• Gioacchino E Francesca (10/5): - Un angolo autentico di Napoli con vista mozzafiato Soggiornare in questo appartamento nel cuore del centro storico di Napoli è come immergersi in un film d’epoca, dove ogni dettaglio racconta la storia e il carattere della città. Lo stile retrò napoletano è curato con gusto: pavimenti decorati, mobili vintage e tocchi artistici che evocano la tradizione partenopea con calore e autenticità. Il vero gioiello? La vista sui tetti del centro e sul Vesuvio, che al tramonto regala uno spettacolo indimenticabile. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare la città a piedi: Spaccanapoli, il Duomo, i mercatini e le trattorie tipiche sono tutti a pochi passi. Un rifugio romantico e suggestivo, ideale per chi cerca un’esperienza napoletana vera, tra storia, bellezza e atmosfera. Non c'è ascensore ma la vista e la tranquillità ottenuta al centro di Napoli vale la pena salire a piedi.
• Letty Cordonnier (5/5): - L emplacement .. et la proprio qui répond vite La salle de bain minuscule... les toilettes collés au lavabo ... donc on doit se mettre en travers pour faire les besoins ..ils mettent 1 verre pour 2 personne dans la cuisine donc vaisselle quasi inexistante ... 1 rouleau de papier toilette pour 1 semaine pour 2 ... pas d eau chaude dans la cuisine bouton HS.. pas de couverture d appoint ... si vous faite 1m85 vous touchez le plafond de la salle de bain ... pas de poignée sur la porte de la salle de bain ... meme pas un abattant sur les toilettes ... fils électriques dénudées sur la porte de la salle de bain ... salle de bain en pente donc l eau va dans le salon ... photos de l chambre non contractuelle ... je compte donc revenir a Naples mais pas dans cet établissement...
• fabio (1/5): Scontento - Posizione in centro Le foto non rispecchiano lo stato dell’immobile, va bene presentarlo positivamente ma è ben diverso. Soprattutto sono stato fregato da una delle foto che dice rating 8,9 mentre al momento è 5,6. Cucina sfornita, bagno disastro, impianto elettrico precario, sul WC manca tavoletta ti siedi sulla ceramica, bidet puoi usarlo solo al contrario e se fai la doccia allaghi tutto. Divano ormai macchiato, se a letto carichi il telefono devi staccare l’abat-jour perché mancano prese. Impossibile mangiare fuori, ci sono due balconcini ma nella descrizione ho letto terrazzo. Non ho letto recensioni precedenti ed ho sbagliato io.
• Matias (6/5): - La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro histórico donde comienza spaccaNapoli. A pocas cuadras de pizzerías famosas. El inodoro no tenía tapa 😑
• Siarhei (6/5): Хорошо, но высоко - Отличное месторасположение в исторической части города. Двор на ночь запирается, есть второй ключ от ворот. Хороший вид с балкона. Широкая удобная кровать. Есть кондиционер, что очень кстати летом. Удобная передача ключей. Хозяин продлил без проблем на час выселение. Подъем на 5 этаж реально дается тяжело, понимаю тех, кто посчитал ступеньки. ) Балкон маленький совсем, максимум стоя чашечку кофе выпить можно. Интерьер староват. Душ принимать неудобно, образуется лужа из-за плохой шторки. На унитазе нет сиденья с крышкой. И, самое главное, большая просьба к хозяевам купить в квартиру два бокала и второй стакан, а то на кухне только чашки и один стакан. )

• David (8/5): Nice apartment is heart of the city - I like the location which is in old city center. There are food stores and restaurants nearby. The apartment is located on the top floor with no elevator. For us it was ok to exercise a litlle bit. The bed was ok. The view from the apartment is very nice on Naples. The apartment is big enough for three people. The owner was nice and responsive. The bathroom is a little small. There is no hot water in kitchen. There is a lack of kitchen utensils and dishes.
