• Agnes (7/5): - Very spacious for 2 people. Bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped A bit disappointing, that you couldn’t actually use the washing machine, as the ad had said. However the host did offer to help find alternative ways to do the laundry. Also, in order to take a shower, you had to sit down due to the very low ceiling. It was okay, but would have been nice to have known in advance.
• Laura (8/5): Apartamento muy recomendable para pasar unos días! - Apartamento limpio y con muy buena ubicación, ya que se puede ir andando a todos los sitios (20 min a las zonas más alejadas). Cuenta con todo lo básico para pasar unos días. Muy confortable y buena calefacción para el invierno! Fácil acceso y posibilidad de dejar las maletas si llegas antes o te vas después de la hora del check-out La bañera es algo incómoda para ducharse, ya que hay poco espacio al techo. El colchón está combado por el uso, por lo que no resulta muy cómodo
• patrick (8/5): Une semaine de découverte de venise, et de ses richesses. - Amabilité et la disponibilité de Marina, la personne en charge, qui nous a parfaitement aidé pour une situation compliquée de vol des papiers le premier jour !!! , ayant été victime de pickpockets. Appartement central calme, propre et bien aménagé. Peut être faiblesse de l'éclairage de l'appartement, sinon appartement confortable très bien situé dans quartier central proche Rialto et du grand canal.

• Dimitra (6/5): Pleasant - The house is in an excellent location and, in general, was clean and quiet during the night. However, it is a very old house with very low ceilings—something that cannot be fully captured in the photos. As for the bed, it consists of two single foldable beds pushed together, which creak, and the mattress is particularly uncomfortable. The most challenging aspect is the bathroom, which, due to the position of the staircase, only allows you to shower while sitting. We were aware of this peculiarity from the photos, but the issue was more significant than we had expected. The kitchenware and furniture are old, and there is no effort in decorating the accommodation to make it inviting for guests. Given the good location of the accommodation and the popularity of Venice as a destination, we believe a fair price would be €80. The requested price would only be reasonable if the mattress and bathroom were improved and the overall amenities and decor of the house were upgraded.

• Tereza (9/5): Nice apartment in the center of Venice - It was in a great location in the center of Venice. We received detailed information on how to reach the apartment. Communication was without any issues. The apartment was super clean. Everything was good.

• Deniz (9/5): Very good - The host was so helpful and reachable. The place has everything that we needed and the location was really good. Since the building is a bit old, just like most of the buildings in the area, one can hear the noises from upstairs but this is not about the place itself. Just a reminder for the future guests.
• Tom (8/5): Quiet and comfortable apartment in exceptional location. Highly recommended - Quiet and comfortable apartment 5 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge. Useful kitchen facilities. Very good communication with the owner and special thanks to Marine for arranging access on our arrival - a bit later than expected. Bath and shower are quite cramped but usable.
• Ahsan (8/5): Great location and facilities - Excellent location, close to groceries and walking distance to Rialto bridge. Good kitchen and size of flat Bathroom is small, and the bath difficult to use. No interesting view. Bed could be more comfortable
• Yuliia (8/5): I liked the place, bathtub was fun:) I expected it so no problem:) - I liked the neighbourhood, kitchen had coffee and mocha, the bathroom had bide, I think it's a good deal.Facility had towels, soap and everything I needed for a few days. Low ceilings (but it's common for Venice)
• Gogev (9/5): I would chose this apartment again during my next visit to Venice - The location was great, flat was spacious and clean, very comfortable. I strongly recommend this apartment. There were two short electric shortages, owner should have the network checked

• Elvinas (8/5): Very good - Great location. The Floor cleaned not for walking with white socks (not so clean). Electricity was turning off few times during the stay. Very, very small washing area in the bathroom. You must wash yourself while sitting down ONLY. The Cause is that the bath is under the stairs.
• Pam (6/5): We enjoyed the flat except for the few issues we had. We would stay again (different room.) - The location was excellent. The host greeted us and was easy to contact when we had a few problems. The bathroom was not fit for purpose. A chub under the stairs is not suitable for adults. When we tried to use the washing machine it keep tripping the main fuse box. There is a problem with the power supply for this unit.
• Keanu (8/5): Very good - Considering we spent the majority of our stay out exploring Venice, and very little time at our booking (other than to sleep)– I'd say the apartment met the mark for what we needed. The location was great, very close to shops and restaurants and very easy to take the water bus to and from the train-station. We had one small discrepancy with scheduling the water taxi through the property (reference below), but that aside our host was incredibly kind and knowledgable. She did everything she could in the moment to help us make arrangements get to the property upon arrival. We were traveling as two couples so one got the "bedroom" and the other got the closed off kitchen/living room fold out couch. Privacy wise it was totally fine, especially since the kitchen had a door, however when it comes to comfort the couch left much to be desired. It also became a little tricky to maneuver the bathroom situation as it was inside the "bedroom" portion of the apartment. The only other complaint I have is that in the information I received from the property after I booked our stay, they listed the option to schedule a water taxi service to transport a group of 4 people from the train station, directly to the property for 40€. Not being at all familiar with the area, we opted to go this route so I contacted the property to book this service a day prior to our arrival. After I reached out to schedule the taxi, I was then told that the information must have been a few years out of date because the water taxi's now cost 70-80€ (one way). This was quite a jump from what I had initially planned on spending so I then asked if there was any other suggested method of transportation that was less pricy, and our host informed is that there was a water bus option that was about 10€ per person per way, but it was a bit more involved as far as understanding the routes and getting the tickets printed. In the end we decided to bite the bullet and pay the water taxi price coming into the city as we were already in route to Venice when I was informed about the price discrepancy. All this said, I know the property does not control the cost of the water taxi as it is a completely separate company and they are just the ones arranging the ride for us.

• Gisela (8/5): stay was good, arrival conditions a nightmare. - Apt. is roomy, although a bit,dark. walls are thin so upstairs noise at times. Court yard secluded, but nearby neighbourhood lively with shops and food. Central to sites. Awful,reception. We iarrived an hr later than planned due to traffic and there was nobody there to open the front door. Our phone did not work, it was a desolate feeling in that deserted court yard. My daughter went into a store in adjacent street for some phone assistance. Via,the,phone the apt. coordinator openend the front door remotely and we found the key on the apt. door. Problem solved, but it was a very annoying start. They could have texted us if nobody could meet us at the door. Because they knew how to do it the day of dept. demanding to deposit the city tax on the kitchentable. Why not be more accommodating for arrival of tired guests?

• Laura (9/5): Simple but nice - Excellent location, very quiet street. Felt safe and was very good quality for a low price. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Separate rooms for the kids and adults to sleep in. Taking a shower had to be done sitting down in the tub because of the low ceiling, but that was visible in the photos so it wasn't a surprise.
• Monique (8/5): Very good - Very good location, clean, well equipped. Supermarket on the corner of the street. Very quiet (in the centre of Venice!). Possibility to leave the luggage near by and flexible to check in. A little be dark inside but not very important.
• Hope (8/5): perfect for us and very charming with a very friendly, helpful host in Marine. - easy walk to Rialto and St Mark’s. awesome air conditioning tub shower didn’t bother us but might others.
• Shireen (9/5): Clean, good location and all the facilities you need - The apartment is clean and has all the basic facilities you could need. There is very good airconditioning. Also you can fix a simple meal in the kitchen, use the fridge and wash your clothes. I did not meet anyone in person, but Marine was easy to contact trough whatsapp and answered our questions right away. Last but not least: the location is fantastic! I absolutely recommend this apartment! We were happy!
