Fajny i miły właściciel obiektu, łatwy kontakt po angielsku. Wolt dojeżdżał na miejsce. Ręczniki i pościel czysta. Tv dostępne, wi-fi super, suszarka dostępna, klimatyzacja sprawna, wyposażenie kuchni ok, szklanki, garnki, talerze itp. Mieszkanie aż na 4 piętrze, bez windy. Bardzo głośni sąsiedzi z góry. Okno nie uszczelnione, dziury w ścianach nie zaszpachlowane, odpadające listwy przypodłogowe. Czajnik niesprawny do końca, bo włącznik nie działał ( trzeba wyłączyć z gniazdka), opiekacz do kanapek połamany. Blok mieszkalny stary. W łazience zimno i wilgotno ( w lutym niezbyt fajnie), w lustrze nie działało podświetlenie, był problem z ciepłą wodą z bojlera ( ciężko ustawić temperaturę wody pod prysznicem, albo za zimna, albo parząca). Zasłona do prysznica nie spełniała swojej funkcji ( po umyciu cała łazienka zalana). Mieliśmy 1 dzień bez wody, awaria w dzielnicy.

- Domenico 58 (10/5): - We loved the apartment and felt completely at home. The location was perfect, the photos matched the reality, and the host was very kind and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was super functional. A perfect stay... highly recommended.
- jessica.romor (6/5): Molto economico, ma molto scarso - Buona la posizione, sta a circa 1km da molte delle attività principali che si possono fare in città (visita Blloku, zona Mercato, piazza principale, Bunker2). Proprietaria gentile. Costo basso e molto allettante, dalle foto del sito sembra molto bello. L'edificio è vecchio e trasandato. Le stanze al 4° piano sono curate e ben arredate, ma i bagni sono in cattive condizioni: uno ha un odore pessimo, l'altro si allaga. La stanza peggiore è al piano terra: umida, ha la porta che affaccia direttamente all'esterno, sembra una lavanderia, il bagno ha la doccia senza box o tenda e si allaga tutto. In generale, non molto buona la pulizia: abbiamo trovato macchie strane sulle sedie in tessuto e capelli in bagno.

Jest duży problem ze znalezieniem miejsca parkingowego w okolicy mieszkania, ale to nie uwaga do samego mieszkania tylko tak jest wszędzie w tym mieście

The pictures on the website were nothing like the apartment which was tired and needs updating. Owners had good communication and location is great as you can work to all major sights in Tirana and good local bars and food places nearby

- Janine (5/5): Nicht wie auf den Fotos - Gute Lage. Einfache Kommunikation mit Gastgeber. Gut ausgestattet mit Küche, Waschmaschine etc. Aber es steht auch viel Zeug herum, so als wäre man in einer privaten Wohnung. Das Erdgeschossapartment entspricht nicht den Bildern. Dort wirkt es sehr modern. Es ist in Wirklichkeit aber altmodischer und verschmutzter (mit kaputten Fugen/ Riss in Waschbecken etc). Es werden bewusst die Bilder der anderen Apartments hervorgehoben, welche moderner eingerichtet und wahrscheinlich renoviert sind. Parkplatzsituation auch in der Nebensaison schwierig.

- Stardust (8/5): Self check-in avantajlı, merkezi konumda ancak park sorunu yaşanabiliyor. - Öncelikle self check-in imkanı harika. Başka ev sahipleri ile uygun bir saatte buluşup anahtarı almak/vermek kimi zaman zor olabiliyor; bu nedenle check-in/out saatleri dahilinde istediğiniz saatte eve giriş-çıkış yapabilmek büyük bir avantaj. Evin konumu merkezi. Evin konumu merkezi ancak Skanderbeg Meydanı'na çok da yakın değil, 15-20dk yürümek gerekli. Ev, bir bina etrafında kendi üzerine dönüp kare oluşturan bir çıkmaz sokakta bulunuyor. Burada özellikle akşam saatlerinde park yeri bulmak çok sıkıntılı.

