• Bošković (10/5): - The owner is a very kind man, who is experienced in renting and is ready to accommodate his guests. The safe parking place was an amazing addition, because we had troubles finding places that offer place that is not on the street. Even though the apartment is not in the strict city centre, the part of the city, in which the building is located, is one of the more beautiful neighbourhoods, where you can feel safe even at night. Strongly recommend!!!

• Andrea (6/5): Big roomy apartment - some things can be improved. - Big apartment, very roomy. Underground parking. It was paid, but the host deducted it from the payment. Beds were comfy. Wifi was good. Grocery store and a pharmacy underneath the apartment. 30 min walk to the main square. We were sent a video how to get into the building, but we still struggled to find the correct door from the underground parking lot in order to find the keys. Also, for the host to know, not everybody might have internet access on the same day of arrival to watch lengthy videos. If we understood correctly, our apartment was changed from the initial one we booked, because of an electrical issue. It was nice from he host to do the other booking in a similar apartment, but we would have like to know this beforehand. The apartment was clean in general but some of the finishing touches were not done. For example, on the balcony was a drying rack with many towels drying after the washing. The cabinet under the sink was messy, with a smelly tablecloth, multiple sponges lying around. The bathroom smelled like bleach, with the bleach bottle still standing there. At least it was disinfected. The shower door was broken so couldn't close the shower, also the toilet seat. The communication was quick but could have been more polite. "I'm the guy from the booking" doesn't sound professional.

There is everything you need within 500 meters, shopping opportunities, pharmacy, hairdresser, restaurants, etc. The location is very nice and is within walking distance to the center if you are going to the attractions, otherwise you just take a taxi which always stops nearby.
• Hila (1/5): Bad - a bad experience, I don't know why the owner doesn't cancel my reservation, I never went to the destination, because he canceled it when I called him, at 12:00 when I should check in, I called the owner, who said that the room is not ready, the elevator is not working, he said that he would notify me but I didn't know where to write... you could have notified me in the booking, you should be more correct.

The building is walkable to most of the Tiranas main sights and has a supermarket and restaurants close by. Our host was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The address isn't the same as listed on booking.com. It is a further 10 minutes walk out of town. We had a couple of small issues that were sorted quickly but could have been avoided if there were clear instructions.

• Petrit (10/5): Lovely apartment in good neighbourhood. - Beautiful apartment in good neighbourhood, which close to the best places in Tirana. I was back in this apartment after a year and still is in the good condition.

It is located in the centre, everything is close and you can get to where you want by feet.Also, I have to say that the owner was very kind and friendly and even let us stay a few hours longer because we needed to. All in all, I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

The host was great and very accommodating espacially with our arrival time and payment (since the payment is not done via Booking but with the host). Highly recommend! Coffee machine and microwaves could be very useful for guests

It's ideal place for a family with kids and it feels like home. The host was really nice and helpful and always available. For us was important to have private parking and here we had it in the basement of the building. I definitely recommend it.

The apartment was much better than it looked on the photos. It's very close to Tirana Lake, Centre of Tirana and in walking distance to the best restaurants and clubs. The host was very kind ,prompt and very helpful. We had a great time and we highly recommend this flat I will definitely go back.
