• Yevheniia KLIUCHKO (10/5): - Рекомендую! Простора та дуже чиста квартира у тихому районі але зовсім недалеко від усіх видатних місць та зупинки вараретто. Є все необхідне для відпочинку і приготування їжі. Власник залишив зрозумілі інструкції з заселення. Є балкон, з якого відкривається чудовий вид на канал (але не думайте, що ви насолоджуватиметесь там кавою зранку - балкон дуже вузький, відкритий, високо над водою і знаходитись на ньому страшно) Було дивно, що власник попросив оплатити суму за бронювання за окремим посиланням (зазвичай списання виконується через сайт Booking), пояснивши це правилами бронювання. Ми пішли на це і проблем не виникло.
• Bernd (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft, zentral aber ruhig gelegen, 3. Stock, aber Venedig ist ja eh nix für Fußkranke… - Die Lage war super, außerhalb des Zentrum-Trubels aber nur 10 Min. zu Fuß dorthin, Vaporetti-Anleger Ospedale und Fondamente nova sind schnell zu erreichen und ein gut sortierter Coop gleich um die Ecke. Die Vermieterin schickt per Whatsapp eine gut bebilderte Wegbeschreibung, die sehr hilfreich und Idiotensicher ist. Sie meldet sich regelmäßig und fragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob wir etwas brauchen. Wer länger bleibt, ist mit einer Vaporetti-Zeitkarte für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut beraten. Familien sollten in Venedig immer gründlich nach Familienangeboten suchen, die online oft als „senior+junior“ bezeichnet sind und erhebliche Rabatte bieten - die gibt es meist nicht bei den aufdringlichen Touranbietern, die oft ein vielfaches teurer sind, auch wenn die wahrscheinlich auch mehr Erklärung bieten. • Natalia (8/5): Nice view / very clean apartment - Very clean apartment with nice view. Short distance to shops/ restaurants. The owner very helpful. She navigated us step by step how to get in there. The only thing we didn’t like was two single beds in one of the bedroom were very creaky.

• Klara (10/5): Kiváló lehetőség megszállni Velencében, mindenképpen ajánlom. - Nagyon jó az apartman elhelyezkedése. Közel vannak a látványosságok, nagyon közel az Ospedale vaporetto megálló és Coop bevásárlási lehetőséggel. Nagyon tiszta volt a szállás, és mindennel felszerelve, amire csak szükség volt. A szállásadóval Whatsup-on jól kommunikáltunk.

• Susan (9/5): Beautiful apartment, lovely view, excellent host. - Beautiful apartment with lovely views in a quieter part of Venice but still accessible to all the main attractions. Francesca provided excellent directions and the apartment is just a short walk from the vaparetto stop. Would definitely stay again.

• Omer (10/5): A great family stay in Venice - The property is located in a quite area, 15 minutes walk from St. Marco sq. with a nice view to a tunnel. It is well equipped for a family stay (we were 5, parents and 3 teenagers). The checkin was very easy with Francesca’s detailed instructions. She was available for any question during our stay. A Coop supermercato is 5 minutes walk from the property. The pier towards Burano and the other islands is less than 10 minutes walk as well. The Aircondition is excellent in all rooms. It was really great. The only thing is that you don’t have enough electrical outlets in the kitchen. Other than that this appartement is perfect for family.

• Anthony (10/5): Beautiful apartment right on a canal - Beautiful apartment! Very convenient location to get to the Rialto Bridge and also Piazza San Marco. Modern and well furnished apartment with air conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay here. Cute but small balcony to enjoy the fresh air overlooking a small canal.

Location is great - 5-10 minutes walking distance fron the main famous places, but at the same in a quiet place without noisy crowds. We really enjoyed staying in Ca Vian.