- samanta (7/5): - Abbiamo passato solo un giorno a Tirana , per quanto riguarda il check in la camera prima delle 15 non sarebbe stata pronta ( eravamo già stati avvisati per messaggio) Per noi non è stato un problema perché come arrivate abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina ( non ce molto parcheggio ) e siamo andati a visitare la città. L esterno della struttura lascia molto desiderare sembra quasi caschi a pezzi .. ma all interno della camera niente da dire ben curata spaziosa e pulita con tutti i comfort all interno. Posizione ottima 15 minuti dal centro e dalle attrazioni turistiche.

Nous avons été très bien reçu, explications très claires, notre hôte s'est toujours assuré que tout allait bien. Je recommande vivement.

- Ajay (9/5): Exceptional short stay with family at a central location assited by an amazing host. - Central location and the host was amazing to guide and support all the way (while we didn't meet personally). He even granted a free extension for checkout on our request. A bottle of water is always handy for occupants upon arrival. We expected that but had to go out to get it. But this is just a suggestion and not a complaint.

It is so close to the City Center and we had no Problem find a parking Spot . There is a nice bakery Around the corner and a lot of Shops close by You have to Walk upstairs but it didnt really bother us

Also, Siva was very welcoming and always available when any information was needed. It’s in center Tirana, so everything was accessible only by walking. The offer said there was a parking, but it’s actually up to you to find a place in the nearby streets. And if you don’t, there’s a private parking a few streets away, but that cost me 2600 more Leks for 2 days.

- Riyazhussein (6/5): Comfortable stay but in retrospect, I would have paid more and stayed elsewhere for amenities and comfort - It was quite central in location, quite close to the main street with access to popular areas. The host was very kind and kept in touch, helping with providing suggestions etc. Was told there was parking available at the property however it’s not a dedicated private parking, it’s in the communal space. There were no spots and the access to it is very tight. Very stressful and would’ve appreciated if this was clearly mentioned on their page. The flat is on the 4th floor and no lift. So had to carry the luggage all the way up. Not convenient at all. Had some issues with shower not running hot water on the first day but it automatically fixed itself the next day. AC at 17 degrees wasn’t cooling enough in my view. Given it’s an apartment, I would’ve expected a washing machine too. WiFi was too slow and had interruptions, and the password to higher bandwidth wasn’t provided.

- Enton_3 (10/5): Exceptional - The appartment location was in a good place and near the main road at Myslym Shyri. It was cozy and really comfortable , the ambient was worm almost all the time. Facilities was complete i would say and the bed was fine. Would reccomend and choose it again for another time None
- Wen (7/5): Great for those not needing car park. - It is conveniently located, within 20 minutes walking distance to the skanderberg square. Host is warm and helpful. Perfect for travellers travelling by public transports. The free parking is grossly misleading, we spent 5 nights there, while there were parking lots available, they were all taken up and cars were even double parked, cars are also parked illegally on the narrow alley leading to the apartment, I saw a few cars have parking fine of 3000 lek on the windscreen. We arrived in the evening, legal free parking lots were all taken up, we parked illegally in the narrow alley which the host said was okay for short duration, the host suggested that there should be empty lots available later at night so I could move the car there, or else I could move the car to nearby private paid parking the next morning. So I waited till 11pm, put on my jacket, fortunately Tirana wasn’t that cold, legal parking lots were still full and cars were double parked. Then I woke up early the next morning hoping to find a lot but to no avail, the only option was to move the car to nearby paid parking that charge 150 lek per hour from 8am to 11pm, and 200 lek from 11pm to 8am, so parking 24 hours would cost 2450 lek, costing more than half of what we paid for the apartment per night. Throughout the 5 nights that we stayed, there were no legal parking lots available at all. Fortunately we left the car at the workshop for some repairs, so I have spent 2800 lek for paid parking, the host kindly reimbursed 1000 lek part of the parking cost proactively without me asking, but still I am 1800 lek out of pocket which shouldn’t me. The apartment is fantastic for those not needing a car park, definitely wouldn’t advise those with the need of car park staying here.

