• BeeMurph (10/5): Quirky, full of charm in a perfect location. - The location is perfect. The beds are super comfy. It is spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Giorgio, who met us at the apartment was very helpful and extremely pleasant, giving us the names of local eateries which were just as she said. The apartment itself is full of quirky charm, there was a wonderful energy which added to our stay. When we return to Venice we will definitely stay here again. Its proximity to the bus station was perfect for walking. If you want a real Venetian experience stay here! Nothing
• Jadwiga (10/5): Bardzo fajne miejsce na wypad weekendowy z przyjaciółmi - Lokalizacja idealna aby wszędzie dotrzeć na nogach albo tramwajem wodnym. Otrzymaliśmy fajne wskazówki dotyczące restauracji, poruszania się, a nawet jak dotrzeć na lotnisko w drodze powrotnej. Wszystko było ok. Duże pokoje, salon, kuchnia ze wszystkim czego potrzebujesz. Duża łazienka. Stosunek jakości do ceny adekwatny, Na prośbę o pomoc odpowiedź była praktycznie natychmiastowa.
• Verena Christine (7/5): Für den niedrigen Preis okay. Ich würde es wegen der guten Lage nochmals buchen. - Die Lage war für unsere Reise ideal. Die Dusche in der riesigen Badewanne mit leider nur kaltem Wasser. Lustig sind die schiefen Böden in dem Appartement.
• Reed-Perez (7/5): Great location for quirky old fashioned apartment. - The location was perfect. There was a problem with the hot water and Giorgia personally came out to fix it on a Saturday night, which we really appreciated. The AC was good in the lounge and kitchen. It was quite old fashioned in decor and would have preferred AC in the bedrooms also. Everything was a bit wonky including the kitchen cupboards and the slanting bouncy floor.
• Guest (10/5): absolutely amazing, hosts were very helpful - Great central location and lots of space, only a 30 minute walk to the square and even less to get to the shops air conditioning is only in living room so the bedrooms get warm if you sleep with the doors closed and no windows open
• Cambron (3/5): Overall good experience but if I had to book again I would choose something else because of the bathroom - Property was spacious and in a very quiet part of the city. Restaurants in the area were very good as well. Was also a quick walk from train station The bathroom had mold and the shower was very awkward to bathe in. The caulk around the edges was off the wall and you could tell water has gotten behind it and molded over.

• Анастасия (9/5): A lovely apartment in the quiet area not far from the city centre - The location is good. It's not really far from the city centre but not in the hustle and bustle of the city. It's quiet and comfortable. The apartment is spacious - two big bedrooms, a kitchen and a beautiful living room. The host is very friendly. She guided us through the whole trip. She asked about the arrival time, helped with the tips on the shuttle bus, met us on the spot and shared some tips about good cafes and supermarkets nearby. The floor is really cold because of the tiles, but it's tolerable if you have slippers or wear shoes in the apartment. The water pressure in the shower is poor. We didn't find the pillows comfortable. These are just tiny minuses. This did not affect our overall impression of our stay at the hotel.
• Sheng (5/5): Unforgettable living experience in Venice - The space is quite big and the location is not too far from the train station. Appreciated that the host let us put the luggage after check-out. I feel really surprised that two of the air conditioners are designed in the living room, instead of in each room. Besides, one of the air-conditioners was broken, which was not cool enough even when we turned it on for the whole night in July. We tried to contact the host, and the response of the host made us feel disappointed. We understand that the air conditioners might not be able to be fixed in a short time and asked for two fans since we felt scorching hot when we stayed in the rooms. However, the host did not have fans and gave us some advice about how can make the rooms cooler, but it did not work…

• Anna (10/5): Tastful and spacious - So much character, so spacious. it is exactly what it is on pictures. Located in the quite area on Venice, but within close proximity to everything. Close to the train station from which you can take a short an easy path which doesn’t involve any stairs. it was so easy to communicate with our friendly attentive host, who organised a simple step by step late self check in instructions. To get up to the apartment you do need to take stairs, there’s no lift, but that’s very common through out Venice and the Italy.
