• Steffen (9/5): Zentral gelegene Unterkunft in Venedig - Super zentral gelegene Unterkunft nahe dem wunderschönen Campo Santa Maria Formosa. Die Zimmer waren riesig (fast zu groß für zwei Personen). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man sich auch eine Kleinigkeit kochen kann.

L.apartament que és molt ampli es divideix en 2 allotjaments separats per 2 portes a través d.una habitació/ sala d.estar. Quan els veïns de l.altra banda són sorollosos es sent tot. Per sort vam coincidir poca estona i vam poder descansar bé a la nit

• Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - This location was perfect for our party of 10 (5 adults and 5 "adult" children 17-25). The historic features of the rooms were beautiful while still having modern needs of hot water, air conditioning, hair dryers and large kitchen. Located in walking distance to many restaurants and shops, as well as ferry stops. Our host met us after we got off the water taxi and showed us to the apartment and gave us a short tour. Located on the 2nd floor on a quite canal, we had no issues with noise other than a few boats in the morning making supply deliveries - but it was not too early and nothing that impacted our sleep. Rooms were clean and plenty of towels and linens were provided. A book was provided with restaurant and other recomendations. We enjoyed all aspects of the room.
• Benita (5/5): Dissappointing - No sign or street number at the door which made it difficult to find. Host was initially to meet us at Rialto bridge but changed this the last minute. We were lost for hours walking with kids and luggage. No luggage storage facility which is a must in Venice. No washing machine or clothes line which is listed on the property description.
• Mlouise (9/5): Great stay! Very accommodating host!! We really enjoyed our stay here! - Great location! Easy to get to St. Marks and the grand canal. Right by the most beautiful bookstore in Venice! I’d like a night light for the bathroom.
• Lina (8/5): Venetian style flat overlooking the canal and close to the main sightseeing sites - The property is in the centre of Venice close to all main sightseeing places. It is has lots of Venetian characters overlooking the canal which made it even more special. The property was everything what we needed for our family. Maybe more pots would be useful. The flat was adjoining to other flat and divided only by door where you could see light and hear people.

• Benjamin (8/5): Large and confortable apartment in a nice location, but could use better access and more privacy. - Very large and comfortable apartment in a good location in Venice with fantastic views of the canals. It was a little bit difficult to get in and out with many steps and no elevator. There was another apartment directly next to ours which was also rented and the only separation between the two was locked doors. Noise traveled easily between the two and with travelers on different schedules created some annoyance.

• Shweta (8/5): Good stay - The apartment was v spacious, neat and clean and we had a comfortable stay. It is also in great location not v far from Grand Canal. Booking.com was not sending me email notifications of the messages that the host was sending me. As I didnt have the app installed and was relying on the email notifications, I missed out on the checkin instructions. Same happened with the extra charges that need to be payed (city tax, cleaning tax etc.). I did not receive any of these messages via email n hence didn't know about it. The host and I sorted it out but the experience could have been much better. Booking should send message alerts on email and not expect everyone to download the app. You possibly can't if using 5 booking sites for all ur bookings.

• Mark (10/5): Very nice, very large apartment in a good location. - Very nice, vaulted ceilings, very clean, nice location. Just a few minutes from Saint Mark's square walking. Very good inexpensive pizza restaurant just around the corner. The apartment is very large, nice view over a canal. It worked well for our family of 7. Master bedroom was amazing. Had to meet check in person at a local square, because even with GPS the place would have been difficult to find. However, once checkin was done, it was easy to relocate. Also it was inconvenient to have to pay cash during checkin for the new visitor tax.
• Sara (8/5): Great place in Venice - Location was great. So-go worked great. Beds were comfortable. Hot showers. Everything we needed. It was a great place to stay in Venice. Plenty of space for our family of 7. There were mosquitoes that bit us while there. There was no elevator so be prepared to carry luggage and the washing machine is up another floor.

• Barquero (8/5): Amazing, but water issues. - The place was beautiful and huge. The host helped us recommending a boat/taxi to the airport, this was very important and it was of great help. She also recommended places to visit and eat. Elena was great. Water Problems. We had little to no water. It never got warm, we had to shower with cold water and a tiny drip. Other than that, it was beautiful.
• Jyothi (8/5): Comfortable stay and the apartment is in a safe location - Rooms were very large with high ceiling, compact kitchen with dining table. Single bathroom with toilet which was a bit difficult to manage for 5 people. Location mentioned in booking website seemed close to Rialto Bridge but it is about 15 mins walk from the Rialto Bridge.
• Jane (9/5): Superb - The location was excellent and our host, Cristina, was exceptionally helpful. She recommended restaurants, helped us make travel arrangements to Florence, and was a wonderful resource overall. We had one minor issue while we were there, our apartment was connected by a locked door to another apartment that was occupied by other guests. The guests were rather loud one night, so we called Cristina who promptly and efficiently took care of it. We couldn't have asked for more than that and would, without a doubt, stay at this location again when we return to Venice.
• Ahmed (3/5): Poor - Location The building have safety issues due to crazy neighbor downstairs who came and tried to break into our doors and threaten us, this apartment is not kids friendly and should be for adults only. The water is so slow that you have to turn off the AC and take a shower! AC is so small that doesn’t cool the apartment so be prepared for that.

The neighborhood is very Venetian and you get off the 'mass tourism' track. Apartment was furnished and decorated in very good taste, very nice stay and I would highly recommend for all looking for the genuine Venice. absolutely nothing to dislike.

• Zamil (7/5): Good - Beautiful and quirky property in good location. The property is next to a famous library so it is bit noisy early in the mornings. There is nothing negative about the property, but be careful when booking through Booking.com as the initial price doesn't include the taxes and cleaning fees, these gets added on during the booking process.
