Adja and her family truly care about their guests and show what the real meaning of besa is. The location is perfect, close enough to the main attractions but not too close for tourist hassles.

• Kathrine (9/5): Superb - The terrace with views. Friendly. Location close to center. The interesting decor. I For some the bed might be too soft. Small breakfast included. But we were given to go as we left early so fittet well. And there is so much to eat nearby anyway

We had a really comfortable and spacious place to stay and the city's attractions were within walking distance. It will remain a pleasant memory for us, too bad we could only stay for one night.

• Anonymous (10/5): Wonderful stay and hosts were very kind! - We had such a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful Clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What truly stood out, though, were the hosts. They were so kind and thoughtful throughout our visit. I had lost a bracelet during our stay, and to my surprise, they not only found it but gently placed it on our door, with walnuts too, which was such a sweet and symbolic gesture. That kind of care really made us feel welcome. Highly recommend staying here!

• Oksana (10/5): A wonderful stay - Hospitality,hospitality and one more time hospitality)I was welcomed with warmth and sincere attention.All the family speak English,so you feel very comfortable.There is safe parking inside the yard or you may also leave the car just outside the gate .You occupy all third floor of the house.The host kindly offered to help with all the luggage to your door.There is a bedroom,a spacious living room with a fireplace and a bar where you can make tea.The terrace is huge and provides amazing views to the city and the mountains all around .A treat with coffee and croissant is included into the price of your stay and you may always ask for continental breakfast for extra pay of 6 euros.The house is full of paintings,small ancient things which creates amazing and cosy atmosphere. And another big plus of the place :it is located just 2 km away from the city centre on foot which makes your stay in this apartment very reasonable . I will definitely come to stay again )

• Lara (8/5): Very comfortable and good location. - The beds and rooms available to us were very comfortable and spacious. We had access to a fridge, plates, cutlery and tea making facilities. We enjoyed eating our dinner on the balcony. The hosts were very friendly. The guest house was within walking distance from the intercity bus station and city centre. The shower basin drained quite slowly, which wasn’t an issue but meant we had to stop and start showering to prevent flooding. The wifi didn’t reach the bedroom but was good in the other rooms. We were also expecting a hob or stove, but there wasn’t either of these things nor was there a microwave.
• Jianhua (10/5): Exceptional - I got a whole floor for a very reasonable price and it had everything you could possibly need. It was a short stay but I would definitely say I was impressed. The owner lives downstairs and your questions will be well taken care of. The hotel is very close to the bus station which is perfect for those who want to go to other cities.

It had space, grandeur and an eclecticism that suited my taste and made me feel like I was at home (top floor). Great location metres from the international bus station and a marvellous, caring and gracious host.

• Anton (10/5): If I ever visit Tirana again, I would definitely come back here! - The staff was welcoming and really kind, they were super helpful with my requests and questions. The place honestly exceeded my expectations, the building was huge, the beds were really comfortable, and the lounge was really well decorated. Location was perfect as well, right next to the bus station and next to city bus stops. Definitely the best housing experience I've ever had meanwhile traveling!
• Martyna (8/5): Cosy little place next to the international bus station - I like how spacious this place is, you have a whole floor to yourself so it's not your typical set up contained just to one room. It's very cosy and you have everything you need there, cups, mugs, plates, cutlery, a kettle etc. It's a 20 min walk from the city centre but just round the corner from the international bus station in case you're using it. Also, the staff are very nice and very helpful. The wi-fi doesn't reach the bedroom. Also there is no shower curtain in the shower-room so if you do have a shower, it floods and then later if you need to use the toilet, you're prone to slipping.

