• marta (9/5): - Wielkość i lokalizacja apartamentu. Sprawny kontakt z właścicielem. Temperatura w apartamencie, to jest wysoka kamienica i napewno trudno ją ogrzać. .
• Andrii (5/5): - There are city parking places nearby. Apartments are suitable for short-term stays. Despite the fact that the apartment was paid for 3 adults and 2 children (8 years old), there were only 3 towels, 3 blankets, and 3 pillows provided. The presence of children was confirmed in advance in correspondence with the host via WhatsApp. Perhaps the host assumes that 8-year-old children do not require separate towels, blankets, and pillows. I was asked to pay an additional €40 for the 2 children. The host claimed that the apartment was booked only for 3 adults. While walking at the New Year’s market in Prague, I agreed to the additional payment, asking the host to write this request in the chat via Booking.com to make it official. Naturally, nothing was written in the Booking.com chat. Later that evening, after resting from the trip and the walk, I checked my reservation. The amount of €129.20 was paid for 3 adults and 2 children (the option for only 3 adults was noticeably cheaper), but the booking confirmation indeed shows 3 adults. This is either a configuration error or a system issue, but I do not believe I should pay extra in cash for the children. For €129 (what I paid) + €40 (what the host requested additionally), it would have been possible to book an apartment in a more convenient location.

• Olena (8/5): The place is lovely and spacious in a great location improvement needed. - The location was great. Spacious rooms. Very warm. Easy check in. Very helpful host. Very poor beding and towels. The place was quiet dirty lots of thick dust everywhere, kitchen cupboards lots of stains from previous customers and underneath the cupboards lots off rubbish the shower room and toilet needs a deep clean… The floor was very dusty and needs very good mopping…(our socks got dirty imitated)

• nika (2/5): Worst experience so far - The location was great about a 20 minute walk from the Charles bridge This has been one of the worst apartment experiences with a host who is non responsive and does not care about providing a good experience for their guests. The apartment is cold and the radiators barely work the second bedroom is absolutely freezing and all we were provided with were two extremely thin blankets, the main bedroom is in what’s supposed to be the living room area and offers 0 privacy. The kitchen is extremely unpractical with one small stove so you have to cook one thing at a time, the cutlery was dirty and we had to wash it upon arrival, the toaster wouldn’t even turn on and the pots really need to be replaced there’s also only large pots so it took us almost two hours to cook some pasta, the shower is uncomfortably small and the shower head is leaking, the “toiletries” they leave for you are half empty shampoo bottles clearly left behind by previous guests the towels also desperately need replacing. The front door is extremely old and it took us around 5 minutes each time we left/ came back to open the door. Lastly in the few days that we had the displeasure staying here we counted at least 10 spiders which makes me wonder if they really clean this place between guests.The price is absolutely not worth it and I’d rather stay in a hostel next time I visit Prague

