickets), bus stops, restaurants and bars. Bathroom door was kind of hard to open with those doorknobs.

• Sveva (10/5): Exceptional - We had a really good experience, the host was really kind and helpful, letting us leave our bags before the check-in hour. He also recommended us a lot of interesting places based on our personal preferences, and made himself available for any doubts or questions we might had during the stay. It's hard to find a host who cares so much that their guests' experience is the best it can be, truly one-of-a-kind hospitality. The apartment is fantastic, perfect for a couple or a small group of friends, there are tea bags and coffee pods, and everything you need to cook something quick before going out, also the linen bedsheets are perfect for the summer. Having moved around mostly by bus and bolt, the location was perfect, very close to Florenc station by public transport! And a nice view too. A bonus point are the roller shutters, which are not so common here. If we return to Prague we will definitely come back here, we really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is what you’d expect for the price; nothing fancy, but doesn’t lack anything. The highlight is the large balcony with sunset views.

There was bottled water, espresso machine with capsules, classic coffee and sour cream, different kinds of tea, chocolate waffles in apartment. The apartment looked stupendous and was clean. The terrace view was good. There were stains on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Flat is spacious, extremely clean and has everything you could need, bed was really comfy, and heating was great and very cosy for the snow! also very well connected with transport and has a big ish supermarket in the same building that was very handy. thanks so much for a great trip, would recommend to anyone and we would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat next time we come to prague! :)

• Agorastos (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great. Close to the apartment, there were bars, bakeries and supermarkets. The centre was reachable via tram in 15 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful. He was quick to answer, he gave directions and also he was very accommodating. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed and maybe even some more. I would definitely recommend and would book again if went again to Prague.

The owner was super kind, he knew we were from Italy so he told us all the restaurants where we can eat italian and more, and he explained all the places we can visit in Prague. The position of the apartment is very nice since it has near buses and tram. For sure we'll book again here when we'll come back in Prague. -

The location is quiet, not crowded but not far from the centre, which is very easily accessible, we used scooters but it takes about 25 minutes by walk. I would only recommend!