• Palmanova (8/5): Very good - Location and host. Check-in and access to property outside of business hours not communicated properly. there is no doorbell at the main entrance and the metal gate is locked in the evening. Hotel is above Auto Tana store. We had to inquire at the Auto Tana store who phoned the hotel to check us in. This will be a problem outside business hours and after hours as the metal gate is locked and it was not mentioned to us that entrance is through the back parking gate. We had to rely upon some locals to call on our behalf as we didn’t have a local SIM card.
• Julia (9/5): Great stay for our time in Tirana! - The host and housekeeper were extremely kind and welcoming. We had access to the entire top floor including a cute sitting area where we were brought a coffee and croissant for breakfast each morning. Great working air con in all rooms. Central location - easy to walk to main centre. Right next to bus station and the best bakery ever Le Bon. Host was easy to communicate with, they also did our washing for us for free. Great value for money 100% recommend! Shower didn’t drain properly so ended up overflowing onto the floor. Bad smell coming from sink in bathroom after flushing the toilet.
• Manuel (3/5): Poor - Landlord ok. Place is very hard to find. Mo signs, no doorbell. Even the neighbours did Not know the place....
• Debra (5/5): Dissappointed - The apartment was spacious and comfortable and because we were catching the 8am bus to Montenegro the next morning the location suited us as it was only a 2 minute walk. The property was very difficult to find, and there was no signage on the building. The room we booked promising a private bathroom, kitchenette, double bed was not the room we were given. We had to use the owners bathroom and we had 2 single beds that were in seperate rooms.
• Tanja (10/5): Nice and cool - Cute appartment with livingroom & balcony. Twin beds. Next to the bus station. Owners live in the same villa but not on the same floor. Nice place to stay before early bus.
• Merlin41 (10/5): Excellent place to stay on the last day of a two week drive in Albania. - We had trouble locating the property because of Google Maps and my poor navigation skills, but the owner kindly came to guide us. We stayed in a lovely studio on the ground floor and enjoyed our stay very much, the host took us to the airport the following morning for a very reasonable charge. My navigation skills :-)

• Emmanuelle (8/5): Very good - The house IS situated just near the international bus terminal, 5 minutes away from the town centre by bus and 30 by foot. It is comfy, modern and pleasant . The lady who brought the breakfast ( one tiny coffee and croissant) was lovely. It is noisy because it overlooks a very busy road so earplugs are most welcome We were greeted but the Daughter of the Host who obviously had no desire whatsoever to look After tourists. No smile, no infos, no nothing. The only rather unpleasant person WE met in Albania After one month there !
• Anastasiia (9/5): Beautiful villa next to the bus station - The villa looks great, there are many rooms you can use including the terrace. The location is awesome, 2 min away from the bus station and around 15 min away from the center the breakfast was quite small (only croissant and a coffee)

• Anton (7/5): Good - Short and easy way to get to the bus station. Nice and friendly staff and it was kept very clean. Air condition in the room which helped immensely on the hot days. No shower curtain in the bathroom. And the view was completely blocked and we are not sure why. Maybe cause the heat.

• Jörg (6/5): Pleasant - The Owner ist extremly frindly and helpful. The Appartment ist spacy. It is hard to find , Google Maps does not show it precise, it is actually on the Main Road above the Auto Store and there ist no sign at all and after hours the entrance is hard to find. It is quite loud as IT is on the Main road. The breakfast is very frugal, one Croissant plus Tea.
• Natasha (9/5): Lovely place with lovely people. - Great location for the international bus station. Host is very friendly and helpful and communicated very well. She contacted me straightaway on WhatsApp and made it really easy to get information. They were very accommodating, even getting me a kettle so I could make tea! It’s very clean and the room is big. Bathroom is also quite large and very clean with nice hot water. Breakfast was really tasty and the little touches, like bringing me a herbal tea before bed, were lovely. Wifi was strong and worked everywhere. Good value for money. I totally recommend this place. It was all good.

• Joas (10/5): Great place with amazing hosts - First, the communication was fantastic, the lady of the house kept in touch through WhatsApp and we were able to solve any issues caused by my bus delay and very early checkout (03.00). The house is ~50 metres from the bus station, which is great for a bus traveller like me. The welcome and tour of the apartment was done by the housekeeper who is lovely and very helpful, compliments to her. The family facilitated my entry and exit to the house, and made it possible for me to check out at the ungodly hour of 03.00 to get to my bus... they were awesome, and I will visit again, longer, to explore the city and surroundings. Recommended! It was no big thing, but I had some trouble keeping a stable WiFi-connection, which might be resolved by a Wifi-extender on the top floor. Just a thought, and it is the only thing I can think of.