• Aurelie (7/5): Localisation parfaite - Très bien situé pour visiter ! Café / thé / gel douche / shampooing / lessive et machine à laver à disposition. Appartement bien chauffé avec wifi haut débit. Immeuble calme, pas de bruit de voisinage. Les infos pour récupérer les clés sont simples et claires. Reponse rapide de l'hôte. Nous avons pu rester 1h de plus le dernier jour pour être en phase avec notre départ à l'aéroport, hôte arrangeant. La literie + les oreillers etaient beaucoup trop mous à notre goût. Le drap housse que nous avons eu dans la chambre principale est bon à jeter, il est très bouloché et c'est assez désagréable... Les serviettes de bain sont trop petites. Impossible de manger dans l'appartement à 5, la table de la cuisine est trop petite. (Max 3 personnes.)
• Anna (7/5): Idealny na jedną noc przed koncertem w klubie Futurum, ale za tę cenę jest mnóstwo lepszych hoteli jeśli zależy nam na z - 1. Położenie hotelu (blisko Tańczącego Domu i klubu Futurum). 2. Bliskość przystanku tramwajowego oraz sklepów spożywczych. 3. Lodówka i ekspres do kawy (kapsułkowy Nespresso). 4. Toaleta w oddzielnym pomieszczeniu od prysznica. 5. Bardzo, bardzo, bardzo miękki materac (uwaga dla niektórych może to być minus). 6. Piękny obraz Pragi w kuchni. 7. Piękny mural za oknem. 8. Kontakt z właścicielem. 9. Niska cena, nawet bardzo niska jak na tak duże mieszkanie (60 m2) jest to na prawdę wyjątkowa okazja. 10. Ilość wieszaków w sypialni przechodniej. 11. Akcenty z NYC :). 12. Światło w przedpokoju zapalające się na czujnik. 13. Stale było komfortowo ciepło w całym mieszkaniu (mimo wysokich sufitów). Obawialiśmy się chłodu ze względu na niektóre opinie, ale nie było nam zimno. 0. (Zero, bo dotyczy dnia przed przyjazdem). Check in odbywa się w taki sposób, że dostajecie formularz na maila. Nie jest to formularz, który da się wypełnić danymi na komputerze w Wordzie, a zwykły plik PDF. Musicie go wydrukować, wypełnić, zeskanować oraz odesłać. Nie jest to zbyt wygodna forma i jeśli formularz wymaga wydrukowania, wypełnienia, podpisania swoim podpisem i zeskanowania oraz odesłania powinien być przysłany do nas o wiele wcześniej niż jedynie na dwa dni przed zameldowaniem. Dwa dni przed przyjazdem goście nie myślą zazwyczaj o drukarce, a o pakowaniu się i zabytkach lub restauracjach w Pradze, to normalne. Formularz powinien być w formie edytowalnej i wysyłany wcześniej np. tydzień przed przyjazdem, aby każdy miał czas zapoznać się z nim i go wypełnić. 1. Instrukcja do zameldowania się została wysłana jedynie na dwie godziny przed wejściem do mieszkania, przez chwilę myśleliśmy, że nigdy jej nie dostaniemy, jest to scam i musimy szukać nowego hotelu. Instrukcja powinna być wysłana o wiele wcześniej dla psychicznego komfortu gości. 2. Umiejscowienie i sposób wydobycia kluczy. Skrytka jest bardzo specyficzna. Trzeba ją przekręcić i wyjąć duży metalowy element, za którym ukryty jest klucz, a nie przesunąć klapkę i wyjąć klucz jak to zazwyczaj występuje w hotelach z samodzielnym zameldowaniem się. Wystarczyło by jedno zdjęcie zamieszczone w ofercie, które pokazuje w jaki sposób otworzyć tę skrytkę i gdzie ona się dokładnie znajduje (na ścianie, po lewej stronie od bramy, łatwo jest tego nie zauważyć). Zamiast tego dostaliśmy zdjęcie torebki postawionej na płycie indukcyjnej z napisem „Please don’t”. Rozbawiło to nas :). Wolelibyśmy dostać zdjęcie jak dostać się do mieszkania niż instrukcje jak zapobiegać pożarom. 3. Musicie być przygotowani na zostawienie city tax na stole w gotówce (2 euro od jednej osoby za jedną noc). Informacja o tym jest podawana w przesyłanym mailem formularzu służącym do zrobienia check in.
• Olga (6/5): - Excellent value for your money, clean and tidy. The stairwell is quite scarry. There are two bedrooms, but you have to cross one of them to enter the other.

• Emina (6/5): Nice but visit only in warm months. - It was clean, good location. Property owner seemed like a nice guy ready to help. Kitchen had everything you needed. We visited in October for 3 days and the apartment was cold, only 17 degrees. We turned the thermostat on on 23 degrees and in 3 whole days the apartment went from 17 to 20 degrees max. With 2 small kids, one being only 9 months it was too cold. And towels were smelly.

El apartamento, que estaba genial y muy cómodo para la familia. Todo fantástico, la verdad. De gran ayuda la flexibilidad de darnos un tiempo adicional para dejar el equipaje en el apartamento y darnos el útimo paseo por Praga. Gracias!

• Peter (8/5): - Amazing location and a very good price. Well kitted out and spacious. Not a 'high-end' apartment, but that didn't bother us - it was clean, tidy, and bright. We really liked it. Some of the kitchenware was slightly worn, but it all worked OK and was more than adequate for the price.