- Matt (9/5): Really nice way to experience Tirana. - We were in constant communication with the host before arrival and through check out. Instructions were clear and everything was provided as expected. The apartment was set up really comfortably, we didn't spend much time there, as we were out exploring most of the time. But it was a cozy place to come back to at the end of the day and surrounding neighbourhood was a really nice area to hang out. Honestly nothing. The apartment was well appointed and a really great location - extremely walkable and plenty of options for restaurants and bars in the immediate area.

- Kevin (9/5): Very comfortable apartment in Tirana. - Location was good with plenty of bars, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Accommodation was spacious and clean. Our host was responsive to all questions we had. Quiet area and secure.

Good location off the main street but with easy access to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We couldn't get hot water and didn't figure the reason until we left. Not sure the garden is really a garden but these are really small issues. Still enjoyed our stay

There is nothing I didn’t like about this place. It is great value for money, very clean, the bed is so comfortable and the host is so welcoming.

It was easy to park for free near the apartments. The location is very convenient. The area has very nice restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and stores. It's a 15 min walk to the city center. Although the apartments are renovated and well-decorated, the building's exterior may not look as appealing. The surrounding buildings also appear unfinished, which can be a bit unsettling at first glance. However, it's important to note that this is common in the city/country. Once you settle in, you'll find that the area is actually safe, located in a good neighborhood, and extremely convenient.

- Jan.krobl (8/5): A nice apartment close to the city centre with air-conditioning and fridge - A nice apartment close to the city centre. It has everything needed for a short stay in Tirana, including an air-conditioning and a fridge, which are both convenient in hot Albanian summers. Self check in and communication with the host were easy. The flat is basic in a way, so I would not recommend it for a longer stay. The beds are not particularly comfortable. The bathroom does not have any shower curtain, so showering leaves a wet floor all over the bathroom. The equipment of the kitchen is very basic and the kettle was broken.

The water was really warm, so warm that we could not touch it. A day later it was cold again. There was not enough parking space in front of the apartment.

- David (10/5): A lovely place to stay in Tirana - I had a wonderful stay at Atomium Apartments. The flat matched the pictures, was clean and spacious. My host stayed in constant contact and helped me out with my questions. It was well located, within walking distance of cafes, restaurants and the local attractions. I would definitely recommend.
- Erida (9/5): Cosy comfortable apartment - The location is good, in proximity to nice cafes and shopping areas. There is air conditioning which is good to warm or cool down the room if needed. There is a fridge and cooking space in the apartment. The apartment was on a 4th floor without elevator, a difficult climb if one has heavy luggage. The bed blankets were not all of the same quality - we booked a triple apartment, and one blanket was too small for an adult.

The facilities were fantastic, providing everything I needed for both relaxation and productivity. Overall, my experience was outstanding. I can't praise it enough for its cleanliness, comfort, staff hospitality, and excellent facilities. I'll definitely be back for another delightful stay!

Despite stating there is parking, there is no guaranteed parking and in 3 days we did not find a free spot once. It was very difficult with the parking and so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with car unless willing to pay for private car parks.

- Caroline (10/5): Perfect apartment in the middle of the city! - The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, it was perfectly clean and VERY affordable! The host was really lovely and even let us do a late check out for no extra cost. The location could not be better, a quiet area yet a short stroll from restaurants/shops/cafes and the main areas of Tirana and the river walk. I 100% recommend and will stay here when I come to Tirana again. Nothing - it was perfect!

The apartment was clean and confortable despite the fact that was situated on the ground floor of a old residential buiding. The fact that the pictures on the website were probably of one of the other Atomium apartments🤷♂️.
- Alma (10/5): Exceptional - Location of the apartments is perfect, close to center and in walking distance to city center, the Bllok and any other main areas of Tirana center. Also they are pretty quiet. Around are bakerys , coffè places and shops. The host was super nice and helpful. I very much reccomend it and will be returning for sure.
