• Renata (8/5): - Location was great. Close everywhere There was no hot water,then after restarting bojler was so hot. Then next evening in shower was no water at all. Sorry Vitek...that need to be fixed. Other then that location is perfect and we stayed for almost all day outside,just come back to sleep.
• Nathalie (9/5): - Très bien situé dans Prague, avec possibilité de garer gratuitement une voiture. Environnement calme. Le seul bémol est le bruit de la ventilation qui fonctionne en continu.
• Marek (8/5): - Poloha a lokalita perfektná! Komunikácia s majiteľom bez problémov. Pomer cena - kvalita ubytovania dostačujúca. Cez bráničku na 5krokov výborná reštaurácia! Plusom je parkovacie miesto. Apartmán nemá okná, denné svetlo prechádza len cez vchodové dvere. Ale to nevadilo, keďže sme boli celý deň v meste na potulkách :-) A niekomu môže prekážať, neustále jemné hučanie vzduchotechniky.

• Monika (6/5): Es war oke - Die Betten waren bezogen und die Couch bereits als Bett gemacht worden der Geruch war angenehmen Beim Haupt Bett gibt es eine Lücke wie ein Loch wo extrem viel Staub drinnen war direkt neben dem Kopf hab’s mit nem Handtuch gestopft der Geruch der Bettwäsche war merkwürdig es gibt nur einen amerikanischen Toaster keinen normalen und auch kein Ofen zu Beginn hatten wir weder wlan noch funktionierendes warm Wasser der Besitzer meldete sich aber beim Anruf und half uns mit allem was sehr positiv war

• Stefanie (10/5): Wir kommen wieder! - Super Kontakt! Die Informationen hat man per WhatsApp erhalten. Top Parkplatz in dieser Lage. Die Unterkunft bietet mehr als was man benötigt 😃 Die Lüftung ist selbstverständlich permanent zu hören, aber das ist bei dieser Bauweise nicht zu verhindern. Es stört aber nicht extrem.
• Harold (8/5): Perfecte ligging t.o.v. oude stad, bereikbaarheid & parkeren bij accommodatie is een debacle (zeker bij iets grotere - Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame beheerder die bij aankomst (even gecommuniceerd) aanwezig was. Veel levensmiddelen voor algemeen gebruik, inclusief luxe koffiemachine met bonen. Bed was goed (stevig matras). Onder het bed veel vuil/stof én plankdelen van de houten vloer. Douche afvoer liep slecht door. Verplicht schoenen uit en sloffen (er liggen er tientallen) i.v.m. kwetsbaarheid van de vloer. Voordeur slechts met cijfercode afsluitbaar - ZELF EEN HANGSLOT MEENEMEN VOOR DE BUITENDEUREN OMDAT ANDERS IEDEREEN BIJ DE CIJFERCODE KAN (wordt deze wel steeds gewisseld?)…. Geen informatie m.b.t. verwarmingsketel (die in storing ging) of het aanwezige huisalarm - dit laatste dus niet bruikbaar! Geen gordijn o.i.d. Voor de entree waardoor iedereen vanaf de steeg naar binnen kon kijken (deels op het bed!). Dus de houten luiken maar steeds dicht gehouden…. Geen ventilatie! Klein raampje dan niet open kon voor frisse lucht, daarmee afhankelijk van motorische afzuiging. Verder geen daglicht binnen…… Parkeren was een grote uitdaging: onze Mazda CX-60 kon nauwelijks door de smalle steeg, paste ook niet (lengte) in het zeer krappe (gratis inbegrepen) parkeervak. Gelegen aan een éénrichtingssteeg want doodlopend, de auto was slechts om te keren als er geen lokalen fout geparkeerd stonden (wat meestal wel het geval was!). Vooruitrijden was al zeer moeilijk (zelfs met 360-camera’s) maar achteruit rijden een hel! Veel schade aan de muren langs de steeg, m.n. in de bochten!

• Ladislav (9/5): Priestranný apartmán v srdci Malej Strany s parkovaním - Priestranný apartmán v srdci Malej Strany s parkovacím miestom, čo je v tejto lokalite úplne super. Účelne zariadený nábytkom na mieru. V pešej blízkosti najväčších historických pamiatok Prahy, na zastávku električky asi 2 min. Veľmi vysoká hodnota za peniaze, určite sa radi vrátime. Drobná nevýhoda je, že apartmán je na úrovni -1. podlažia; nemá okná, teda prirodzené svetlo a napr. vetranie je len cez vstupné dvere.

• Benedicte (10/5): Exceptional - The place is really well organized and nicely furnished. We found everything one could need, tea, coffee machine and so on. The location in Mala Strana is perfect, quiet and close to restaurants, shops, Charles bridge etc. The parking opportunity is very valuable (not for a huge car, but for a normal size, perfect). Vit was really nice and welcoming, reacted quickly and was very helpful and friendly. The appartement only gets light from the entrance door, it doesn't have other windows which can be surprising if you didn't expect it, but honestly, it didn't disturb us at all as the apartment is otherwise very cozy and comfortable. Nothing 😀

• Neil (9/5): Fantastic, apartment, great location and highly recommended. - Apartment in small quiet street with private parking, just off a main road. It was a very large warm and modern Only consideration is if you arrive with a big car, you may sweat a bit getting in and out.
• Adam (9/5): Superb - Very spacious and clean apartment. It will easily accommodate a 2+2 family. Well equipped, you can have fun after a day of sightseeing in Prague. The apartment is adapted from the basement room, so there are no windows. My wife was a little bothered by it, but I liked it very much

I recommend for anyone, the location is in the middle of everything, it's right beyond the Prague castle and quite close to the old town, there's a lot of museums and pubs on every corner! ☺️