L'appartamento era abbastanza grande per una famiglia di 4 persone. Ottima la pulizia, i letti sono comodi, è disponibile una cucina molto attrezzata. Ottimo dialogo con il proprietario. Siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti. mi è piaciuto tutto

• Bruno (8/5): - The location is excellent, very close to the city center. Please note that it can be a bit noisy due to its position on a main street and on the ground floor. The apartment itself is comfortable and offers enough space. While there is no free parking available, there is a nearby parking lot with a fee of approximately 15 EUR per day. We encountered some issues with the online registration, as the form we received could not be edited. As a result, there were numerous messages regarding the delivery of our information in order to receive the code to access the apartment.

• Susanne (8/5): Schönes Appartement, gerne wieder! - Sehr schönes Appartement, Supermarkt, Cafés, Geschäfte zu Fuß zu erreichen. Karlsbrücke ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ansonsten alles da, was man braucht, Matratzen waren bequem, Dusche, Toilette alles in Ordnung. Würden das Appartement auf jeden Fall wieder buchen 👍 Leider sehr warm in den Räumen, der Ventilator hat etwas Abhilfe geschaffen. Umgebung etwas laut durch Hauptstraßen, aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern war es in Ordnung.

• Katarzyna (6/5): Awful - Location Poor communication. The email with instructions on how to pick up the keys from the lock box was not sent 24h before the stay as promised. I sent 2 messages on my way to Prague but had no reply. In the end I had to call the host on the day of arrival whilst picking up my bags at the airport. The apartment was not cleaned properly! There was an old used plaster stuck to the bedding, old earring a some small screws on the floor (choking hazard for my 2-year old!!), and various items not in good working condition (flush in the toilet needs fixing, light in second bedroom not working, the inside window in the second bedroom not shutting and lamp in the sitting room taped by Sellotape...). There was a lot of old dirt and debris in the washing machine's rubber seal (yuck!). On top of that we were advised on day 2 that the next day we would be getting a visit at 7.40am for a boiler inspection - we had only a few hours notice... Had we been told about it before the stay (and the owner knew about in advance, as they say it happens every year), we would have not stayed in this flat. Few hours notice is not enough. It ruined our stay. My daughter had to be woken up which was not good for her or us. I am very disappointed by this property. I would not recommend it

The location is beautiful, trams stop close to the house, easy and quick get to the city centre, calm place, we slept in silence after long journey, furniture is nice, beddings are enough and clean, kitchen appliances are present, communication was by booking mail. • Simon (9/5): A great place to stay in Prague - A well appointed apartment, in a good location. The apartment is in a quiet area and It has everything you need for a short stay. Your host is very responsive to messages and very helpful. Being very picky here, but the cleaning could be better in the less accessable places. Nothing terrible, just a few cobwebs etc that could do with some attention.
• Catherine (9/5): A hidden gem! - This place is a hidden gem for what we paid for it! It doesn't look much from the outside but inside is lovely, clean and welcoming! The only thing I could possibly suggest would be a chest of drawers would've been handy & perhaps another mirror space ;-)

Pictures of the property are misleading, they may have more than one property but the ground floor apartment was so basic. there was no dishwasher which was stated in the blurb, the bedding was inadequate so flimsy, I asked for additional and was told "we dont do that" I was cold through the night due to this, very unpleasant. The whole apartment is very basic especially the kitchen , not even a corkscrew or can opener and the pots and pans looked like they needed replaced. In the second bedroom no bedside lamp and missing light bulbs in the main light.

• Velina (1/5): Terrible - There was no heat in the unit. The thermostat showed 17C, when outside temp was 0C. and during the night -4C. We had to sleep in our sweaters and fully clothed. There were not big towels for bath only small to dry your face. There was unclean smell to the sheets. The entire stay was a nightmare for us.

Also, it’s a walking distance from the sights and shops. It’s clean with a lot of dishes for cooking, tea and coffee, toiletries and washing powder for the washing machine. Check-in was easy. 16-18 degrees was bit cold for us (start of october), heating was not on, but owner was helpful about it. Also city tax 0.60€ per night was included in Booking.com reservation, but owner asked 2€ per night in additiin.

Very long responses in cases of emergency ("free" parking in neighbourhood but "free" streets were only those without parking spots, miscommunication about it), noisy street, very hot in bedroom, water was boiling a long time on cooktop

• Veniamin (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great, we could easily walk to all the major attractions. The apartment has a lot of character, located in a historic old building. It's small but comfortable, beds were good, everything worked. The kitchen was well stocked, including tea, coffee, sugar, etc. Czech language textbooks on the shelf are a nice touch, I learned a few words. The only complaint is that it was a bit noisy, especially with the windows open. This is to be expected in a city, but something to be aware of.
• Elzbieta (5/5): Dissapointing - Prague is beautiful. Lots of things to do with children. We highly recommend Prague zoo, butterfly house and museum of fantastic illusions. I was surprised to see that the main bedroom was build inside the flat. It was like a room within a room, with a window out into the corridor within the flat. This funny construction made this bedroom unusable as it was very hot and despite opening all the windows in the corridor it was still no air. The bed in that bedroom was not comfortable and pillows in both bedrooms were lumpy. There were no pillow cases on the small pillows and the pillows themselves were stinky. There was also no ironing board. I did email the staff if they could provide pillow cases, ironing board and a fan for the master bedroom. They responded that some other guests damaged the fan and the board and that they will not be able to provide the fan, but will bring the board. Unfortunately they never did...It was a very dissapointing experience with this accomodation. It was flat no 6 on 1st floor. If you can avoid this flat. Oh and there are ants!

Equipped wit washing machine but no with dishwasher as advertised. The linen was rough and the bed uncomfortable. The pillow was a mess and I got neck aches allot the time during my stay. The shower was very small. No tea towels in the kitchen or any paper towels. Just one mug so we had to take turns to have a cup of tea.
• Bredenkamp (4/5): Basic accommodation with many shortfalls - Quiet neighbourhood - very nice Spacious Clean Safe Very nice bed - king Only 1 side of the bed had a lamp BUT without a globe!! Ridiculous!! No wifi - no excuse offered for wrong network and password!! Could log on after many hours to find that the network is insecure!! The shower is impossibly small! Probably radius of 60cm. Whole bathroom is very very small. Totally uncomfortable. No instructions for washing machine.

I had to call the care taker and he had to give us the code to get in the lock box which heals the key to get into the apartment.It was dark when we got there and it was very hard to see the numbers to unlock the area that had the key to get it. Also when we got into the apartment, there was one bed made up and not the other bed. Again I had to call the care taker to come over and put sheets on the bed. The linens on the bed did not seem clean and they smelled bad. I was really disappointed. I had booked this place in August, 2023 for March, 2024.

• Russell (9/5): Spacious, clean apartment that is great value for money and short walk from Old Town - Great location, 15-20 minute walk to Charles Bridge and Old Town. Tram stops close by if you don’t want to walk. Spacious, clean apartment. Shops and restaurants close by. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Contactless check-in / check-out was easy. Good value for money for a family of four. Would stay again. Toaster didn’t work and the double bed was very squeaky. But overall the apartment was great.

We haven't seen anyone during our stay and altough there was good and fast comminication we would like to see someone in person. Also towels and sheets didn't feel 100% clean.

Good and not expensive restaurants just nearby. 15 minutes by walk to the Charles Bridge. Shopping center and metro station 5 minutes by walk. Parking place relatively easy to find.

• Michal (3/5): Dirty apartment and bad smell ruined our stay. A place with a potential, ruined by poor housekeeping - The location is good and it's a nice, spacious apartment in general - what ruined the experience for us it's bad housekeeping. The apartment was dirty. Bedclothes had a terrible, foul smell. Kitchen was not properly clean either, pans were not fully washed and badly scratched. Bathroom didn't look fresh: hair in the shower drain, in the sink and in the toilet. The apartment could use a general deep cleaning. If managed properly, it would be a nice flat.
• Dmitrijs (7/5): Good - Good location. The kitchen and bathroom were not very clean. Dishes in poor condition. I had to wash the pan and pot before I could use it. The dish sponge was very old and dirty. The kitchen furniture was also dirty. The shower stall was leaking in the bathroom and water in the shower cabin did not go away. There was no laundry detergent. The washing machine was dirty and carpet in the bathroom was absolutely wet. The bed creaked abnormally loudly with every movement.
